1 NOTICE OF ANNUAL BUILDING DIVISION FEE INCREASES EFFECTIVE: July 1, 2017 In accordance with the City Council Resolution No establishing fees for the Building Division, increases have been made to the construction valuation and non-valuation permit fees based upon changes in the Los Angeles Construction Cost Index published by the Engineering News Record (ENR). These increases will be effective July 1, Building Fees will increase 3.9% A copy of the new valuation table and fee schedule is available upon request.
