This Exhibitor Show Manual contains vital show information, order forms you will need for show services and guidelines designed to increase the value of your consumer show experience. CRITICAL INFORMATION Location: Town of Cary s Booth Amphitheatre 8003 Regency Parkway Show Contacts: Office: Sarah (Cell): effective 10/5 Show Hours: Saturday, October 6 thth Brunch Fest: 11am 3pm Rosè After Hours 4:30pm-7pm Move-In Dates & Times: Friday, October 5 th 10AM-3PM Saturday, October 6 th 8AM-10AM Move Out Date & Times: Saturday, October 6 th NOT staying for Rosè After Hours- 3:01pm-4pm STAYING for Rosè After Hours 7:01pm-10pm Important Notes The Amphitheatre is a Pepsi sponsored facility so concessions must sell Pepsi products including Aquafina water. All Food vendors, restaurants, and vendors handing out food samples must have all health department paperwork turned into Wake County no later than September 14 th. Please note that Wake County has switched to an online system for health forms, so you can do everything directly with Wake County, and there is no need to send anything to Trigger Agency. Each distillery/brewery booth is provided with a 6ft or 8ft table, black linen, staffer to pour, rinse pitcher, spill bucket, signage and sign holder All exhibitors must be set up by 10am. 2 R u l e s & R e g u l a t i o n s EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION Badges will be issued at the Exhibitor Registration table at the entrance directly past the Box Office. Each exhibitor will be allotted badges for their booth staff. Each vendor will receive two (2) complimentary pilsners. Additional pilsners can be purchased for a discounted fee of $40. Please remember ALL of your employees will be carded at the event. If they are not of age, they will not be drinking alcohol. MOVE - IN Vehicles cannot drive on the grass or pine straw. Please check in and then you can pull your vehicle into the loading area and someone will assist you in unloading. If you are located on the deck you will want to check-in and then unload in the VIP Parking lot which is directly behind the deck. BOOTH PAYMENTS All booth fees must be paid in full by the deadline date or set up will be suspended. PARKING Vendors may park for free in the Amphitheatre Parking Lot VENDOR BOOTH RULES NO exhibit or advertising will be permitted to extend beyond space allocated to exhibitors. Any demonstrations, activities or displays that result in the obstruction of aisles or prevents ready access to neighboring booths may be suspended or removed by Management. Under no circumstances will the Management permit the removal of any portion of an exhibit during the show hours. SECURITY The show will have onsite and overnight security. If any issues arise which require immediate assistance, please notify the closest supervisor in your area. If you cannot find a representative close by, visit the show registration desk and office located at the only entrance of the event and a staff member will be there to assist you. SALES TAX ICE There is sales tax on retail items being sold at this event is 7.75%. As a company selling items in the State of North Carolina you should be charging sales tax and then forwarding the money to the State of North Carolina. Ice will be available onsite to purchase. Show Management accepts CASH ONLY for ice. FOOD CONCESSIONS If your booth is located on the cobblestone area please bring mats or tarps to place over the cobblestone to avoid any grease stains.

3 LIABILITY Trigger Agency will NOT be responsible for any injury, loss or damage that may occur to the exhibitor or to the exhibitor s employees or property from any cause whatsoever. The exhibitor assumes full responsibility and liability resulting directly or indirectly, or jointly, from other causes that arise because of the actions or omissions of its agents, employees or independent contractors, whether acting with or without the scope of their authority. NOTE: All exhibitors are responsible for their physical well-being. Please be careful during set-up, teardown and during the event. Be aware of your surroundings. AMENDMENT TO RULES Any matter not specifically covered by the preceding rules shall be subject solely to the discretion of Trigger Agency. 1. Decorations, signs, banners, etc. may not be taped, nailed, tacked, stapled or otherwise fastened to ceiling, walls, painted surfaces or columns, show tents or stages. 2. No holes may be drilled, cored or punched in any show property, including the asphalt. 3. No adhesive backed (stick on) decals or similar items may be distributed or used on show facilities. 4. Parking in loading dock and service drives, except for loading and unloading, is prohibited. Violators will be towed at their own expense and risk. 5. All freight and exhibit materials must enter the building through the designated entrances. 6. Town of Cary s Amphitheatre will not accept deliveries of freight, packages, cartons or mail for any exhibitor. 7. All fire, safety and building regulations must be strictly followed. Particular attention should be paid to the prohibition against propane, acetylene and other flammable materials. 8. Exhibitors are responsible for the removal of all materials at the conclusion of the show. 9. Exhibitor shall obtain all permits and licenses, shall comply with all of the requirements and shall pay all taxes, fees and charges prescribed by federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. 10. Exhibitors are strictly prohibited from serving alcohol or alcoholic paraphernalia to minors. All such sales will be grounds for dismissal from the event and immediate closure of exhibitor s booth. Attendees must be 21 years old to drink alcohol.

4 ELECTRICITY ORDER FORM Brunch Fest - Cary DEADLINE: September 21, 2018 All electricity order forms must be received and paid in full by the above deadline. Order forms received after the deadline cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to increased fees. No refunds or credits will be given for unused electrical service. The under ordering of electricity will result in the loss of service/ onsite fees. Please make sure all order forms are sent to Joshua Smith directly. An order confirmation will be sent to any vendor ordering booth accessories or electric. Please note that if you do not have a confirmation receipt from Joshua your order has not been fulfilled and your accessories are not guaranteed and will become susceptible to one site costs. **ALL CONNECTED EQUIPTMENT MUST MEET CURRENT UL STANDARDS ** ALL ELECTRICAL ORDERS ARE FOR DAY OF EVENT ONLY. 6 MAP & DIRECTIONS TO AMPHITHEATRE AT REGENCY PARK From 40 West (Wilmington) and 70 West (Goldsboro): Follow 40 west towards Durham. Take US 1 South to Sanford Exit (293-A). Pass Crossroads Exit. Pass Cary Parkway Exit. Take Tryon Road Exit (98-A). Turn right at light onto Regency Parkway. Follow Regency Parkway around to the right when road splits. Amphitheatre is 2nd entrance on your left. From Raleigh-Inner beltline: 440 turns into US 1 South, which goes towards Sanford. Pass Crossroads Exit. Pass Cary Parkway Exit. Take Tryon Rd. Exit (98-A). Turn right at light onto Regency Parkway. Follow Regency Parkway around to the right when road splits. Amphitheatre is 2nd entrance on your left. From Chapel Hill and Durham: Take 40 East towards Raleigh. Stay on 40 East, do not exit on to Wade Ave. Take US 1 South to Sanford Exit (293- A). Pass Crossroads Exit. Pass Cary Parkway Exit. Take Tryon Rd. Exit (98-A) Turn right at light onto Regency Parkway. Follow Regency Parkway around to the right when road splits. Amphitheatre is the 2nd entrance on your left. From 64 West (Apex) 64 West turns into Tryon Road. Pass Exit 404 A & B. Take a right at the 1st light on to Regency Parkway. Follow Regency Parkway around to the right when road splits.
