Since then, ICBC has reviewed its service levels at TCD, and considered options for improving overall customer satisfaction. In light of the nature and complexity of calls handled at TCD, ICBC has selected a new business service level target of 0/00, or 0% of calls answered within 00 seconds. In order to meet this service level target, ICBC must implement staffing level changes and provide further training. These changes and training are expected to be completed for a June, 00 implementation.
