2 GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR TRACK USE OR EVENT PARTICIPATION at On Track Drifts QUEENSLAND RACEWAY events CONDITIONS OF ENTRY APPLY!! Please note all drivers must be a minimum of 17 years of age and hold a current drivers license or Provisional license for 6 months. Learner s permits are not permitted. Passengers in sessions will be required to sign a passenger disclaimer at the On Track Drift Admin and must be at least 13 years old. Parent/Guardian consent and I.D will be required for passengers under 18 years. The full course fee payable to On Track Drift is required to participating in an On Track Drift Day. A refund of entry fee less a $100 administration fee will be taken if the entry is withdrawn in writing before 7 days prior to the set date of day. No further refunds will be given for any reasons including inclement weather after this date. Once you are an entrant into On Track Drift you can transfer your entry to another driver if all paperwork and disclaimers have been processed by new driver prior to the event. Due to the contract terms between On Track Drift and the venue, the course day will not be cancelled or postponed due to rain, unless in the case of severe storms, we reserve the right to postpone a day due to minimal number of participants. Acknowledgement of Risk Motorsport is dangerous; accidents can and do happen which can involve damage, injury or death; despite On Track Drifts (OTD) taking all reasonable precautions. By attending or participating in an activity at an OTD venue, competitive or not, you acknowledge there is an obvious risk to you and your property and confirm that you have willingly undertaken this risk on your own consequence. Neither OTD nor any other members of the OTD group of companies or their representatives are responsible for any loss, damage or injury to persons or property caused or sustained by you as result of attendance at any OTD venue. OTD may ask any persons from its venues to leave the day, who in its sole opinion are acting against the interests of safety and/or whose behavior in OTD s sole opinion is likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury. OTD reserves the right to conduct security searches at the venues to ensure the safety of customers and other persons at the relevant event. Briefing &/or Safety Notes A full safety briefing must be attended prior to any track activity. It is your responsibility to attend this briefing. Should you arrive too late, report to the Admin area, where arrangements may be made for you to be individually briefed. Alcohol Consumption If you are a Passenger, Driver or crew/spectator for a Participant, the ONLY acceptable blood/alcohol reading is The management and promoter may test any competitor at any time during any event or activity. Any positive BAC reading is automatic exclusion from driving/riding for the rest of the event. There must be no consumption of alcohol or use of any substance capable of impairing good judgment except within the designated spectator areas. Consumption or use in ANY support paddock area is strictly prohibited before or during any activity. Alcohol and motorsport do not mix except in engines All fitted safety devices must be able to perform within their manufacturers guidelines i.e. weight and height of passenger must not interfere or prevent such safe operation within the manufacturers design parameters. Passengers under the age of 18 must have the appropriate section of the OTD Activity Form signed by their parent or legal guardian. No persons under the age of 16 will be permitted to drive or be a passenger in any track activity.

3 Safety Requirements All participants of the event must wear crash helmets of a recognised manufacture and complying with the current Australian standards and must be correctly fitted and chinstraps fastened. Seat belts or harnesses must be worn at all times on the track. Arms and legs and feet must be covered at all times whilst on the track. Driving Standard Participants must not act or drive/ recklessly, dangerously or in an intimidating fashion, whether on track or otherwise. If in OTD s opinion you are acting dangerously, recklessly or in an intimidating fashion you may be removed from further participation in the activity and/or ejected from the venue, at OTDs discretion. Restrictions 1. No participant shall consume or be under the influence of alcohol at any time during any activity. 2. No participant shall be under the influence of drugs or medication (prescribed or otherwise) or have any pre- existing medical condition that will adversely affect his or her performance whilst on the track. 3. No pregnant driver/passengers will be permitted to participate, whether as a driver or passenger, in any track event. 4. No timekeeping or pace making of any sort is allowed for non- competitive activities. 5. Drivers of open top and single- seat cars must, wear gloves, and a full- face crash helmet which complies with the current Australian standards is highly recommended. 6. Open top cars must be fitted with an approved roll safety device, or other road homologated roll over safety device. Road homologated vehicles which do not have the above by virtue of their manufactured date, but which meet the ADR specifications are also permitted. 7. Participants must listen to all briefings and safety instructions throughout the track day, including flags, signals or warnings from marshals or any representative of OTD. The decisions of the officials and OTD are final. 8. It Is OTD s discretion whether a car is suitable to participate in a Advance - Bring your own car day (BYO day). If OTD believe the car is not suitable for use or is unsafe OTD reserve the right to refuse the car and client entry. The client will have to postpone the day and participate in a later/another day, providing the car has been fixed and is suitable for inclusion of that next event. OTD will not be liable for any expenses lost or incurred as a result of the clients car and entry not suitable for participation in an event. The client is entitled to a full refund for not participating in an event. 9. If the client is asked to leave an due to compromising OTD staff, other clients and track safety whether being classified as reckless driving, under the influence of alcohol or a health issues that may affect driving will not be given a refund or opportunity to participate in another day. Dependant on situation OTD reserve the right to make the final decision on the matter. 10. The client recognizes that OTD is NOT liable for any damages incurred to the clients property, or to the client. Motorsport is dangerous Venue Safety Notes 1. Speed limit on all service roads at the QR venues is 20kph. 2. Anyone reported driving/riding recklessly or dangerously will be escorted from the venue. 3 No un- registered motorised transport is to be used on the venue at any time except when in transit to or from the track for an activity/parking. 4. No animals may be brought onto the premises, except for registered guide dogs. 5. Unless accompanied by an adult, no persons under the age of 12 are allowed in Pit Lane. Photography and Production of Coverage Other than taking still photographs and video for personal, non- commercial and non- promotional use, no drivers, passengers or their guests are permitted to produce or broadcast any audio, visual (still and/or moving) and/or audio- visual coverage of the venue or any activity at the venue in any media including any internet sites without obtaining OTD s prior written consent.

4 Short course driver training day Rules and regs for the day. 1. At no time is the driver or passenger to exit the vehicle on the racetrack until directed by OTD staff or if the vehicle is unsafe. 2. If exiting the vehicle, check for other cars and remain behind concrete barriers at all time when not in vehicle.. 3. Driving to next activity no drifting or accelerating. Start line area, behind coned safety line, max 30kph. 4. All groups session s total 3 runs each, then drive through to pits area safely kph max speed on return to pits, enter pits through right hand pit entry lane. 6. Pit lane speed limit is walking pace, over that and you will be warned. 7. Exit pit lane through right hand pit exit lane kph max speed to start line group area. 9. Track areas near walls have danger zones, do not cross over safety cone lines. If you cross over, marshals or instructors will let you know. 10. Passengers cannot ride in vehicles for Driver Training Days. 11. Passengers must all sign passenger indemnity forms. 12. Passengers can only be in vehicles for short course layout and apex challenge, no other challenges. 13. All drivers and passengers must wear Australian approved helmet, enclosed shows, long trousers and sleeves. Through out the day, various challenges will be laid out, please follow experienced instructors directions for a safe and successful training day.

5 DISCLAIMER - EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK PARTICIPANTS AND/OR SPECTATORS - WARNING OF RISKS Driverʼs/Passengerʼs Declarations: I acknowledge and agree motorsport is dangerous and that accidents can and will happen in which I can be injured or die.i acknowledge that I am to attend or participate in the event at my own risk and understand that in the event of vehicle/s damage that is sustained by, negligent or abusive behaviour, I/we am/are completely responsible for the full payment, payed to On Track Drift Pty Ltd, to replace or fix the damage that is incurred. I also acknowledge and agree as a condition of entry that the Promoters, nor the sponsor organisations, nor the land owners or lessees, nor the organisers of the race meeting/event, nor their respective servants, officials, representatives or agents shall be under any liability for my death, or any bodily injury, loss or damage to my property which may be sustained or incurred by me as a result of participation in or being present at the event. I agree the Promoter has the right to terminate my participation in the event at any time for whatever reason it sees fit at the time. I acknowledge that I have thoroughly inspected the Track and found it to be in safe condition for the activities I intend to undertake. By using of the Track I indicate my acceptance of the Track s condition for the activity(s) I will undertake. If an act or occurrence in which I am involved or observe reduces the safety of the Track I will immediately notify the Promoter and warn other track users of the danger and/or increased risk. Should any incident occur in a public area as a result of my failure to comply with the normal circuit rules or a direction given from an official whereby a successful claim is made under any insurance policy relating to the Track and an excess premium or deductible is charged by the insurer of the Track I will if required pay the excess or deductible under such insurance policy except to the extent that it is paid by a third party. I declare that I agree to abide by the General Terms and conditions of Track Usage and the conditions of this Entry Form; have read and understood these warnings, and accept all the inherent risks and danger in the event and the activities surrounding the event. We further certify that the particulars on this form are true and correct in every particular, to the best of my/our knowledge and belief. Further more I understand that On Track Drift is not liable for any damage incurred/caused to or by my vehicle, instruction is a guide only and accept all the inherent risks and damages caused from or to my vehicle.
