1 Change Number: 1 Change Effective Date: 02/11/2016 Contract Title: Personal Computing Devices, Monitors & Services Contract Period: Beginning - 02/15/2014 and Ending 02/14/2017 The Commonwealth is exercising its option to renew the Personal Computing Devices, Monitors and Services contract between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Pomeroy IT Solutions Sales Company Inc. Section I-5 Term of Contract states: The contracts resulting from this IFB will commence on the effective date, as defined in Appendix A Terms and Conditions, and will end in two (2) years, with three (3) one (1) year renewal options. The Commonwealth, in its sole discretion, may renew the contracts. Renewals may be for single or multiple year terms. The Commonwealth is renewing the contract for one (1) year. The new termination date of the contract will be February 14, 2017.

Contract Period: Beginning -02/15/2014 and Ending 02/15/2018 The Commonwealth is exercising its option to renew the Personal Computing Devices, Monitors and Services contract between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Pomeroy IT Solutions Sales Company Inc. 7 Change Number: 4 Change Effective Date : 09/10/2018 Contract Title: Personal Computing Devices, Monitors & Services Contract Period: Beginning -02/15/2014 and Ending 09/07/2018 The new IT Hardware Statewide contracts listed below have been fully executed and available for use HP, INC - Desktops, Laptops, Ultra-Portable Laptops, Tablets, Rugged Devices and Non-Traditional Desktops (Thin-Clients). Punch-Out Capability. The current Personal Computing Devices, Monitors & Services contract with HP ( ), CDW ( ), Dell ( ), Synnex ( ) and Pomeroy ( ), will remain active until 9/7/2018 for agencies to process any pending orders.
