However, all fees related to the Development Regulations, including Chapter 17, Planning and Chapter 28, Zoning Ordinance, are specifically set forth in Chapter 17, Article V, Fees. The specific fee for any item below that provides for a fee range shall be established by resolution adopted by the Council ANIMALS: A. Hens $25.00 annual fee BUILDING DEPARTMENT: The following fees are in addition to any and all applicable State of New Jersey, Department of Community Affairs, fees. The total fee for a construction permit shall be sum of the subcode fees listed in subsection 11-3A. through 11-3M. (as applicable) hereof and shall be paid before the permit is issued. A. New Structure Fees (1) Use Groups B, H, I-1, I-2, I-3, M, E, R-1, R-2, R-3, R-4, U volume of building (in cubic feet) X $0.070= volume fee. (2) Use Groups A-1, A-2, A-3, A-4, F-1, F-2, S-1, S-2 volume of building (in cubic feet) X $0.040= volume fee. (3) Commercial Farm Building volume of building (in cubic feet) X $0.030= volume fee. B. Renovations, Alterations, Repair and Minor Work Fees (1) Estimated cost up to and including $50,000.00; $26.00 per $1, (2) Portion of cost over $50, but under $100,000.00; $22.00 per $1, (3) Portion of cost $100, and over; $20.00 per $1, (4) For combination of work involving new structures and existing structure work the sum of the fees are computed separately as renovations/alterations/repairs and volume fees. (4) Each motor or electrical device greater than 10 HP and less than or equal to 50 HP for each service panel, service entrance or subpanel less than or equal to 200 amperes, and for all transformers and generators greater than 10 KW and less than or equal to 45 KW and for each utility load management device; fee is $65.00 each. (5) Each motor or electrical device greater than 50 HP and less than or equal to 100 HP, for each service panel, service entrance or subpanel greater than 200 amperes and less than or equal to 1,000 amperes, and for each transformer or generator greater than 45 KW and less than or equal to KW; fee is $ each. (6) Each motor or electrical device greater than 100 HP, for each service panel, service entrance or subpanel greater than 1,000 amperes, and for each transformer or generator greater than KW; fee is $ (7) The fee for the annual electrical inspection of swimming pools, spas, or hot tubs shall be $

L. Plumbing Fees (1) Total number of fixtures; $15.00 per fixture. Plumbing fixtures shall include, but not be limited to, stacks, lavatories, kitchen sinks, slop sinks, sinks, urinals, water closets, bathtubs, shower stalls, laundry tubs, floor drains, washing machine connections, hose bibs and similar fixtures. (2) Total number of plumbing devices: $85.00 per device. Plumbing devices shall include, but not be limited to, devices, a manufactures device, or an on the job assembly of component parts, which is adjunct to the basic piping system and plumbing fixtures, pressure, reducing valves, back flow prevention devices, back water valves, vacuum breakers, grease traps, interceptors and similar devices. (3) Total number of plumbing appliances: $45.00 per appliance. 6

7 Plumbing appliances shall include, but not be limited to, hot water heaters, tank-less heaters, heat exchangers, water storage tanks, solar panels, water pressure booster systems, sump pumps, commercial dishwashers, commercial ice makers, instant hot water coils, sewerage ejectors, garbage disposal units, sterilizers, aspirators, water cooled air conditioning units, water conditions and similar equipment. Games of Chance Licenses (1) Carnival Games or Wheel fee is $20.00 to the State and $20.00 to the Borough for each game or wheel held on any one day, or any series of consecutive days not exceeding six at one location. (2) Golf Hole-in-One the fee is $20.00 to the State and $20.00 to the Borough for each $1,000 or part thereof of retail value of ancillary prizes. (3) Armchair Race fee is $50.00 to the State and $50.00 to the Borough for each licensed day of operation. (4) Casino Nights (per occasion and paid to State) $ (5) Bingo License fees are $20.00 to the State and $20.00 to the Borough for each occasion. D. (3) Group B-1 Adult Non-Profit: All other not-for-profit groups/organizations providing recreational or educational services. Scheduling preference is given to Lincoln Park based groups and any group associated with the Lincoln Park School District. A non-resident fee will be assessed when less than 70% of the participants are Lincoln Park residents. Rosters of participants including but not limited to names and addresses may be required. (4) Group C-1 For Profit: All other for profit organizations and users not related to the Borough requesting use of an event held on the fields, parks, properties and/or other recreation facilities. A non-resident fee will be assessed when less than 70% of the participants are Lincoln Park residents. Rosters of participants including but not limited to names and addresses may be required. B.
