(lndicateparto[reporl) As to paragraph 15 of Part VII, the ABA Members Retirement Fund, a 401 (K) investment, closed and those funds were rolled into a Schwab IRA account. As to Part VII, the previous investment in Lehman Brothers stock no longer appears because Lehman declared bankruptcy, leaving the shares worthless. As to Part VII, paragraph l 0, the partnership is with and is invested in gold coins. As to Part VII, line 14, I am an income beneficiary ofa Trust and have a contingent interest in the corpus but have no power to direct, buy or sell or otherwise dispose of any assets. This Trust as of 12/3 1/08, invested in Harbor Capital Appreciation Fund, rng International Real Estate Fund, Russell Midcap Index Fund, John Hancock sic Intrinsic, Oppenheimer Commodity Strategy fund, DJ Wilshire REIT ETF, T. Rowe Price Equity Income Fund, Delaware Pooled Trust, Dodge & Cox International Stock Fund, SSGA Emerging Markets fund, Exxon Mobil Corp., BP PLC Sponsored ADR, JP Morgan Chase & Co., General Electric Co., DuPont EI De Nemours & Co., Verizon Communications, Public Service Enterprise Group, Pimco High Yield Fund, Pimco Low Duration Fund, Western Asset Core Plus Bond Portfolio, Evergreen International Bond fund, Pimco Emerging Markets Bond Fund, Pirnco foreign Bond Fund, Evergreen Intermediate Municipal Bond Fund, Vanguard Intermediate Term Tax-Exempt Fund, Wachovia Money Market Fund.
