SPONSOR The Grow Up Young TM Program ("Program") is sponsored by Kimberly-Clark Global Sales, LLC, Neenah WI ("Sponsor"). TERM The Program starts on Feb 1, 2018 at 8:00:00 AM Central Time ("CT") ("Start Date"). Qualifying purchases must be between Start Date and 11:59:59 PM CT on Feb 28, 2018 ("Purchase End Date") (The Start Date through the Purchase End Date is referred to as the Purchase Period ). Submission of receipts of qualifying purchases must be made through the Website by or before 11:59 PM CT on March 13, 2018 ( Submission End Date ). ELIGIBILITY The Program is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and have the capacity to enter into a binding contract. The Program is void elsewhere and where prohibited. Employees of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers, and any other companies engaged in the development, production, or distribution of materials for this Website and/or the Program, and household members of each such employee, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate in the Program. HOW TO REGISTER To register, go to (the "Website") during the Purchase Period OR prior to the Submission End Date and complete a registration form including , Password, Confirm Password, First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Country. Once registered, you will become a "Member". As a Member, you will have your own account ("Member Account" or "Account") in which you can earn Account Dollars ("Account Dollars ) to redeem for Disney Gift Card egift (s), as described below.

2 HOW CAN I EARN ACCOUNT DOLLARS AND RECEIVE A DISNEY GIFT CARD egift? To earn Account Dollars and receive a Disney Gift Card egift, follow these steps: i) MAKE QUALIFYING PURCHASES: During the Purchase Period (between 8:00 AM CT on February 1, 2018 and 11:59 PM CT on February 28, 2018), purchase one or more Qualifying Product(s) at any retailer within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia ( Qualifying Purchase(s) ). Qualifying Products are listed on the Website at growupyoung.com. Save your receipts of Qualifying Purchases. ii) UPLOAD AND VERIFY YOUR RECEIPT: On or before the Submission End Date, log on to the Website and upload an image of the entire receipt that contains one or more Qualifying Products. Only those receipts that include images that clearly display the store name, date of the purchase, item(s) name, product code / SKU, and Qualifying Product prices, will be considered an eligible receipt. Members can upload multiple receipts from multiple participating retailers, but no more than twenty (20) receipts may be submitted per day. Accepted image types: gif, jpg, png, tiff, pdf. A maximum of 5 images per receipt capture. Each image can be no more than 10MB. In the event that a receipt does not meet the requirements as set forth under VERIFICATION OF RECEIPT (below), or is submitted late, the Sponsor expressly reserves the right to accept or reject the receipt at its discretion. For additional information see VERIFICATION OF RECEIPT below. iii) RECEIVE ACCOUNT DOLLARS TO REDEEM FOR DISNEY GIFT CARD egift: For each purchase of Qualifying Products (which amount is calculated before taxes, coupons, or discounts are applied) for which Sponsor has validated and accepted the receipt(s), Members will receive Account Dollars. Every twenty (20) Account Dollars are eligible to be redeemed on at the Member s Redeem page for a $5 Disney Gift Card egift up to the Maximum Account Dollars Earned as set forth below. 3 MAXIMUM ACCOUNT DOLLARS EARNED Through this Program, Members are limited to earning a maximum of two hundred (200) Account Dollars through purchases of Qualifying Products ($200 worth) throughout the Purchase Period. The Account Dollars and your transaction history will be reflected on your Member profile on the Website and will be posted promptly after validation. Members can only redeem their accumulated Account Dollars on their Member profile page during the Purchase Period. After that time, Members will receive an from Disney with a Disney Gift Card egift up to the value for which they are eligible. Any remaining Account Dollars will be forfeited. For example, if a Member has made Qualifying Purchases of $68 and earned 68 Account Dollars in her account as of the Purchase End Date but has failed to redeem these Account Dollars for a Disney Gift Card egift, the 60 accumulated Account Dollars will be automatically redeemed for a $15 Disney Gift Card egift and the remaining $8 in Qualifying Purchases will be forfeited. A record of the automatic redemption and forfeiture of remaining Account Dollars will be made in the Member s Transaction History on the Website. There is no expiration date to use a Disney Gift Card egift as explained below at HOW CAN I USE MY DISNEY GIFT CARD egift(s). VERIFICATION OF RECEIPT All Receipts uploaded are subject to verification at the sole discretion of Sponsor and its authorized agents. No Account Dollars will be credited for any receipt deemed void for any reason. Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, determine any Receipt to be void for any reason including but not limited to the following: Receipt is obtained through unauthorized or illegitimate sources/channels, including purchased or obtained online, or at a live auction; Receipt is not original, is illegible, has been tampered with, mutilated, altered, reproduced, stolen, forged, counterfeited, or is irregular or marked improperly; Receipt is not verified or recognized as a valid Receipt issued by a participating retailer; Receipt is determined to be previously entered and used; Receipt is incorrectly or incompletely uploaded or submitted; or Receipt contains printing or production errors, or any errors in any way. Except as expressly stated above, Sponsor shall have no liability or obligation with respect to any void Receipt. Only Receipts obtained from methods approved by Sponsor are eligible for the Program. Receipts collected through recycling centers, printing facilities, or institutions (including, but not limited to, hospitals or schools) are not eligible. Each receipt can only be validated once. Subsequent attempts to submit a previously validated receipt will be void and ineligible to earn Account Dollars and Disney Gift Card egift(s). Receipts may be stored by the Sponsor for up to a year after submission. HOW CAN I USE MY DISNEY GIFT CARD egift(s)? Disney Gift Card egift can only be used at the following locations:

4 Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, Disney Stores, shopdisney.com, Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney, Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa, Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort, Disney's Vero Beach Resort, Disney PhotoPass, and Shop Disney Parks. For more information about how and where to use the Disney Gift Card egift, including restrictions on items that can be purchased using the Disney Gift Card egift, please visit If you visit an eligible location to buy an item that costs more than the amount of your Disney Gift Card egift, you are responsible for the balance, including any taxes or shipping charges that may be applied. MEMBER ACCOUNTS Limit one (1) Member Account per person and per address. If it is discovered that multiple Member Accounts were created by any one person, even if multiple addresses were used, all said Member Accounts and respective receipts/uploads and activity may be void at the Sponsor's discretion. By registering, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of your password and Member Account, and that you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or Member Account. Receipts uploaded into multiple Member Accounts under different addresses may be voided by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Activity in a particular Member Account cannot be transferred to or combined with or shared with any other Member Account. No groups, clubs, companies or organizations can register for a Member Account or participate in the Program. Possession of a Receipt does not constitute proof of uploading a Receipt into any particular Member Account. If for any reason your Member Account is terminated by either you or the Sponsor, all of your activity or Account Dollars accrued will be forfeited. Members may be required to furnish proof of identification. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel any Member Account, void any Account Dollars or Disney Gift Card egift, or refuse any Receipt in the event of fraud, misrepresentation, or other suspicious conduct. When logged into the Website, Members will be able to view their registration information in their Account profiles, and their transaction history for 12 months after the end of the Program. However, neither Sponsor nor its agents or partners will be liable for any unaccredited or misdirected receipts or eligible dollars/purchases for the Program. Sponsor reserves the right to invalidate Account Dollars, Disney Gift Card egift or Qualifying Purchases if it determines, in its sole discretion, that such Account Dollars/ Disney Gift Card egift /Qualifying Purchases were improperly credited or obtained fraudulently, or in a manner not described herein. Releasees (as defined below) assume no liability for discrepancies, omissions, inconsistencies or errors with respect to a Member's Account Profile. Each Member is solely responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct in their Account Profile prior to redeeming any Account Dollars for Disney Gift Card egift(s) or using any Disney Gift Card egift. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of a registered Account holder, the registration will be deemed to have been made by the authorized account holder of the address at the time of registration and he/she must comply with these Terms and Conditions. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an address by an Internet access or online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.

5 ACCOUNT DOLLARS/DISNEY GIFT CARD egift RESTRICTIONS No Value: Account Dollars and Disney Gift Card egift do not constitute property, do not entitle a Member to a vested right or interest and have no cash value. Unused Account Dollars shall be deemed void after any expiration period or if forfeited. No Transfer: Receipts, Account Dollars, Disney Gift Card egift(s), and Member Accounts cannot be sold, traded, bartered, assigned or transferred to or shared with a third party or auctioned through an online auction site or otherwise, and in such event, the Sponsor at its sole discretion may void or cancel any Receipts, Account Dollars, Disney Gift Card egift(s), and Member Accounts. Returns: Account Dollars and Disney Gift Card egift cannot be returned, refunded, transferred or reused. NO CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON ANY ITEM OBTAINED BY THE REDEMPTION OF ACCOUNTS DOLLARS OR USE OF DISNEY GIFT CARD EGIFT WILL BE PERMITTED. Disney Gift Card egift and Account Dollars are not transferable for cash, credit or other items, under any circumstances. You are responsible for all federal, state, provincial/territorial and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes), if any, as well as any other costs or expenses associated with acceptance and use of any items, including shipping & handling. NO WARRANTY SPONSOR MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND REGARDING THE PROGRAM, WHICH IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. SPONSOR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR A WARRANTY THAT THE PROGRAM WILL BE ERROR-FREE. MEMBERS BEAR ALL RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE TO AN ITEM ONCE SHIPMENT HAS BEEN INITIATED. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THIS WARRANTY DISCLAIMER MAY BE LIMITED IN ITS APPLICABILITY TO YOU. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY No responsibility or liability is assumed by Releasees (as hereinafter defined) for any technical problems or technical malfunction of any kind arising in connection with, but not necessarily limited to, any of the following occurrences which may affect or interrupt the operation of the Program: hardware or software errors; faulty computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic, wireless or Internet connectively or other online communication problems; errors or limitations of any Internet service providers, servers,

6 hosts or telephone providers; garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions; failure of any or telephone transmissions to be sent to or received; lost, late, delayed, garbled, damaged, misdirected, undelivered or intercepted ; inaccessibility of the Website or phone system in whole or in part for any reason; traffic congestion on the Internet or Website or phone lines; unauthorized human or nonhuman intervention of the operation of the Program, including without limitation, human error, unauthorized tampering, hacking, fraud, theft, virus, bugs, worms; or destruction of any aspect of the Program or data thereof, including, without limitation, tampering of or hacking into the telephone lines, or loss, miscount, misdirection, inaccessibility or unavailability of a Member Account used in connection with the Program. Releasees are not responsible for any errors in the awarding of Account Dollars or Disney Gift Card egift. If there is an error in the award of Account Dollars or Disney Gift Card egift, the Member shall only be entitled to the appropriate amount of Account Dollars/ Disney Gift Card egift as provided in these Official Terms and Conditions. Releasees are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage or losses of any kind which may be sustained to users or any other person's computer equipment resulting from participation in the Program, or use of or download of any information from the Website. Use of the Website is at user's own risk. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING IN THE OFFER PROGRAM IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON- INFRINGEMENT. Sponsor and its authorized agents may, at their sole discretion, disqualify any individual from participating in any aspect of the Program, and/or may cancel, suspend or block any Account registered by such person (and void all associated Account Dollars and/or Disney Gift Card egift) if Sponsor and its authorized agents deem or suspect that such person has engaged in or has attempted to engage in any of the following: (a) acting in violation of these Official Terms and Conditions; or (b) damaging, tampering with or corrupting the operation of the Website; or (c) acting with intent to annoy, harass or abuse any other person; or (d) using any automated bot, script or other robotic, mechanical, programmed or automated devices to submit data to the Website; or (e) repeatedly attempting to enter void Receipts in one or more Accounts, as determined by Sponsor; or (f) engaging in any unsportsmanlike, inappropriate, uncooperative, disruptive, fraudulent, potentially fraudulent, or unusual behavior or activity; or (g) engaging in any activity deemed in sole discretion of Sponsor and its authorized agents to be generally inconsistent with the intended operation of the Website. 8 PERSONAL INFORMATION Except as noted in the Privacy Policy, information collected from Member shall be used for the purpose of administration of the Program. Member's contact information will not be shared unless Member has elected to receive additional information and promotional material from a third party partner. In addition to capturing data on your Qualifying Purchase(s), the Sponsor reserves the right to capture data about member purchases of other Kimberly Clark branded products. This will enable the Sponsor to provide the Member with more information and promotions tailored to the Member s interests. By becoming a Member, you agree to all of the terms and conditions of Sponsor's Privacy Policy at: In the event of any discrepancy between the Privacy Policy and these Official Terms and Conditions, these Official Terms and Conditions shall control and govern. Agreement to personal information being shared with Disney: Except as noted in the Privacy Policy, information collected from a Member shall be used for the purpose of administration of the Website by Sponsor and delivery of Disney Gift Card egift. Member s contact information will not be shared beyond Kimberly-Clark Global Sales, LLC and Disney unless a Member has elected to receive additional information and promotional material from a third-party partner. By becoming a Member, you agree to all of the terms and conditions of Sponsor's Privacy Policy at: Disney s use of your personal information for delivery of any Disney Gift Card egift shall be governed by Disney s Privacy Policy at LIMITATIONS, MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to do any of the following: a. Terminate the Program; b. Discontinue the Website; c. Change or terminate the term of the Program, including purchase dates and the Submission End Date; d. Change the list of Qualifying Products or participating retailers; e. Limit the number of Receipts to be uploaded; f. Change the items available for Disney Gift Card egift use; g. Impose or change any expiration date of Account Dollars / Disney Gift Card egift. In the event any such changes are made by the Sponsor, reasonable notice will be provided on the Website. Any such changes may effect a Member s right to earn, redeem or maintain any Account Dollars. GENERAL Governing Law: For all issues and questions other than the Member s use of the Disney Gift Card egift: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of Member and Sponsor in connection with the Program, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Wisconsin without regard to Wisconsin conflicts of laws principles. 9 Member s use of the Disney Gift Card egift: All Members agree that: (a) all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Disney Gift Card egift and/or the use thereof shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Florida or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida; (b) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action against Disney and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, and employees that arise out of or connected with the Disney Gift Card egift and/or the use thereof shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively before the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida; or, if the Circuit Court does not have jurisdiction, then before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida (Orlando Division); or if neither of such courts shall have jurisdiction, then before any other court sitting in Orange County, Florida, having subject matter jurisdiction; and (c) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Program, but in no event attorneys' fees.
