1 Terms & Conditions Sands Rewards LifeStyle Bingo Fiesta consists of 2 components. I. SWIPE & WIN 1. The Swipe & Win promotion ( Promotion ) will take place from 28 November to 25 December 2016 (28 days) (the Promotion Period ). 2. All registered Sands Rewards LifeStyle ( SRL ) members who sign up at any Sands Rewards counter in Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd ( MBS ) and are in good standing (each, a Member ) are eligible to participate. Members get one (1) chance to play the Swipe & Win ( Kiosk Game ) with a minimum of $50 worth of purchases made at eligible outlets located in non-gaming areas in MBS, during the Kiosk Game Play Earning Period set out in paragraph 4 below. 1 st Kiosk Game Play Subsequent Kiosk Game Play (up to maximum of 5 games daily) $50 worth of purchases $100 worth of purchases (During Promotion Period) 3. In order to play the Kiosk Game, each Member must swipe his/her SRL card ( Card ) at any SRL kiosk ( Kiosk ) located within MBS, during the Kiosk Game Play Period set out in paragraph 4 below. 4. The time frames for the (i) Kiosk Game Play Earning Period; and (ii) Kiosk Game Play Period, are as follows: Kiosk Game Play Earning Period From 9 November 2016, 10:00am to 25 December 2016, 11.45pm Kiosk Game Play Period Daily, from 12:00am 11:59pm on 28 November to 25 December 2016 (24 hours) 5. Each Member is limited to a maximum of 5 Kiosk Game plays on each day of the Promotion. 6. Upon swiping their Card at the Kiosk, each Member will have a chance to win any of the following Instant Win prizes: Instant Win Prizes $5 Destination Dollars $10 Destination Dollars $15 Destination Dollars $20 Destination Dollars $50 Destination Dollars $100 Destination Dollars Offers from Sands Rewards Outlets 7. Members who have won an Instant Win prize can redeem their prizes as follows: a. Members who have won a Destination Dollars prize will have the Destination Dollars credited to their SRL member account. b. Members who have won an offer from a Sands Rewards Outlet will receive a Kiosk slip and can enjoy the offer by presenting the Kiosk slip at the respective Sands Rewards Outlet as per details on the Kiosk slip.

2 II. Bingo Draws 8. The Bingo Draws promotion ( Promotion ) will take place from 3 to 24 December 2016 every Saturday and 25 December 2016 on Sunday (23 days) (the Promotion Period ). 9. All registered Sands Rewards LifeStyle ( SRL ) members who sign up at any Sands Rewards counter in Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd ( MBS ) and are in good standing (each, a Member ) are eligible to participate. a. Bingo Draws 10. Members get an initial one (1) Bingo Card with a minimum of $50 worth of purchases made at eligible outlets located in non-gaming areas in MBS during the Bingo Card Earning Period set out in paragraph 11 below. Every subsequent one (1) Bingo Card will require the member to make an additional $100 worth of purchases. 1 st Bingo Card Subsequent Bingo Card (up to maximum of 5 Bingo Cards daily) $50 worth of purchases $100 worth of purchases (During Promotion Period) 11. Members will need to redeem their Bingo Card(s) at designated SRL counters within the following Bingo Cards Redemption Periods in order to participate in the Bingo game on the respective draw dates: Level B1 above Sampan Rides Level B2 near Skating Rink Bingo Card Earning Period From 9 November, 10:00am to 25 December 2016, 3.15pm Draw Date/Time Saturday, 3 December Saturday, 10 December Saturday, 17 December Saturday, 24 December Sunday, 25 December Bingo Cards Redemption Period From 10:30am on 28 November 2016 to 3:30pm on 3 December 2016 From 3:31pm on 3 December 2016 to 3:30pm on 10 December 2016 From 3:31pm on 10 December2016 to 15.30pm on 17 December 2016 From 3:31pm on 17 December 2016 to 3:30pm on 24 December 2016 From 3:31pm on 17 December 2016 to 3:30pm on 25 December Each member is limited to a maximum of 5 Bingo Cards on each day of the promotion. 13. There will be one (1) Bingo Draw conducted at the promotion area located at B1 Event Stage area above Sampan Rides ( Promotion Area ) at 4pm on each draw date random words will be at each Bingo Draw. 15. Members will have to match the words which are to those on their Bingo Cards as follows to win a prize: Ways to Win Match & draw 1 straight line after 1 st 10 words are (i.e. must be vertical, horizontal or diagonal line) Match & draw 1 straight line after 1 st 20 words are (i.e. must be vertical, horizontal or diagonal line) Match 10 words in any order after 30 words are Prize Amount Up to $1,000,000* Cash $10,000** Cash $88 Destination Dollars Prize Collection Venue Visit the designated counter at the promotion area on draw day by 7:30pm Redeem at any SRL kiosk on draw day

If there is no winner for a particular draw, the prize money for that draw will be rolled over to the next draw. For example, if there is no winner during the first draw, the amount will be rolled over to the second draw to $400,000. However, if there is a winner during the first draw, the total prize pool for the second draw will be $200,000 only. Allotted cash prize will be shared among all eligible winners for each draw. **Allotted cash prize will be shared among all the eligible winners for each draw. 16. The cash prizes will be shared among the total number of Winner(s) and will be issued to the Winner(s) within 3 weeks from the end of the promotion. 17. Members will need to redeem their prize on the day of the respective Bingo Draw at the respective times stated in the table at paragraph 15 above, otherwise the prize will be forfeited. 18. Each Bingo Card can only be used to redeem a maximum of two (2) prizes in total: one (1) prize for a Match 1 straight line combination, regardless of the number of lines matched, and one (1) prize for a Match in any order combination. 19. No date or time extension of Bingo Cards and winnings redemption will be allowed after each draw day or prize redemption period. 20. In this promotion, a Winner is defined as a Member who identifies him/herself at the promotion area and claims the prize from the SRL Kiosk by 11:59pm or designated counter at the promotion area by 7:30pm within the day of the respective Bingo Draw. 21. All redeemed Destination Dollars prizes will be credited into Member accounts within 48 hours. 22. Lost, stolen or damaged Bingo Card(s) will not be re-issued or replaced. b. BONUS LUCKY DRAW 23. Members who did not win any cash prizes in the Bingo Draw can deposit their played Bingo Card(s) into the Draw Barrel at the event stage area. 24. Members must deposit the above mentioned Bingo Card(s) into the draw barrel placed at the Promotion Area after each 4pm Bingo Draw is completed on each draw date until 5:55pm. Once the Bingo Card(s) have been dropped, it will only be eligible for that draw day and not for the other subsequent draw days. 25. Only original Bingo Cards will be accepted. Duplicate cards or cards which have been tampered with in any way will not be accepted. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. 26. There will be one (1) Bonus Lucky Draw conducted at the promotion area at 6pm on each draw day. 27. Five (5) random Bingo Cards which have been deposited in accordance with clauses 23 to 25 above will be at each Lucky Draw day. A total of 25 Bingo cards will be during the entire Promotion Period and Members whose Bingo Cards are (each a Selected Member ) will win Destination Dollars for each of the Saturday lucky draws and Destination Dollars or an iphone 7 Plus at the Finale Lucky Draw on 25 December 2016.

No redraw will be conducted for each initial Selected Member who has not identified him/herself at the Promotion Area within twenty (20) minutes of announcement of the draw result. MBS is under no obligation to select a replacement winner, although it may in its sole discretion decide to do so. 30. Each Selected Member can only win once for each Bonus Lucky Draw. Should a Member be selected more than one time at any of these draws, a new Member account will be in his/her place. 31. Selected Members are required to present their valid NRICs or passports and membership cards in person for verification upon claiming of prize. 32. In this promotion, a Winner is defined as a Selected Member who identifies him/herself at the SRL counter within twenty (20) minutes of announcement of the draw result, verified by an Event Official appointed by MBS. Failure to fulfil the requirement above will result in forfeiture of the prize and the Selected Member will not be considered a Winner of the promotion. General 33. MBS may, at its sole and absolute discretion, award bonus game chances or Bingo Cards to eligible Members. 34. All registered Sands Rewards LifeStyle members in good standing are eligible to participate. Only members in possession of membership cards with their names and photographs printed on the card will be able to participate in the promotion. 35. Selected Members whose Sands Rewards accounts will accumulate more than the maximum $100,000 Reward Dollars must agree to sign and abide by the rules set forth in Bingo Fiesta Winner s Letter. 36. All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-reimbursable, and are subject to availability. The prizes may not be sold or used for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to any use for which the Member would be entitled to collect fees or receive any remuneration. MBS will be under no obligation to replace any prizes that are not utilised by the Winners before any expiry date as may be stipulated by MBS. 37. MBS is not responsible for (a) electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in an inability to participate or other loss, (b) theft or destruction of or unauthorised access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, hardware, software failures of any kind, (c) lost or unavailable connections, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by MBS, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions

5 which may limit, restrict, or prevent a participant s ability to participate in the Promotion, or (d) any loss of opportunity to participate in the promotion for any reason whatsoever. 38. The following parties are not eligible to participate in this event: (i) advertising agencies and affiliates of MBS; (ii) employees of MBS tenanted retailers managing transactions; and (iii) employees of MBS and their immediate family members. It shall be the duty of employees of MBS to inform their immediate family members that they are not eligible to participate in this promotion. MBS reserves the right to refuse to issue a prize to a winner determined to be non-eligible. 39. The promotion and all Terms and Conditions will be governed by Singapore law and participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. 40. A person who is not party to any agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce any terms of such agreement or these Terms and Conditions. 41. Members agree to the privacy policy as stated on By participating in the Promotion, the Member, at any time, without any fee or other form of compensation for an unlimited period of time: a. Grants MBS permission for his/her entry to be published on MBS websites, in print materials, radio broadcasts, and displayed on MBS Facebook Page, Instagram, Twitter or any other social media pages. b. Grants MBS permission to use his/her name and other personal details, photographs, videotapes or any likeness of him/her, for feedback, promotional, advertising, marketing and/or publicity purposes and to have his/her submitted name posted on MBS websites, in print materials, radio broadcasts, displayed on MBS Facebook Page, Twitter or any other social media pages and/or used by MBS. 42. Members are compliant with and agree to the Promotion s Terms & Conditions as well as the Terms & Conditions of Sands Rewards LifeStyle Programme. Participation in and usage of certain prizes will be subject to terms and conditions in a prize letter which will be provided to the Winner upon collection of the prize. 43. MBS may revise, alter or delete any part of the promotion and may revise, alter or delete any Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any Members found cheating will be disqualified from the Promotion and rendered ineligible for prizes. MBS reserves the right to disqualify Members from the Promotion for fraud, manipulation or other related issues, including providing false information (such as fake account(s), personas or photos) or for deliberately withholding information. 44. MBS reserves all rights in relation to the promotion, including but not limited to the right to postpone, temporarily halt, or terminate this promotion, or adjust the prize structure, type and distribution at its sole and absolute discretion. MBS shall not be held liable for (i) any delay in performing or partial or total failure to perform any of their obligations to the Winners under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of MBS, its respective divisions, affiliates, authorised dealers/distributors, agents, suppliers of the Prize(s), including, without limitation, delays, changes, disruptions, cancellations, diversions or substitutions howsoever caused including without limitation as a result of war, terrorist action or threatened terrorist action, strikes, hostilities, civil commotions, accidents, fire, flood or natural catastrophes. MBS shall not be obliged to give any reason or enter into any correspondence with any persons on any matter concerning the Promotion. MBS is under no obligation to exploit the Promotion in any media. 45. MBS has the right to final interpretation of these Terms and Conditions. Members who fail to comply with any of the Terms and Conditions will have their prize(s) forfeited. 46. Each Member agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless MBS, its parent companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents from any and all claims including, without limitation, claims for slander, libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy, publicity, personality, and/or civil rights, depiction in a false light, intentional or negligent infliction of emotional distress, copyright infringement, and/or any other tort and/or damages arising from or in any way relating to the submission of an entry, participation in the Promotion, and/or the use of the Member s provided details and/or likeness in connection with the Promotion, or the

6 promotion thereof in all media now known or hereafter devised. By participating in the promotion or accepting and/or using the prizes, the member agrees that MBS shall not be responsible, and that no claim relating to any losses or injuries (including special, indirect and consequential losses) shall be asserted against MBS, its parent companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents for any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from or related to the Member s participation or inability to participate in this Promotion or the use, misuse or inability to use the Prize or any portion thereof, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage. 47. Participant shall indemnify MBS against any losses, claims, demands, liabilities, costs and expenses for personal injury or death, loss, damage to property, breach of any obligations, warranty or representation, intellectual property infringement claims, fines and penalties, which may be imposed on or which MBS may suffer or incur or which may be made, instituted or asserted against MBS arising out of or by reason of negligent acts, omissions, fraud, wilful misconduct, or a breach of obligations, covenants, representations or warranties by the member in connection with this Promotion. 48. The Chinese version of the Terms and Conditions are only provided for reference. In the event of conflict between the Chinese and English version of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
