1 Biggest Dawg Fan Photo Contest Southwest Airlines and Georgia Bulldogs Radio Fan Photo Contest - Official Rules 1. To Enter: NO PURCHASE OR OBLIGATION NECESSARY to enter or win the Biggest Dawg Fan Photo Contest ( Contest ). Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited. Contest runs from August 25, 2014 at 12:00a.m. CT through December 1, 2014 at 5:00p.m., CT ( Contest Period ). To enter without purchase or obligation, complete entry form and submit an original photo on Georgia Bulldog Radio (the Sponsor ) Web Site ( or post photo on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter with hashtag #UGALUVCONTEST. Incomplete entries are not eligible. All entries submitted will not be acknowledged or returned. By entering, Entrant grants Sponsor an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, freely transferable license to use the photo for all purposes, in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised. Photos must not be copied. Entries may not violate any third party rights nor use any third-party intellectual property such as logos or background signs. Entrants acknowledge and agree that their entry does not violate any rights of privacy or publicity and that they have the written permission of those appearing in their photo to submit their image. Entries must not disparage; contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, or vulgar; or promote bigotry, racism, hatred or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or sexual orientation. Entries must be received by on the last date of each Entry Period listed below to be considered for judging. Voting must be completed by 12:00 on the last date of each voting window to determine the winning photo. Selection of Winners: During the Contest Period, all eligible entries received by 12: 00 p.m. CT on the last day of each entry period will be reviewed by by a team of independent judges from the IMG staff. a. The top 5 pictures submitted will be selected on the following criteria: i. Creativity ii. Wearing UGA colors, gear or showing school spirit iii. Quality of photo b. The weekly finalist winner will be chosen by the public as the fan favorite. Voting of the public is limited to one vote per person for each voting period. A winners will be selected on the following day. Prizes are guaranteed to be awarded. Entrants need not be present to win. 3. Prize: One (1) potential winner each entry period will win two (2) Roundtrip Tickets on Southwest Airlines; (Approximate Retail Value of Prize: $800.00) Actual value of prize will vary depending on Winner's city of departure. Prize must be accepted as awarded or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Airline tickets are subject to Southwest Airlines terms and conditions; certain restrictions may apply. No blackout dates. Airline tickets are valid on Southwest-operated, published, scheduled service only in the United States and Puerto Rico. Tickets are not valid on code-share or AirTran operated service or any international service. Airline tickets awarded will expire one year from date of issue. Expiration dates will not be extended and tickets will not be refundable or redeemable for cash or credit at any time, nor will tickets be replaced if lost or stolen. Tickets may not be sold to a third party. Seats on any desired flight are not guaranteed. Government issued ID required to travel. If the winner does not live in a city served by Southwest Airlines, he/she is responsible for transportation to the nearest airport served by Southwest Airlines. Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). All costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to lodging, transportation costs, meals, gratuities and other expenses incurred by accepting the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winners. The Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions except at Sponsor s sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any Prize (or any portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value at its sole and absolute discretion. 4. Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to all legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, 21 years and older as of

4 August 25, Employees of Southwest Airlines Co., AirTran Airways Inc., Georgia Bulldogs Radio, its advertising and promotions agencies, and their immediate families (spouse and parents, children and siblings and their spouses) and individuals living in the same households of such employees are ineligible. Entrants must have Internet access as of August 25, Sweepstakes subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and accept decisions of the Sponsor as final. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law. This promotion is offered in the United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. Do not proceed in this site if you are not located in the United States. 5. To Claim Prize: Potential winner only will be notified by phone and/or and will be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release, which must be returned within three (3) days after prize notification or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. If prize notification letter is returned undeliverable, or if the prize is not claimed, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. The Grand Prize winner s guest, or if minor(s) their parent(s)/legal guardian(s), must execute Liability Releases, and where legal, Publicity Releases prior to the issuance of travel documents. If travel guest is a minor, winner must be his/her parent/guardian, or accompanied by his/her parent/guardian. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use by Southwest Airlines and Georgia Bulldog Radio, winner s name, hometown and likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity in any media without additional compensation or authorization. 6. Limitation of Liability: Neither Sponsor, Southwest Airlines, nor their affiliated entities, are responsible for printing nor typographical errors in any sweepstakes related materials; or transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. Winner is solely responsible for payment of all federal, state, and local taxes on prize and for any travel or other expenses not specifically mentioned in prize description. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections or fraud; incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission whether caused by Sponsor, user, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the process of submissions which may limit a participant s ability to participate in this promotion.
