Total brokerage generated till April 30 th 2013 from the accounts sourced during the contest period is >= Rs 1.25 Lac for a KAM/City Manager/Sr. KAM and >= Rs 0.75 Lac for CS KAM. 4 Contest Details for Cluster Head/Team Leader-CS For the locations, where we have Cluster Heads/TL-CS managing a team of KAM s, following will be the monthly target- Level Qualifying Criteria Prize Level 1 75% achievement of the Number targets(as per budget) for the period of Jan-Feb-Mar Level 2 100% of brokerage target grid (As per the mentioned Target grid in next slide) Certificate of Appreciation and a Tommy Hill watch Certificate of Appreciation & Smart Business phone Brokerage to be considered for L2 would be the total brokerage generated till 30 th April, 2013 from the accounts sourced during the contest period.

CH/TL-CS can qualifying for bumper prize through any of following modes- Automatic Qualification: Any CH/TL-CS who achieves brokerage of more than Rs 7 lac till 30 th April 2013 from the clients sourced from 1 st Jan to 31 st March 2013 will automatically qualify for the bumper prize. Qualification as per category: Top 2 CHs in each category* i.e. A and B in terms of brokerages generated will be entitled for a bumper prize. * Total brokerage has to be > = Rs 5 lac for Cluster Heads and >= 3 lac for TL-CS generated till 30 th Apr 13 from the client sourced during JFM,2013.
