1 OFFICIAL REGULATIONS VII SITDEF ORGANIZER The term ORGANIZER used in this document, refers to the Organizer of the VII SITDEF PERÚ 2019 (VII International Exhibition of Technology for the Defense and Prevention of Disasters), its directors, offices and/or other workers, who represent it. The ORGANIZER is the coordinator and general responsible for the planning, coordination, production and execution of the event. 2. EXHIBITOR and/or CONTRACTOR COMPANY This term is understood to mean all Peruvian or foreign natural persons, or any legal entity in Peru or abroad, that has entered into a Rental Agreement with the ORGANIZER, in order to obtain possession of one or more spaces (stands), in the VII SITDEF PERÚ The EXHIBITOR must complete all the data requested in the Contract and attach the outline or design of its stand on the date requested. Otherwise, the ORGANIZER will not be responsible for the breach of any of the requirements of the EXHIBITOR. 3. THE PROJECT HEAD It represents in all cases the ORGANIZER before the EXHIBITOR and is the person in charge of ensuring compliance with the provisions and the Regulation of the VII SITDEF PERÚ STAND or ISLAND Space hired by the EXHIBITOR to exhibit its products and/or services. 5. PLACE AND DATE Headquarters of the Army of Peru (Pentagonito), San Borja, Lima, from May 16th to the 19th, EVENT HOURS Thursday May 16, from 09:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs (Including the Opening Ceremony) Friday, May 17, from 10:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs Saturday May 18, from 10:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs Sunday, May 19, from 10:00 hrs to 15:00 hrs 7. ADMISSION OF EXHIBITORS The ORGANIZER reserves the right to accept the participation of any exhibitor, or their products or services in the VII SITDEF PERÚ REPRESENTATIVE OF THE EXHIBITOR Each EXHIBITOR shall designate a representative in writing to the ORGANIZER. The EXHIBITOR already recognizes, as valid, any management, request or contract that his 1

2 representative makes on his behalf. 9. RESPONSIBILITIES The ORGANIZER is not responsible for damages caused by acts that were beyond the control of VII SITDEF PERÚ 2019, such as acts of terrorism, vandalism, natural disasters; for the loss or damage caused to samples, equipment, tools and decoration material, etc. of the EXHIBITOR; for the accidents that the own or contracted personnel could suffer, nor for the damages that the goods of the EXHIBITOR could cause to third parties; therefore, the EXHIBITOR will be required to contract an insurance that covers all these risks. The EXHIBITOR will be responsible for any damage or injury caused to the VII SITDEF PERU 2019 facilities. Any damages that may occur will be assessed by the ORGANIZER and paid by the EXHIBITOR before removing his merchandise. 10. SUB-RENTAL The EXHIBITOR may not partially or fully sublease the contracted area. The breach will result in the automatic cancellation of the Contract and the immediate return of the module or stand to the ORGANIZER. The amount paid by the EXHIBITOR will be retained by the ORGANIZER as a penalty for breach of the provisions of this section. 11. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ENTRY OF THE EXHIBITOR AND HIS STAFF TO THE FAIR The entrance of the EXHIBITOR and its authorized personnel to the fairgrounds will be subject to compliance with the following: a. Payment by the EXHIBITOR to the ORGANIZER of the total amount of the rent of the space and any other amount for additional services contracted. b. The presentation by the EXHIBITOR and its authorized personnel of the respective credentials necessary to carry out the mounting, assembly and disassembly work. c. The presentation of the corresponding dispatch note (s). d. The use of all safety implements, such as helmets, boots, harness and vests, among others, by the personnel in charge of carrying out the assembly, disassembly and decoration work. 12. REGISTRATION AND INVITATION CARDS a. The Space Lease Contract gives the right to a virtual invitation format to be sent to the people that the EXHIBITOR wishes to attend during the exhibition days. b. The Space Lease Contract, entitles up to three invitations for the welcome cocktail organized for the EXHIBITORS. The number of invitations to receive is only determined by the number of meters purchased. 13. EXHIBITION OF EQUIPMENT AND SAMPLES The exhibition of equipment in operation and samples will be authorized only if they do not represent danger or discomfort for the other participants and/or for the facilities of the fairgrounds. The use of sound amplification equipment will not be allowed, except for audiovisual presentations, in which case the volume should not interfere with the normal development of the VII SITDEF PERÚ

3 14. STANDS AND ISLANDS a. CHANGE OF STAND The change of the stand, if the EXHIBITOR wishes, and if it is possible will be requested by no later than Monday, April 15, After that date and for the change to proceed, THE EXHIBITOR must pay the ORGANIZER a penalty ascending to US. $ plus 18% local Sales Tax, upon delivery of the corresponding invoice; Otherwise, the requested change will not be made. b. DISTRIBUTION OF STANDS AND ISLANDS THE ORGANIZER will distribute the stands and islands according to the plans. The EXHIBITOR will choose the stand or island according to the contract. However, THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to modify the size of the spaces of the stands or islands that have not yet been leased. THE EXHIBITOR can participate in stands or separate islands within the fairground and even in the same pavilion or area. c. PLACE OF ENTRY OF DECORATION AND / OR INSTALLATION MATERIAL AND EXHIBIT PRODUCTS The entrance of the decoration and/or installation material and of the exhibition products to the fairground will be done through the door Nº 4 of the Army General Headquarters, access close that to the Vía de Evitamiento Panamericana Sur, San Borja. The material that enters the fairgrounds must have the dispatch note in original and two copies, which must include the details listed below and must be approved by the security personnel: SITDEF PERÚ 2019 HEADQUARTERS OF THE ARMY SAN BORJA LIMA PERU. d. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MODULES. 1) The VII SITDEF PERÚ 2019 has indoor and outdoormodules. The interior modules are under canvas cover stretched like a pavilion and with an iron structure prepared for this purpose. 2) Stands of 3 x 2 (6 m2), (Perimeter Modulation), are 2 meters deep by 3 meters in front, by 2.5 meters high. 3) The stands of 3 x 3 (9 m2), (perimeter modulation), are 3 meters deep by 3 meters in front, by 2.5 meters high. 4) For the two previous cases, a power of Kw per m2 will be provided, also a dividing wall based on melamine panels and aluminum profiles (Alusett System), gray carpet applied directly in the floor space, a frieze whith the name of the company, a round table, two chairs, fluorescent lights and a double outlet. 5) The Islands of 4 x 4 (16 m2), will be provided with 1.5 Kw of electricity. 3

4 6) The islands of 4 x 5 (20 mts2), 5 x 5 (25 mts.2) and 5 x 6 (30 mts.2), will be provided with 1.5 Kw of electricity. They will not have any structure. 7) The Islands of 5 x 8 (40 m2), 5 x 10 (50 m2) and 6 x 10 (60 m2), will be provided with 3 Kw of electricity. They will not have any structure. 8) The islands of 8 x 10 (80m2), 10 x 10 (100m2), 13 x 18 (234 m2) and other larger ones, will be provided with 7.5 Kw of electricity. They will not have any structure. 9) The 3x2 and 3x3 stands that could be inside an island and the Islands of paragraphs 5), 6), 7) and 8) will only be provided with an energy point (wick) and the carpe of the same event. e. INSTALLATION, ASSEMBLY, DECORATION AND DISMANTLING OF THE STANDS OR ISLANDS 1) OFFICIAL ASSEMBLY COMPANY.- For the VII SITDEF PERÚ 2019, the company Stockholm Exhibiciones ( has been designated as the Official Mounting Company of the event. Stockholm Exhibitions will be responsible for ensuring the distribution and allocation of spaces, as well as the construction of all the basic modulation, structures and decoration of stands of those companies that so require or request. The contact numbers are: (+ 51-1) or (+51) ) The decoration and exhibition material will be admitted to the venue, accompanied by the dispatch note, issued in duplicate by the EXHIBITOR, which must be endorsed by the Security people designated by the ORGANIZER. 3) The maximum permitted load is 50 tons, including the means of transportation. Construction work is not allowed inside the exhibition areas (welding, compressors, spray painting, saws, etc.), The EXHIBITOR and/or the provider or the assembly companies must carry the components of the project, prefabricated, since the authorization is only for the assembly, retouching and furnishing work. 4) The assembly companies must be accredited to the ORGANIZER and will send the list of the workers with the corresponding Identification Number or ID Number. They must also have an All-Risk Insurance (SCTR). All workers and/or EXHIBITORS who enter the fairgrounds before the opening of the event, must use safety equipment and safety helmet. In case of not having them, the Organization will place a position at the entrance where they can acquire them. The concrete floor and/or wall covering may not be painted, perforated, broken, manipulated or damaged in any way. The deterioration of the assembly elements, will involve the collection of the amount stipulated by the ORGANIZER, according to the damages caused and must be canceled/paid before the beginning of the event. 5) The assembly work of the contractors / assemblers and decorators, of stands exceeding 100 m2, will start on Monday, May 6, 2018 from 08:00 hours to 4

5 18:00 hours. 6) The work of the contractor / montage and stand decorator companies from 16m2 to 100 m2 will start on Friday, May 10, 2018 from 08:00 hours to 18:00 hours. 7) The exhibitors of the basic stands of 3x2 mts2 and 3x3 mts2 can enter to decorate or occupy their respective stands on May 13 and 14, ) It is important to note that the energy will be enabled as of May 14 for the corresponding tests and will remain active until the end of the event. The assembly companies must provide wireless instruments and tools during the days prior to this date for the assembly of their stands. 9) The finishing of all assembly and decoration work will be Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at 22:00 hours. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of up to US$ %Sales tax per m2 contracted that the EXHIBITOR must pay to the ORGANIZER no later than the first day of the event, that is, on Thursday, May 16, If still and with the penalty, the stand has not been finished the same May 16 at 24;00 hrs, the ORGANIZER has the power to cancel the authorization of that stand and therefore the participation of said company or EXHIBITOR will be excluded. 10) No conditioning works will be allowed during the exhibition hours, so that the EXHIBITOR who has not finished, may continue only after the daily closing and under his absolute responsibility and in coordination with the ORGANIZER. All modules must be kept assembled until the end of the exhibition, being prohibited the withdrawal of any product exhibited before the end of the event. 11) The EXHIBITOR who having contracted a basic stand is 3x2 or 3x3 with melamine paneling and has not informed until May 1, 2019, the removal of these structures to build his own decoration in that space, will pay a penalty of US $ %sales tax f. OCCUPATION OF THE STAND OR ISLAND THE EXHIBITOR may only occupy the stand or island after (a) having made the full payment indicated in the Participation Contract and the additional services contracted. g. HOURS OF PERMANENCE IN THE STAND OR ISLAND For the safety of the event, the hours of the EXHIBITOR S personnel in charge of the stand or the island during the days of the event will be one (1) hour before starting the service to the public, this is 9:00 a.m. and the exit will be half an hour after closing the attention to the public, that is to say, at 18:30 hours. h. EXHIBITION PRODUCTS During the opening hours, the stand or island must remain properly decorated and supplied with the products to be exhibited, which may only be removed from the fairgrounds on the date indicated for the dismantling. 5

6 i. STAND OR ISLAND SUPPLY The schedule, only for the supply of the stands or islands with the material and/or products of exhibition will be from 08:00 am to 09:30 am during the three days following the inauguration (May 19, 20, 21). After this time, no material and/or exhibition products will be allowed to enter, except prior coordination with the Organization of the Event. The transport of material to their respective stands will be done without obstructing the normal movement of the attendees. j. DECORATION The decoration of the modules is the responsibility of the EXHIBITOR. Take into account when designing, that the maximum height allowed for any decorative element is 4 meters. k. DESIGN. Every design must respect the general harmony of the event; it must not exceed the established dimensions. Any alteration in terms of measures of the stand according to the established space and height will not be allowed. The ORGANIZER demands that the disposition be respected, otherwise the assembly of that stand will not be allowed. l. ENTERING OF THE PERSONNEL. The staff of the EXHIBITOR, as well as their contractors, must be registered with the ORGANIZER and must obtain the respective identification badge to carry out the assembly and decoration of the modules (stands). m. DISTRIBUTION AND/OR EXHIBITION OF PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL. The distribution and/or display of promotional material must be done only within the module of the EXHIBITOR. The circulation of characters (in customs) in the fairgrounds is not allowed. It is also not permitted to paste stickers, posters, or distribute advertising outside the rented modules. n. DISMANTLING OF FACILITIES AND WITHDRAWAL OF MERCHANDISE. 1) The dismantling of the modules and stands can be done from Monday, May 20 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Tuesday, May 21 from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. All merchandise that leaves will have to be confronted with the corresponding dispatch note (s) with the one (s) that entered. After these dates, the ORGANIZER will not be responsible for absolutely nothing. Not for losses, or damages of anykind. 2) The work of dismantling and removal of exhibition material and products must be authorized by the ORGANIZER after verifying the EXHIBITOR S compliance with the requirements established in these Internal Regulations and the payment, if any, for any damage caused, to the stands and / or the fairgrounds. The EXHIBITOR S personnel must be permanently present at the stand or island while this work is being done. 3) The decoration material and the exhibition products can only be removed from the fairgrounds upon submission of the product confronted with the dispatch note duly endorsed by the security personnel. 6

7 4) The ORGANIZER will retain the merchandise that has not been withdrawn within the established schedule. It will be returned upon payment by the EXHIBITOR, of the corresponding penalty imposed by the ORGANIZER for the expenses arising from the deposit, storage and transportation of said merchandise. 5) The EXHIBITOR must pay the ORGANIZER a penalty of US $ % sales tax for each day of delay in the removal of his stand/or merchandise or products, after the date indicated for the dismantling. 6) The EXHIBITOR must return to the ORGANIZER the stand or island in the same conditions in which it was received, free of waste, waste material, garbage, construction material, etc. 7) The ORGANIZER reserves the right to retain the EXHIBITOR S assets in the fairgrounds until the latter has fulfilled all of its contractual obligations and the provisions contained in these Internal Rules. o. TEMPORARY INTERNSHIP. It will be allowed the entry of samples for the exhibition as temporary custody, being the responsibility of the EXHIBITOR, to comply with the current customs legislation. We suggest carrying out this procedure at least five months in advance. In the General Warehouse of SITDEF PERU 2019, located in the Army General Headquarters. All the material, merchandise, products, etc, that have entered Peru via Customs and under the Temporary Internment mechanism will be deposited prior to the event. The same ones that will be taken on May 13 and 14 to the corresponding stands and in the presence of the EXHIBITOR. p. DIRECT SALE. In the event that an exhibitor makes commercial transactions during the exhibition, it will be his responsibility to comply with the tax and customs laws in force. It will not be allowed to sell products during the exhibition, nor to place notices indicating the products sold or in promotion. q. HEAVY MACHINERY The EXHIBITOR can only enter heavy machinery (vehicles, etc) until Monday, May 06, 2019, within a special schedule that the ORGANIZER will inform opportunely to the EXHIBITOR and prior coordination. The heavy machinery must necessarily have a base that allows it to be transported without damaging the facilities (carpet or other). Likewise, it is the EXHIBITOR S responsibility to have the necessary equipment to transport the machinery from the unloading area (security control) to its assigned area (stand or island). The entry will be made through the door No. 4 of the Army General Headquarters, San Borja, and must be accompanied by an original dispatch note and two copies that will be endorsed by the security personnel of the fairgrounds. The Guide must contain the following information: SITDEF PERÚ 2019 HEADQUARTERS OF THE ARMY SAN BORJA LIMA PERU. 7

8 15. ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS The Costa Centro Regional Office of the National Institute of Civil Defense (INDECI) and the Civil Defense Office of the District of San Borja, have the following provisions: a. It is strictly forbidden to use twin cables and blade keys in any type of electrical installation. Only the use of vulcanized double jacket cables in any electric installation to be made and electrical accessories in accordance with safety regulations (National Electrical Code) will be allowed. b. All electrical installations, electrical outlets and electrical equipment located inside the stand or island (interior and exterior) must be connected to the grounding well, in order to take care of the physical integrity of the people who could be affected as a result of an electrical discharge c. The Exhibition Center will provide each stand or island (interior and exterior) with single- phase electricity that contractors must connect following the procedures of the National Electricity Code (CNE ). d. The transit areas (corridors) must remain completely free without obstructing the escape routes. e. The indoor or outdoor stands or islands whose total area is greater than or equal to 24 m2 must have a PQS class ABC extinguisher inside them during the four days of the exhibition. f. The islands whose measures are 12m2 or more must have a thermal key placed 1 m ½ of the floor with a sign indicating attention electrical risk, otherwise the island cannot be opened to the public. 16. ADDITIONAL ENERGY In the event that the EXHIBITOR needs additional electric power in its stand or island, it must request it from the ORGANIZER, no later than April 29, The authorization by THE ORGANIZER will be subject to the fact that this additional energy does not represent a danger for the participants and THE EXHIBITOR must pay the ORGANIZER US $ IGV per Kw. The installations of this additional energy must be connected to the grounding well and have a thermo-magnetic switch for its distribution. 17. CLEANING The cleaning of corridors and common spaces of the fairground will be in charge of the personnel hired by the ORGANIZER. The cleaning inside each stand will be in charge of each EXHIBITOR. 18. SURVEILLANCE a. The ORGANIZER will contract private and general surveillance for the fairgrounds. However, this service does not include the surveillance of the stand or island of the EXHIBITOR. b. The EXHIBITOR may contract his own surveillance service, with prior approval of the 8

9 ORGANIZER. This service must comply with all safety regulations established by the ORGANIZER. It is the responsibility of the EXHIBITOR to take care of its exhibition products and/or equipment that enter the fairgrounds. c. The ORGANIZER is not responsible for the loss, theft, and/or deterioration of the exhibition samples, decoration material and installation of stands or islands and other objects for personal use required by THE EXHIBITOR for the purposes of the event. To minimize the risks of loss and/or damage to the material and/or objects of personal use of the EXHIBITOR, the stand or island must have the permanent presence of personnel of the EXHIBITOR or of a guard hired. 19. INSURANCE INSURANCE POLICY AGAINST ACCIDENTS AND LIFE FOR WORKERS The EXHIBITOR is obliged to take out insurance against accidents and all life risks (SCTR) whose coverage is valid from the date of assembly until the dismantling date, inclusive, for its workers and/or third parties authorized by the EXHIBITOR to perform the assembly and dismantling of their respective stands, machinery and/or equipment and any other work. The EXHIBITOR is liable for any damage that may be caused to its own workers and to third parties hired by the EXHIBITOR. Likewise is the EXHIBITOR liability to oblige its workers to comply with the necessary safety measures to prevent accidents and damages, providing them with all the necessary protective equipment, such as a helmets, boots, among others, to carry out the work within THE EVENT. The EXHIBITOR must give to the ORGANIZER the policies referred to, before the installation of the STAND and/or THE ISLAND. It is expressly stated that the EXHIBITOR exempts the ORGANIZER from any type of civil, criminal or administrative liability for any damage that it generates or causes to its employees. 20. AMBULANCE The event will have two fully equipped TYPE II ambulances and trained paramedics from Monday, May 13 to Sunday, May 20, These ambulances will be used exclusively for emergencies. It is understood as an emergency any illness or accident that implies a risk of life and that requires immediate treatment. 21. OBLIGATIONS OF THE EXHIBITORS a. It is the obligation of the EXHIBITOR to have complied with paying 100% of the stand indicated in the participation contract and the additional services contracted, in order to be able to exhibit their products or services in the event. b. It is the obligation of the EXHIBITOR to fill out and return, to the Coordinator within the aforementioned deadlines, all the forms that the EXHIBITOR will send you in a timely manner. c. It is the obligation of the EXHIBITOR to keep the ORGANIZER informed of any changes of address, telephones, or contact person. d. It is the obligation of the EXHIBITOR to have finished all the installation works of the 9

10 stand or island no later than Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at 22:00 hours. Failure to comply with these dates will result in a penalty of up to US $ IGV per m2 contracted, which THE EXHIBITOR must pay to the ORGANIZER no later than the first day of the event, that is, on Thursday, May 16, e. It is the obligation of the EXHIBITOR to decorate the stand or island in harmony with the event. THE ORGANIZER is authorized to stop any work that considers inappropriate, as well as to give the guidelines for the arrangement or the change of the decoration elements. f. It is the obligation of the EXHIBITOR to place its products in the places previously contracted with THE ORGANIZER, being expressly established the prohibition to occupy the escape routes, passages, stairs and other areas of common use, which must remain free in order to allow normal movementoftheparticipants and thegeneral public. However, the ORGANIZER is authorized to make changes in the location of stands and islands when necessary, prior coordination with the EXHIBITOR. g. It is the obligation of THE EXHIBITOR to present a letter of responsibility signed by a Civil Engineer, for those stands whose dimensions exceed 50 m2 and/or are two stories, which detail their identity document, number of tuition and condition of being enabled to execute projects; declaring in addition that for the installation of the own stand or island the materials authorized by the Institute of Civil Defense, INDECI will be used for this type of events and that the connections and electrical installations to condition the own stand or island comply with the corresponding safety standards, under the responsibility of the signer. Said letter will be sent by to the assigned coordinator duly signed on letterhead. It is also the obligation of the EXHIBITOR, in case its stand or island exceeds the height of 2.48m, paint and give a good finish to the wall that adjoins the island or adjacent or subsequent stand. h. It is the obligation of the EXHIBITOR who have its area equal or greater than 24m2, to have a PQS class ABC extinguisher inside its stand or island, inside or outside, during the days of the event. i. It is the obligation of the EXHIBITOR to assume all the expenses generated by the installation, decoration and conditioning of its stand or island for the exhibition of its products and services, which must be in harmony with the design, location, distribution and decoration of the fairgrounds. j. It is the obligation of the EXHIBITOR who has contracted a stand or islands in the area located outside the fairgrounds, take the necessary measures to protect their machinery or products with tarpaulins or any other material appropriate for this purpose, material that must be previously approved by the ORGANIZER. k. It is the obligation of the EXHIBITOR to occupy his stand or island the first day of the event at 08:30 hours, at the latest; otherwise, you will lose the right to the stand and the return of the total amount paid. Likewise, it is mandatory to comply with the exhibition schedule. l. It is the EXHIBITOR S obligation to return the stand and furniture in the conditions in 10

11 which they were delivered to him; otherwise, the EXHIBITOR must pay the ORGANIZER the amount corresponding to the damages caused, against the presentation of the corresponding invoice issued by the ORGANIZER once the damages have been previously valued. m. The entry of merchandise or machinery under the regime of temporary admission is subject to a series of procedures that the EXHIBITOR must perform with Sunat Customs and coordinate with that entity the date and time of entry of their machinery and/or merchandise to the fairground, taking into account the dates and times programmed by the ORGANIZER. Likewise, the EXHIBITOR must make the respective coordination with Sunat Customs to remove said machinery and/or merchandise from the event to the general store of SITDEF PERU 2017 as of Sunday, May 20, In case of not complying with the indicated, THE EXHIBITOR must pay the ORGANIZER a penalty of US $ % sales tax, for each day of delay in withdrawing or authorizing the withdrawal of merchandise or machinery. n. It is the obligation of EXHIBITOR to compensate economically the ORGANIZER, previous evaluation, for any damage that the facilities of the fairground may suffer as a result of transport, installation and exhibition of heavy machinery. o. It is the obligation of the EXHIBITOR to contract a life and work accident insurance policy. p. It is the obligation of the EXHIBITOR to make sure that his workers comply with the use of all the safety equipment required for the work carried out within the fairgrounds. q. It is the obligation of the EXHIBITOR to respect the decibels authorized by the ORGANIZER, which must not exceed 15. r. It is the obligation of the EXHIBITOR to request the corresponding permission to APDAYC and UNIMPRO for the music that will be played in its stand and/or island; as well as making the payments that may take place; otherwise the EXHIBITOR will not be able to put music in its STAND and/or ISLAND. s. Assignment in use: The EXHIBITOR cannot sublet or assign totally or partially the contracted area. The breach will result in the automatic termination of the contract and the return of the stand to THE ORGANIZER by THE EXHIBITOR, without any compensation 22. INABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE EVENT If THE EXHIBITOR is unable to participate in the event, he must notify the ORGANIZER in writing within forty-five (45) calendar days before the start of the fair, in order to preserve the harmony of the fairgrounds. The cancellation of the participation does not entitle THE EXHIBITOR to the refund of the amount paid for the stand. 23. RESTRICTIONS It is strictly prohibited: 11

12 a. The entry of unaccompanied minors. b. The use of flammable material. c. The commissioning of combustion engines and the ignition of machinery testing inside or outside the fairground, during the development of the event. d. The blocking of common areas. e. The hiring of minors to perform any kind of work. f. The volume of televisions sets or players above 15 decibels authorized by the ORGANIZER, as well as the noise of machinery and/or generator set exceeding 15 decibels. g. Pierce, break, paint or chop the floor. In case the decoration requires a support, it is recommended to place a wooden board or place a false floor on the carpet. Once the event is over it is the responsibility of the EXHIBITOR to remove the false floor. h. Cut the carpets and/or damage the material of the stands. i. The use of nails, paints, glues, bedbugs, staples and others on the panels of the predecorated stands (melamine plates) and/or aluminum structures. j. Display merchandise that is considered dangerous or inconvenient for the event. The ORGANIZER reserves the right to remove from the exhibition the goods it deems inappropriate. k. Display or mention products that do not conform to the exhibition. l. Place misleading advertising or any type of advertising that affects the image of other companies. m. Advertise your products and services or distribute brochures outside the area of your stand or island or the area provided for this purpose and use any device enabled for sound advertising (speakers, etc.). Place posters n. Circulation of characters (customs) by the hallways of the fairgrounds o. Use of inflatable advertising elements or of any other type without the prior authorization of the ORGANIZER. p. Make political propaganda. q. Sell raffle tickets, lottery, or any form of collection, even if it is for charitable purposes. r. Use systems or means of advertising that, in the opinion of the ORGANIZER, may cause inconvenience to other exhibitors or visitors. 12

The ORGANIZER reserves the right to terminate the participation contract and/or close any stand and/or island hired by the EXHIBITOR, either temporarily or permanently, even during the development of the event, in case of breach by the EXHIBITOR of any of the provisions and restrictions established in these Internal Regulations and the participation contract. 24. LIABILITY EXEMPTION: THE ORGANIZER is exempt from any type of liability in front of the EXHIBITOR in the following cases: a. For the breach by the EXHIBITOR of any payment to which he was obligated in front of his personnel or contractor. b. For the breach by the EXHIBITOR of any of its contractual obligations, those contained in these Internal Regulations and the legal provisions in force that are applicable to it. c. For the loss and damage caused to vehicles, merchandise, facilities, tools and decoration and installation material by the EXHIBITOR and/or its contractors. d. For the loss or damage of any exhibition machinery or product that has been removed from the fairground after the dismantling date. e. For the loss or damage caused to a good during the opening hours. f. For any kind of accident that the own or contracted personnel of the EXHIBITOR may suffer. g. For the damages that the exhibitor may cause to third parties. h. For voltage drop and interruptions in the electrical energy supply or internet drop, since the event works with a generator set which could suffer any inconvenient or malfunction. i. For the loss, malfunction or any damage that the equipment, material and/or structures of property of the EXHIBITOR or contracted to third parties could suffer, waiving expressly the EXHIBITOR to appeal any demand against the ORGANIZER, its employees or officials. j. For the loss of laptops, cellphones, video cameras and photographic cameras and other articles of personal use. k. For the loss of any object that have been abandoned in the fairground, stand or island. 25. ADDITIONAL SERVICES IN CHARGE OF THE ORGANIZER. The ORGANIZER will provide the follow services to the EXHIBITORS: a. Electrical Energy. The electrical energy is single-phase, of 220 volts and 60 Hz. The 13

14 electricity provided does not have stabilizer of potency, for the which the exhibitor must have in mind, in case of connecting any electronic equipment. If the EXHIBITOR requires more energy, it must be requested not later than April 29 th The ORGANIZER will evaluate the viability and the budget with the additional cost will be sent, the same shall be totally cancelled before May 08 th Under any circumstances it is not possible to connect potencies higher than the requested or to make unauthorized connections. b. Furniture. The inner modules of the modulation are provided with a circular table, two chairs, one fluorescent lamp, and an outlet. It is forbidden to paint, make holes, screw, use glue, adhesives materials, etc on the walls and in the profiles. The rent of the islands does not include furniture. c. Cleaning. The clean of the circulation zones or common area will be in charge of the ORGANIZER. 26. SCHEDULE 2019 April 15:.- Deadline to change stand. April 15:.- Deadline to cancel the total amount of the reserved modules. Since this date, the new exhibition space agreements will be received with the payment of the total amount. Deadline to confirm the requested data for the publication in the Official Catalog. Deadline to reserve the Commercial Conference Rooms, which will be published in the Official Catalog. This service is only and exclusively for the EXHIBITORS. April 29: Deadline to request additional electric power. May 01:.- Deadline to request withdrawal of basic stand 3x2, 3x3 and 4x4. May 08: Maximum period to pay the additional electric energy requested. May 06:.- Deadline for entry of heavy machinery to the fairground, prior coordination with the ORGANIZER. May 06 to May 14: Assembly and decoration of stands and modules larger than 100 m2, from 08:00 to 18:00 hrs. May 10 to May 14: Assembly and decoration of stands and modules from 16 m2 to 100 m2, from 08:00 to 18:00 hrs. May 13 to May 14: Assembly and decoration of basic (predecorated) stands of 3x2 mts2 and 3x3 mts2. May 13 and 14: Transfer of material, products and merchandise from Customs (temporary warehouse) from the general store to the exhibition area. From 08:00 hrs. at 5:00 p.m. May 14: Termination of the assembly work, installation and decoration of stands. 22:00 hrs. 14
