Eligibility: Participation in the My Best Buy Mystery Rewards Offer ( Offer ) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico), 13 years of age or older, to whom the Offer is sent via and who are My Best Buy Program members as of 11/6/18. Offer recipients will be determined by Best Buy in its sole discretion. Offer not open to the general public. My Best Buy program membership is subject to the My Best Buy Terms available on Employees and directors of Best Buy Stores, L.P. ( Sponsor ), and its parent entity, their subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion, or production agencies, web masters and web suppliers (and their respective IRS dependents, immediate family members (parent, child, sibling and spouse) and individuals residing in their same household) are not eligible to participate. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited. By participating, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. 2. To Determine My Best Buy Mystery Rewards Offer Value: On or about 11/7/18, select program members will receive a My Best Buy Mystery Rewards Offer Certificate ( Offer Certificate ) via . Members must click on the Click Here link in the to reveal the Offer Certificate. s will direct members where they may redeem their Offer Certificate: Either (a) in Participating Stores (as defined below) OR (b) at the Best Buy mobile app or Participating Stores. Please Note: Offer Certificates may only be redeemed at the locations indicated in the s. Participating Stores include Best Buy retail stores (including Pacific Sales Kitchen & Home and Magnolia) and Pacific Sales Kitchen & Home retail stores (outside of Best Buy stores) located in 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico) ( Participating Stores ). Redemption of Offer Certificates in Participating Stores must take place during normal store hours from store opening on 11/7/18 through store closing on 11/16/18. Redemption of Offer Certificates at or the Best Buy mobile app must take place from 12:00:00 a.m. CT on 11/7/18 through 11:59:59 p.m. CT on 11/16/ Redemption and Restrictions Applicable to Offer Certificate and My Best Buy Points: Decisions of Sponsor, retail store management and Administrator as to verification and all Offer-related activities are final and binding in all respects. Limit one (1) redemption per Offer Certificate, regardless if Offer Certificate is used online or in-store. Offer Certificates valued between $5 and $500: If the value of an Offer Certificate is revealed to be between $5 and $500, subject to verification at Sponsor s discretion, the Offer Certificate: (a) is redeemable

2 in one, positive transaction for a discount off future purchase amounts equal to or greater than the revealed value of the Offer Certificate, excluding Non-Qualifying Redemptions (as defined below), taxes, shipping and handling; (b) is redeemable at or the Best Buy mobile app during the check-out process before 11:59:59 p.m. CT on 11/16/18, provided the Offer sent to you indicates those locations (see Section 2 for details); (c) is redeemable in Participating Stores during normal store hours before store closing on 11/16/18, provided the Offer sent to you indicates those locations (see Section 2 for details); (d) must be redeemed at time of purchase; (e) is valid for one-time use only, regardless if Offer Certificate is used at the Best Buy mobile app or Participating Stores; (f) is not redeemable for cash, no change will be given back on redemption; (g) is valid on in-stock items only, no rain checks; (h) is not transferable and may only be used by the member to whom issued; and (i) will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or expired. No cash refunds on the Offer Certificate value. Offer Certificates may be used in conjunction with most other discounts or offers toward the purchase of products, not to exceed the purchase amount. Non-Qualifying Redemptions for which Offer Certificates may not be redeemed: Leased products, purchases/rentals at rent-to-own locations inside Participating Stores, prior purchases, purchase of Best Buy or Magnolia gift cards, Visa or MasterCard prepaid access cards, purchases made for resale, payment on any Best Buy Credit Card or My Best Buy Credit Card, certain premium major home appliances and home theater products, any online transaction that contains the purchase of a Best Buy gift card, sales tax, service charges, and discounted Best Buy for Business or commercial purchases. Other exclusions may apply. If you exchange your purchase for eligible products or services with a total purchase amount (excluding taxes, shipping and handling) equal to or greater than the value of the Offer Certificate, you will keep the value of the Offer Certificate. If you return your purchase for refund in the form of payment originally used when purchasing products or services, the value of the Offer Certificate will be forfeited, and the refund will be less the value of the redeemed Offer Certificate. An Offer Certificate is subject to these Terms and Conditions and restrictions printed on the Offer Certificate. Offer Certificates valued at 250,000 My Best Buy Points (worth $5,000 in My Best Buy reward certificates): If it is revealed that the value of the Offer Certificate is 250,000 My Best Buy Points, you must (a) call the specified toll-free number by 11:59:59 PM local time on 11/23/18 to initiate the claim and verification process; (b) verify My Best Buy membership, identity, eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions as specified by Sponsor in its sole discretion; and (c) provide your mailing address and address. You will be required to print and send a copy of the Offer Certificate and complete, sign and return a W9, Declaration of Eligibility, a Liability Release and where lawful, a Publicity Release via overnight mail within seven (7) days of attempted notification. If documents are not returned on a timely basis, or if offer notification is returned as non-deliverable, or if you are found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions, the My Best Buy Points will be forfeited and not awarded. Should a recipient of 250,000 My Best Buy Points be an eligible minor in his/her jurisdiction of primary residence, a parent/legal guardian may be required to confirm any verification measures on behalf of minor.

3 Once Administrator verifies your My Best Buy Points claim and receives required documents, you will be notified via mail and/or and the 250,000 My Best Buy Points will be deposited in your My Best Buy Account within 4-6 weeks. My Best Buy Points recipients will be issued an IRS Form 1099 for tax purposes for the retail value of the offer and are advised to seek independent counsel on the implications of same. Reward certificates are coupons for discounts off future purchases at Participating Properties (as defined in My Best Buy Terms) and may only be redeemed for a discount off purchase amounts equal to or greater than the sum of the reward certificate(s) presented for redemption (excluding tax and Non-Qualifying Redemptions as defined in My Best Buy Terms). My Best Buy Points and issuance and redemption of reward certificates are subject to My Best Buy Terms available at and restrictions printed on reward certificate. 4. Participants redeeming an Offer Certificate may not substitute, assign, sell (including via online auctions), or transfer Offer Certificates. There are no cash redemptions or substitutions for Offer Certificates, but Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute Offer Certificates with another offer of equal or greater value should the advertised Offer Certificates become unavailable for any reason. Best Buy is not responsible for custody or redemption of Offer Certificates. Taxes are solely the responsibility of the recipient. Offer Certificates and reward certificates not redeemed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the restrictions printed on the certificates will be forfeited and not awarded. 5. Conditions of Offer Certificates Receipt and Redemption: Participants agree (a) that Sponsor, Administrator and their respective parent entities, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, Released Parties ) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any Offer Certificates or any products purchased therewith, or participation in this Offer or any Offer-related activity, or for any printing, production, typographical, human or other error in the printing, offering or

4 announcement of any Offer Certificates; and (b) except where legally prohibited, redeeming participants grant (and agree to confirm that grant in writing) permission for Sponsor and those acting under its authority to use redeeming participant s name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising, trade and/or publicity purposes without additional compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval. No more than the stated numbers of Offer Certificates will be distributed and available for redemption. In the event that production, seeding, or any other reasons cause more than stated numbers of Offer Certificates, as set forth in these Terms and Conditions, in any Offer Certificates denomination to be claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated numbers of Offer Certificates (previously not redeemed) amongst all excess legitimate eligible claimants in that category. By participating in this Offer, you acknowledge and agree that Sponsor may collect the personal information submitted by you and use the information pursuant to Sponsor s privacy policy available on-line at or by calling BESTBUY. 6. Limitations on Liability: Released Parties are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, unintelligible, lost, stolen, expired, late, damaged, destroyed, delayed, deleted, misdirected, misprinted or non-delivered Offer Certificates; or for incomplete, inaccurate, lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Web site, telephone network or lines, cellular towers or equipment (including handsets), computer online systems, computer equipment, software, viruses or bugs, servers or providers, or other connections, availability or accessibility; or for unauthorized access to/use, or alteration of the Offer; or miscommunications, failed computer, telephone, cellular, satellite, or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure; or for jumbled, defective, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or for any other errors of any kind, whether human, technical, mechanical, electronic or network, including, without limitation, any errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Offer or in any Offer-related materials; or for the incorrect or inaccurate communications, information, or the capture of information, or the failure to capture any such information. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Offer Certificates, as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified, and Sponsor reserves the right to terminate such participant s eligibility to participate in this or any other promotion offered by Sponsor. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants or to any other person s computer related to or resulting from participating in this Offer or downloading materials from any web sites associated with this Offer. Should any portion of the Offer Certificates distribution and redemption process be, in Sponsor s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper redemption, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend or terminate the Offer. Without limiting the release provided above, and for greater certainty, Released Parties will not be liable for (a) any incomplete or inaccurate information, whether caused by wireless device users or by any equipment

5 or programming associated with or utilized in the Offer, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of Offer Certificates; (b) the theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Offer Certificates; (c) any problems with or technical malfunctions of telephone networks or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, viruses or bugs; (d) any failure of any message to be received by or from Sponsor for any reason including but not limited to traffic congestion on the Internet or wireless waves or at any Web site or combination thereof; or (e) damage to a participant s or other person s system or equipment occasioned by participation in this Offer. IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR RECEIPT, REDEMPTION OR ANY OTHER ASPECT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS OFFER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM OR ANY OTHER WEB SITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS OFFER.
