The Shell co has two kinds of contracts n relation to the sale of its products. Either the dealer will build the petrol station on his own expense or the company will build the station and the rent it to the dealer. In both cases a detailed contract will be prepared and authenticated by the legal advisor. At that time, the company was also selling most of its property in Sudan. We prepared and executed all those contracts of sale. Represent the company in courts. The legal work in the company was centralized in Khartoum. As a result the legal advisor has to follow all the cases inside and outside Khartoum. Because of the difficulty of following and supervising the cases I stopped working as a legal advisor to the company and confined my self to the legal department in ALBARAKA BANK since the year Associate member of many legal firms in Sudan e.g. Fadeel and Akrat, Omer Abdelati: Participated as a par-time legal advisor in some Sudanese firms.
