1 Chapter 1 General Conditions of Assistance Insurance during travel abroad for cardholders of revolving bank cards issued by Societe Generale Expressbank, including the Information from art of the Insurance code. The present General Terms and conditions include the Information about the Insurer and Insurance Agent from art of the Insurance code, General information about the insurance product from art.326 of the Insurance code, and are given to the applicants for insurance prior to subscription to the insurance agreement. SECTION 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS Art.1 Definitions The definitions used in these general conditions have the following meaning: Insurance agreement (policy) Insurance agreement (Policy) is the Group Agreement (Agreement) for Insurance Assistance during Travel Abroad for cardholders of Revolving bank cards issued by Societe Generale Expressbank (further refered to as Agreement or Policy), signed between the Insurer and the Policyholder Annex annex is a special part of the group agreement that contains any changes or supplements as well as the signatures of each party of the agreement. Insurer - Insurance Joint Stock Company Komerční pojišťovna, a. s., registered at the Commercial Register at the Municipal Court in Prague, section B, under Company file No: 3362, with headquarters and address of management Karolinská 1/ Prague 8 Czech Republic, Company Identification Number , having a licence for insurance operations issued by Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic, authorized to provide insurance operations on the territory of Republic of Bulgaria under the freedom to provide services and with correspondence address in Bulgaria: Komercni Pojistovna, Bulgaria, Regus building, "Totleben" Blvd., Sofia 1606 Bulgaria (shown as Insurer 2 in the Insurance certificate). Policyholder The Policyholder is Societe Generale Expressbank JSCo, having its seat and registered address in Varna, 92 Vladislav Varnenchik blvd., registered in the Commercial Registry with UIC Parties of the Agreement (Policy) The parties of the Agreement (Policy) are the Insurer and the Policyholder. Assistance Company is Mondial Assistance, Potterndorfen Str , 1120 Vienna, Austria. The assistance company is a legal entity defined by the insurer to act on its behalf. The Assistance Company represents the Insurer when filling in a claim, in the investigating and settling of insurance event. The Assistance Company is authorized by Insurer according to the Agreement signed on 1st January 2011 to act on his behalf for all insurance events included in the insurance policy. The independent company for settling of claims registered with the Romanian National Bank and acting in this insurance contract on behalf of the insurance company as its contractual partner: Gras Savoye Romania Broker de Asigurare - Reasigurare SRL,. with headquarters and address of management: , Calea Floreasca, 5th floor, Sector 1,Bucharest, Romania, Listed in the commercial register with identification number:j40/9647/1996, With the fiscal code: , Hereinafter referred as «GSR» Sum Insured The sum insured is the amount specified in Chapter 1 (General Conditions of insurance Assistance during a travel abroad of cardholders of revolving bank cards issued by Societe Generale Expressbank ) and in the Insurance certificate for Insured Persons as a maximum annual (for each respective year of the term of individual insurance duration) limit for an insurance indemnity for the respective covered risk and the type of the revolving bank card due by the Insurer under the Agreement s conditions for the insurance events occurred with the insured person during his/her effective individual insurance cover during the respective year of the term of his/her individual insurance cover. Insurance Indemnity Insurance Indemnity is the amount payable by the Insurer to the Beneficiary in compliance to the present General Conditions and the Agreement, if the covered risk occurs within the duration of the effective individual insurance cover of the Insured Person in relation with the respective revolving bank card. Insurance Premium Insurance Premium, hereinafter referred to as Premium is the amount payable by the Policyholder to the Insurer reciprocally to its obligations under the General Conditions and the Agreement. Acute Sickness of the Insured person Acute sickness of the insured is any acute and unexpected pathological state or state of abnormal function of bodily organs other than accident that was diagnosed in a registered medical establishment with an official medical document occurred with the insured during the duration of his/hers effective individual insurance cover related with the specified revolving bank card, except for a sickness caused by a defect or condition, which had been diagnosed and for which was recommended a medical treatment before the beginning of the individual insurance cover of the Insured person. Accident of the Insured Person is any bodily injury that is non-intentional on the part of the Insured person, arising from an action that is sudden, unforeseeable and from an external cause, which occurred with the Insured within the effective duration of his/her individual insurance cover related to his particular revolving bank card. Medical expenses All necessary, urgent and reasonable expenses for medical treatment made abroad and during the term of effective individual insurance cover, including expenses for surgical treatment, anaesthesia or other treatment in hospital or subscribed by a Doctor. Medical treatment Medical advises, treatment, medical consultation by a doctor, prescribed treatment or manipulation. Doctor Is a person who has an appropriate medical specialty recognized by an accredited academic institution and provides medical services under his / her right for individual practice, registered according to the law of the country, in which he/she practices. in the sense of the present General Conditions for a doctor will not be considered the insured person himself or a member of his/hers family who ois a doctor. Hospital Is a healthy institution for active treatment with beds, for public utility, with legal personality, private or public property, which assures permanent medical services. The hospital should have all the authorizations and functionally licenses from the respective state or legal authority for carrying out this activity, defined in the applicable regulation. The institutions that are not considered hospitals include, without being limited to, recovery centers, extended care centers, care homes for the elderly, resort establishments and sanatoriums. War War are all announced or not war actions, including when a sovereign country uses war force to achieve economic, territorial, national, political, racial, religious or other goals. Terrorism Terrorism is use or treats to use force or forcible actions against individuals, property, as well as actions threatening human lives or properties, actions taken to damage communication or electronic systems. Those actions are taken by an individual or group of people, acting on behalf of, or in relationship with an organization, government, force, military or civil force and the goal is to threat, constraint or ill-natured actions towards the government, the population or part of them, as well as to affect any economic field. The concept/notion terrorism includes all terrorist actions considered and acknowledged as such by the country they take place in, as well as, the Use, the eviction or flowing of nuclear wastes, which causes directly or indirectly nuclear pollution or reaction, the use of Pathogenic or poisonous biological or chemical nuclear substances. Duration of the individual insurance cover Duration of the individual insurance cover is a period of time within which if the Insurance cover is effective and insurance event occurs, representing fulfilment of covered risk on the agreement with the particular Insured Person, the Insurer shall be liable in accordance with the provisions of the present General Conditions and the Agreement to pay the respective Insurance Indemnity to the Beneficiary. The start and end date of the duration of the individual insurance cover, as well as the effective date are specified below into the present General Conditions. Card Holder Card Holder is any physical person who holds a revolving bank card issued by the Policyholder and linked to a Revolving Loan Revolving bank card Revolving bank card is a revolving credit card VISA Classic/Gold and/or MasterCard Classic/Gold, linked with a revolving loan, issued and managed by the Policyholder on the name of the Insured Person. Insured Person/Insured/Beneficiary Insured Person is the cardholder of a revolving bank card issued to the bank account in Societe Generale Expressbank, who answers the requirements of art.7 below and is insured under the present General Conditions and the conditions of the agreement. Abroad means in the territory of a state other than Bulgarian Republic. As foreign territory is also considered the passenger flight deck of a plane by which the insured travels if at least the place of planned departure, arrival or intermediate landing is in the territory of another state than the Bulgarian Republic. Medical emergency aid (health emergency) means immediate and urgent necessary medical treatment for the Insured person resulting of an accident or acute (sudden) sickness with him/her which occurred abroad. Hospitalization means medical treatment provided in a hospital and requiring at least 24- hour stay or one-night stay of the patient (Insured Person) in a hospital abroad. Treatment means surgical or medical procedures the sole purpose of which is the treatment of a health emergency by a licensed doctor abroad. Close Person Close Person is one of the following persons associated with the Insured: husband/spouse, parents, children (including the children adopted, under guardianship or in foster care), siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, parents-in-law, siblings-in-law, step parents, aunt, uncle, cousin, nephew, and niece. Insurance event Insurance event is an unexpected event that takes place during the effective individual insurance cover of the insured person, representing the fulfilment of covered risk. Adequate transportation means a flight in Economy Class, travelling by train in first class or any other way of transport if pre-approved by the assistance company. Franchise/self deductible Franchise/self deductible is the amount defined in the Agreement, over which the Insurer takes the responsibility for the entire amount of every insurance claim according to the present General Conditions, but not more than the sum insured. In the event that the amount of the insurance claim does not exceed the franchise amount specified in the Agreement, it is fully borne by the Insured. Effective individual insurance cover Effective individual insurance cover is a period of time within the duration of the individual insurance cover of the insured person in connection with his/her particular revolving bank card. The date when the effective individual insurance cover begins and its expiry date are specified into the present General Conditions. In any case the effective individual insurance cover will not begin if the individual insurance cover has not begun as well as, the effective individual insurance cover will be terminated with the termination of the individual insurance cover. Art. 2 Scope of the insurance agreement 2.1 In exchange of the payment by the Policyholder of insurance premium and in accordance with the Agreement`s conditions and the present General Conditions, the Insurer provides immediate assistance to the Insured person who is in a situation after occurrence of an insurance event which represents fulfilment of some, defined in art. 10 below, risks covered and which insurance event occurred during the effective individual insurance cover of the insured person related to his/hers specific revolving bank card. 2.2 Immediate assistance as in point 1 is provided under the conditions of permanent 24-hour availability of the international network of the Assistance Company. 2.3 The Policyholder is obliged to pay the insurance premiums in the manner, term, and way specified in the agreement. Art.3 Duration of the group agreement This Agreement takes effect from 05/02/2013 and expires on 31 st December It then renews year by year thereafter by tacit agreement on 1st January of each year, unless it was cancelled according to art. 4.2 below. Art. 4 Termination of the group insurance Agreement 4.1 In the event of termination of the Agreement by the Policyholder or the Insurer then the cover shall be maintained in force for existing Insured Persons in the terms of the Agreement. No new Insured Persons shall be admitted to the scheme as from the date of cancellation. 4.2 The group agreement shall be terminated in the following cases: - mutual agreement between the parties; - if a written cancellation notice, is sent by a registered letter 3 months before the cancellation at the latest - in case of non-payment from the side of the Policyholder of the sum of all monthly due insurance premiums for all insured during the respective month insured persons unilaterally from the Insurer and after 1 month from the notification to the Policyholder about the non-payment and information about the consequences of it. The notification is sent with a registered letter to the Policyholder.. - in other cases, specified in the Bulgarian legislation and the Agreement. 2 5.1 The Agreement concluded between the Policyholder and Insurer is a group insurance agreement. 5.2 Any Card Holder who complies with the conditions to become an insured person according to Art. 7 of the present General Conditions signs and gives an application for insurance to the Insurer. All the applications for insurances of all accepted for insurance persons by the Insurer are associated to the Group insurance agreement.. Art. 6 Beneficiary Any Insurance Indemnity due under the Agreement shall be paid by the Insurer to the Insured person as the exclusive and irrevocable beneficiary. For all unregulated in this agreement cases, article 444 from Insurance code is applicable. Art.7 Insured persons The Insured Persons are those natural Persons- cardholders of a revolving bank card issued by the Policyholder who: - By signing the insurance certificate have given their acceptance to be insured under the conditions of the agreement in relation with their respective revolving bank card - have received their revolving bank card in which the insurance is wrapped after the entering into force of the agreement - are at the minimum age of 16 fulfilled years and the maximum at the 70 fulfilled years at inception of their individual insurance cover in accordance with their revolving bank card - are not older than 71fulfilled years at the end of their individual insurance cover in accordance with the same revolving bank card Art.8 Acceptance for insurance of the card holders according to the Agreement 8.1 Any card Holder who meets the requirements of art.7 can be accepted for insurance under the group Agreement. 8.2 The Policyholder is responsible for the enrolment of Card holders as Insured persons under the agreement. 8.3 The Policyholder is obliged to provide the persons eligible for insurance with the Information for customers of insurance services cover according to the Insurance Code, General Terms & Conditions for Assistance during Travel Abroad insurance for cardholders of revolving bank cards issued by Societe Generale Expressbank and an Art. 9 Duration of the individual insurance cover 9.1 If the first insurance premium for respective insured person is paid up to or on its maturity, the beginning of Individual Insurance cover of this insured persons, is the date of signature of the insurance certificate by the Insured and the Policyholder (date of acceptance for insurance) in relation to his/her respective revolving bank card; the individual insurance cover is linked with the duration of the contract for bank card and expires with the expiry of the card validity, unless in case of preliminary termination, in accordance with art. 9.2 below. 9.2 Individual insurance cover of any Insured Person, related to the specific insurance certificate, related to his/her revolving bank card shall be preliminary terminated at one of following dates: - The date on which the Insurer accepts the refusal of the Insured Person to be insured; - In the event of non-payment according to the Terms and Conditions of the Agreement of the insurance premium (each premium, except the first one) for a particular insured person in connection with his/her particular revolving bank card in connection with which the insured person is insured - after 1 month from receiving of the written notification by the Policyholder with payment invitation and information about the consequences of nonpayment. - On the date when the Insured Person reaches his/her 71st birthday; - Cancellation of the bank account related to the respective revolving bank card, specified in the insurance certificate; - Cancellation of the contract for the revolving bank card specified in the insurance certificate; - Death of the Insured Person; Art.10 Risk covered Insurer, according the conditions of the agreement, provides insurance cover for the following insurance risks occurred within the effective individual insurance coverage of the insured person: 10.1 Urgent Medical Expenses resulting of accident or acute sickness Medical care and treatment Urgent dental treatment Medical Transportation and repatriation Body Repatriation including coffin expenses Emergency trip of a close person 10.2 Personal liability for property damages and physical injury caused to a third party Personal Liability- property damages Personal liability - physical injury 10.3 Losses directly related to air travel Flight Delay, flight cancellation Luggage delay Loss, theft, damage or destruction of luggage 10.4 Legal expenses Legal expenses as result of car accident Art.11 Geographical scope of cover The insurance cover is only effective abroad. Art 12 Effectiveness of the individual insurance cover 12.1 The individual insurance cover enters into force for a specific trip abroad in case a tourist package or a part of it (a ticket for plain, bus or other transport ticket, hotel reservation, rent-a-car and other services) related to the trip or in case of at least one transaction (withdrawal or payment) is made on an ATM or POS with the Revolving bank card during the travel abroad In the case the conditions of the previous article are accomplished, the insurance cover can be effective for unlimited number of private or business trips of the insured person abroad, which begin and end on the territory of Bulgaria and which have been effected during the term of the individual insurance cover Individual insurance cover begins effective from the moment of crossing the state border of the Bulgarian Republic and in the cases of air transport travelling by crossborder flight from the Bulgarian territory it is the moment of boarding the plane by the insured person Effective individual insurance cover ends at the moment of crossing the state border of the Bulgarian Republic when the insured person returns, in the case of air transport with a cross-border flight to the Bulgarian Republic it is the moment of deplaning in the territory of the Bulgarian Republic. In all cases, if the trip abroad lasts longer than 90 consecutive days, the individual insurance cover is effective for the first consecutive 90 days of it (till the lapse of 24 hours of the 90 th day of continuous stay abroad), but no longer than the date of cancellation of individual insurance cover The individual insurance cover is not effective on the territory of a country where the insured stays illegally Effective individual insurance cover will be terminated with the termination of the individual insurance cover of the insured person in connection with the insurance certificate related with his/her respective revolving bank card, except in cases when the Revolving bank card has been stolen or lost during the stay of the Insured person abroad (specific case for Cancellation of the contract for the specified in the insurance certificate revolving bank card), when the insurance cover is cancelled at the moment of crossing the state border when returning to Bulgaria and in the case of air transport with a crossborder flight to Bulgaria at the moment of deplaning in Bulgarian territory. Art.13 General Exclusions and limits of liability of the insurer The general exclusions and limits of liability of the insurer are indicated in the Application for insurance, valid as Art.14 Sum Insured Sum insured is the maximum annual (for each year of the duration of the individual insurance cover) amount of insurance indemnity which the Insurer according to the present General Conditions and the Agreement might be obliged to pay for all insurance events occurred in the respective year of the term of individual insurance cover of the insured in relation with his/her particular revolving bank card. The annual amount of the sum insured for each covered risk depending on the type of the revolving bank card of the insured is shown in the table below. If the expenses exceed the amount of the franchise, the total amount of the expenses, including franchise are covered by the Insurer but within the annual sum insured / maximum limit of indemnity for the respective year of the individual insurance cover (shown in the table above). SECTION 2 SPECIFIC PROVISIONS FOR URGENT MEDICAL EXPENSE INSURANCE Art.1 Insured event 1.1. An insurance event, under these special conditions specified herein, is the execution of urgent medical expenses necessary to be done as a result of an accident or acute sickness of the insured person which happened and have been executed during insured person s effective individual insurance cover. Insurance event might be execution of all or any of the following urgent medical expenses: expenses for medical care and treatment, expenses for urgent dental treatment, medical transportation and repatriation body repatriation, including coffin expenses, emergency trip of a close person In any case of occurrence of an insured event the assistance company must be immediately informed. Art. 2 Urgent expenses for medical care and treatment 2.1 In case of occurrence of an insurance event insurer shall cover the necessary, inevitable and sensibly used costs of medical care and treatment, including directly related with them and prescribed by a doctor costs for diagnostic and stabilizing procedures for the health state of the insured to such extent that s/he is able to continue his/her journey or be repatriated. 2.2 The insurer pays for the urgent costs of the following necessary medical treatment and care exceeding the amount of the franchise, but do not exceed the amount agreed in art.14 of Section 1 General Conditions of Assistance Insurance during travel abroad for cardholders of revolving bank cards issued by Societe Generale Expressbank (Chapter 1), sum insured (annual limit of insurance indemnity) in connection with the particular revolving bank card: - medical treatment, - medication prescribed by a doctor in connection with the insured event, - hospitalisation in a multi-bed room within standard equipment and standard medical care for the necessarily needed period; diagnostic examination, treatment including surgery, anaesthesia, medication, material and costs of hospital meals, - doctors and nurses fees - Costs paid by the insured for the purchase of necessary and directly related with the insurance event medical aids (e.g. crutches, corsets, orthosis). 2.3 The insurer reimburses the necessary and urgent medical expenses for urgent dental treatment to the extent of the first aid in order to eliminate sudden pain or after suffering a body injury which pain is not a result of neglected care or unfinished treatment or General Terms and Conditions of Group insurance for cardholders of revolving bank cards issued by Societe General Expressbank JSCo 2 / 6

3 treatment due to an accident occurred before the beginning of the period of individual insurance cover for the respective travel abroad. Acute pain must arise independently of other reasons and leads directly to urgent dental help. Acute pain is an unexpected, sudden pain that requires immediate dental treatment. Urgent medical expenses for urgent medical treatment which might be reimbursed under the conditions of the present General Conditions, can not exceed the respective sum insured (limit of insurance indemnity), in connection with the particular revolving bank card agreed in art. 14, Section 1 of General Conditions of Assistance Insurance during travel abroad for cardholders of revolving bank cards issued by Societe Generale Expressbank JSCo (Chapter 1). 2.4 The insurer reimburses the expenses only after presenting of all necessary documents. Art.3 Medical transportation and repatriation 3.1 In case of a health emergency occurred abroad during the Insured s effective individual insurance cover and a medical transportation and repatriation is needed, the Insurer can cover the non-exceeding annual limit expenses for medical transportation and repatriation, specified in the Agreement, necessary, inevitable and sensibly expended costs of medical transport of the insured with the necessary medical equipment to a doctor or to a health-care facility, if the doctor or medical team instructed by the assistance company agree with the attending doctor that: - the insured needs to be transported to a better equipped or specialized hospital, - the insured needs to be transported to a hospital in the Bulgaria or in the state where the insured contributes to the public health insurance. 3.2 According to the conditions of art. 3.1 the insurer shall especially cover the costs of the following ways of transport: - transport to the nearest health-care facility (also transport costs of the doctor accompanying the insured), - transport from the doctor to the health-care facility or from the health-care facility to another specialized health-care facility if the state of health of the insured requires so, - transport by a helicopter, i.e. transport from the place where injury or sickness occurred to the nearest health-care facility if the state of health of the insured requires so, - transport from the health-care facility back to the foreign residence if the public transport cannot be used, - transport, approved by the assistance company, to medical check-ups and back during the treatment if the public transport cannot be used, - costs of repatriation to Bulgaria or to the state where the insured pays the public health insurance, however, it must not exceed the amount of costs corresponding with the repatriation to Bulgaria; if the insured is not able to use the transport planned originally, the insurance company reserves the right to decide about the repatriation of the insured with the consent of the attending physician. 3.3 Only the doctors appointed by the assistance company, who also discuss the matter with the insured s attending doctor if necessary, are, concerning the technical and medical points of view, entitled to decide about the repatriation, way of transport and about the selection of a suitable hospital. Art. 4 Body Repatriation 4.1 If the insured person dies as a result of an accident or an acute illness during the term of effective individual insurance cover the assistance company arranges and the insurer pays the costs of transport of the deceased to Bulgaria or to a state of which the insured person is a citizen, however, up to the maximum annual limit of indemnity of costs which correspond with the costs of the transport to Bulgaria, specified in the Agreement. The costs related to the burial are not part of the costs that can be covered by this article, except the costs for coffin necessary for the repatriation according to art.4.2 below. 4.2 Coffin expenses If the Insured person dies as a result of an insured event and local authorities demand the body repatriation to be done in a coffin, Assistance Company shall organize and pay coffin expenses on behalf of Insurer.Coffin: means a normal coffin according International rules. Art. 5 Emergency trip of a close person If it is not possible to transport the insured to Bulgaria due to medical reasons, and if s/he must stay in hospital for more than ten days, the assistance company arranges adequate transport there and back for one close person of the insured so she/he can visit the insured person whereas the insurer pays for the costs of this transport. The insurer covers from the insurance only the travel expenses; accommodation costs and other expenses are not part of the indemnity. Art. 6 Specific Exclusions for Urgent Medical Expenses as a result of an accident or acute sickness All specific exclusions of the insurer are indicated in the Application for insurance, valid as SECTION 3 SPECIFIC PROVISIONS FOR PERSONAL LIABILITY- PROPERTY DAMAGES AND PHYSICAL INJURY CAUSED TO A THIRD PARTY Art.1 Insured event 1.1 Insured event is an occurrence of the insured s obligation to pay indemnity for damages caused by him/her to a third person to a property or physical injury. Occurrence of liability of the insured person for reimbursement of damages must be as a result of the action of the insured, which resulted in the loss, took place abroad during the duration on his/her effective individual insurance cover. 1.2 Having the personal liability insurance, in case of an insured event occurrence the Insured person has the right to ask from the Insurer to cover in the scope and amount determined by the relevant legal regulations, for asserted and proved claims for damage compensation for which the insured is liable, according to the relevant legal regulation up to the indemnity limit specified in the present General Conditions. 1.3 The insured is obliged to inform the assistance company about the occurrence of the damage without undue delay, if the right to compensation was applied towards him/her, and provide all information about its occurrence and follow the instructions of the assistance company. 1.4 Insurer, according to the present General Conditions, might pay instead of the insured person to the damaged party the damage compensation which corresponds with the insurance up to the indemnity limit as specified in art.14 of Section 1 of General Conditions of Assistance Insurance during travel abroad for cardholders of revolving bank cards issued by Societe Generale Expressbank JSCo only for: - damages to health and life (physical injury) are caused unintentionally to another person by the insured, - damages to property (damage, destruction, loss to third person s property) caused unintentionally by the insured. 1.5 The insurer shall also pay, within this indemnity limit, for all costs spent on the basis of a written approval of the insurer in connection with this insured event. 1.6 The Insurer may pay insurance compensation also directly to the damaged party in case that this party claimed for it. 1.7 Without prior consent of the Insurer and the Assistance company the insured has no right fully or partially acknowledge or satisfy any claim for liability for damage to the third party. If the consent of the insurance company or assistance company cannot be obtained and the insured acknowledges and satisfies the title for liability for damage to the third party, the insured is obliged to deliver, for investigation purposes, background documents to the insurance company that prove the occurrence of his/her liability for damage and the scope of damage caused. 1.8 Prior to making any confession, acknowledgement of liability, payment or promise, the insured is obliged to contact the assistance company immediately. Art. 2 Specific Exclusions All specific exclusions of the insurer are indicated in the Application for insurance, valid as SECTION 4 SPECIFIC PROVISIONS FOR LOSSES DIRECTLY RELATED TO THE TRAVEL Art 1 Insured event Insured event is a fact when the insured, due to a delay or cancellation of a flight, is forced to cover additional expenses, or when the insured, independently of his/her will, does not have the opportunity to dispose of his/her luggage temporarily or permanently due to their transport by a plane. The subject matter of this article is the costs paid by the insured as extraordinary expenses or damage to an item occurred to the insured in direct connection with the air transport and at least the departure, arrival or intermediate landing outside the territory of the Bulgarian Republic takes place during his/her effective individual insurance cover. The insurer shall reimburse to the insured for the extraordinary costs or the damage caused, in the scope and up to the limits specified in present General Conditions. The beneficiary in the insurance for the case of air transport difficulties is the insured who covered the extra costs or suffered the damage to his/her item. Art. 2 Flight Delay, flight cancellation If the departure of the insured is delayed compared to the flight schedule by four hours or more due to a strike, operational reasons, unfavourable weather, or technical failure of the aircraft, or if such flight is cancelled and the insured is not provided with any alternative transport within four hours following the planned departure, the insurer shall cover all costs which the insured spent on food and refreshment, hotel accommodation and transport from the airport and back up to the indemnity limit. The indemnity limit is specified in art.14 of Section 1 Chapter 1 for each of the insured persons for all insurance events occurred during the respective year of the term of individual insurance cover. Such costs shall be reimbursed upon submitting of originals of receipts for the goods and services. Art. 3 Luggage delay If the duly registered luggage transported by the airlines is not delivered to the insured within six hours following the insured's arrival to the final destination outside the territory of Bulgarian Republic (but not when returning to the Bulgarian Republic), the insurer shall reimburse the insured for the costs of purchasing the necessary clothes and toiletries up to the amount of indemnity limit. The maximum indemnity limit is specified in art.14 of Section 1 Chapter 2 for each of the insured persons for all insurance events occurred during the respective year of the term of individual insurance cover. These costs are reimbursed upon presentation of original receipts for the goods and services. Art. 4 Loss of luggage If the duly registered luggage transported by the same scheduled flight and airlines as the insured luggage is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed during the period of time for which the air carrier is responsible for it, the Insured shall receive indemnity for such lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed luggage and items of personal use, provided that Insured dully raised the claim for damages against the air carrier. Determination of the amount of loss is based on the time price of insured items immediately before the insured event. The maximum indemnity limit is specified in the art.14 of Section 1 Chapter 2 for each of the insured persons for all insurance events occurred during the respective year of the term of individual insurance cover. Art. 5 Exclusions under this article All specific exclusions of the insurer are indicated in the Application for insurance, valid as SECTION 5 SPECIFIC PROVISIONS FOR INSURANCE OF LEGAL EXPENSES AS RESULT OF CAR ACCIDENT Art. 1 Legal expenses following car accident If the Insured participates in a car accident during the effectiveness of his/hers individual insurance cover and is under arrest or risks to be arrested, The Assistance Company will provide any legal assistance and will recover the legal expenses (expenses for lawyer, state fees and others) as result of the car accident, but not more than the limit of indemnity, specified in art.14 of Section 1 of the General Conditions of Assistance during travel abroad of cardholders or revolving card, issued by Societe General Expressbank JSCo. SECTION 6 FINAL CONCLUSIONS Art. 1 Prescription Any action relating to insurance benefits under this insurance Agreement is time barred 3 years after the occurrence of insurance event on the respective covered risk, except for cover Personal Liability for property damages and Personal Liability where time barred is 5 years, unless else stated in a normative act. Art. 2 Notifications. Addresses 2.1 The Insured Person must inform in writing the Policyholder and the insurer if he/she changes his/her address. If the Insured Person moves outside of the territory of Bulgaria, he/she must notify the Insurer and the Policyholder for his/her address for correspondence on the territory of Bulgaria. 2.2 All notifications which must be sent to the Insured Person will be sent to the last known by the Insurer address of the Insured. 2.3 All notifications to the Insurer must be send to its headquarter address. If the Insurer changes its headquarter address, it will inform the Insured Persons with the publication in the press. 2.4 The date of notification is the date of receiving the notification. This condition will be not applicable in cases when the Insured Person did not inform in writing the Insurer and the Policyholder about change in his/her new address. In these cases the date of the notification will be the date of sending by the Insurer, respectively to the Policyholder on the last know address. 2.5 The Insured person and the Insured person are obliged to inform the Insurer for any change in its name, company or designation, or correspondance address which are stated in the insurance contract or other documents sent to Insurer. In case of not fulfilling this obligation or stating a false information, any written notification by the Insurer, sent on the last known by the Insurer address of the Insured person, shall be deemed delivered and received by the Insured person with all legal consequences, provided by the law or in the agreement Art. 3 Personal data protection 3.1 The Insured Person by signing the insurance certificate express his/ her consent to be insured confirms the allowance to collect, process, keep and interpose his personal data General Terms and Conditions of Group insurance for cardholders of revolving bank cards issued by Societe General Expressbank JSCo 3 / 6

4 regarding any Insurer s proceedings, connected with the implementation of the Agreement, including reviewing by the appointed doctor of the company and presenting the corresponding medical documentation, and personal data to the assistance company or its employees. At the same time s/he authorizes the Insurer to verify particular data at appropriate institutions, which have personal data on disposal as hospital, medical establishments etc. 3.2 The Insurer can supply personal data to other persons and institutions, including Independent Claims Adjuster, only where the legal requirements are complied with according to the Personal Data Protection Act. Art. 4 Information about the insurance agent Societe Generale Expressbank JSCo, besides Policyholder of the present Group Policy, is also untied Insurance agent of IJSC Komerční pojišťovna, a.s., according to the Insurance Agency Agreement 1. Societe Generale Expressbank JSCo,having its seat and registered address in Varna, 92 Vladislav Varnenchik blvd., registered in the Commercial Registry with UIC ( and in the Financial Supervision Commission ( as Insurance Agent of IJSC Komerční pojišťovna, a.s.. The insurance agent does not hold directly more than 10 percent of the voting rights in the general meeting of the shareholders and the capital of IJSC Komerční pojišťovna, a.s. Societe Generale S.A., which is Mother Company of the Insurer according to the meaning of art..325, (1), p.4 in connection to 1.p.19 from the Insurance Code, holds more than 10 percent of the voting rights in the general meeting of the shareholders and the capital of the Insurance agent. In connection to the insurance agreement, the Insurance agent has the contractual obligation to perform insurance intermediation exclusively for IJSC Komerční pojišťovna, a.s.. For the covers on risk s Miscelanious financial losses. For the performed activity of insurance intermediation, the Insurance agent receives renumeration by the Insurer. The insurance agent collects on behalf and on account of the Insurer, the applications for insurance, as well as the due for the insured persons insurance premium, according to the order, defined in the General Terms and Conditions. Art. 5 Complaints against the Insurance agent Consumers of insurance services (or other affected persons) can submit complains regarding the activity of the insurance agent. Complaints are submitted in written form, on the address of the agent, mentioned in art.4 above, or on the address of the office or branch in which the consumer has been serviced, via , telephone or fax, published on the internet site of the agent The consumer receives an answer to his complaint or in more complicated cases, requiring indepth investigation,an informative letter, stating that the complaint has been regitered and is currently being processed. In case the review of the complaint by the bank and the decision which was taken does not satisfy the consumer, the debate may be refered to a higher authority and the superior management of Societe Generale Expressbank JSCo, as well as the competent authorities, such as the Consumer Protection Commission, The Financial Supervision Commission, the Bulgarian National Bank as well as to competent authorities, indicated in Chapter Nine in the Consumer Protection Law. Art. 6 Information about the Insurer The report for the solvency and information about the financial state of IJSC IJSC Komerční pojišťovna, a.s. is published on the website of the Insurer after it has been approved for the respective year, according to the rules and deadlines, defined in the Insurance Code. Art. 7 Complaints against the Insurer All the complaints regarding insurance claims towards IJSC Komerční pojišťovna, a.s. should be submitted at the address of the Insurer in Bulgaria: Komercni Pojistovna, Bulgaria, Regus building, "Totleben" Blvd., Sofia 1606 Complaints must be written clearly and understandably and contain the following minimum information: the name of the claimant, address of the person as well as telephone number for contacting them, reasons for the complaint, signature of the claimant and date of submission of the complaint. The procedure for reviewing of complaints will end up with issuing of a decision in a form of a written answer providing the grounds for the decision taken not later than 7 days from receiving of the complaint. The Internal Rules for claims management of the Insurer are available on the website of Komerční pojišťovna, a.s. at the following address: In case the consumers of insurance products (or other affected persons) are not satisfied with the the decision which was taken regarding the claim or the decision, proposed by the Insurer, they can submit a complaint to the competent authorities, such as the Consumer Protection Commission and The Financial Supervision Commission. Art. 8 General information tax regime, applicable to the insurance agreement According to art.13, par1, p.14 from Act on local taxes and fees insurance indemnities are not subject to final income tax in case of occurance of insurance event. The present information has been prepared in accordance with applicable as of December 2015 tax legislation. The tax regime applicable to insurance payments under the Contract will be the one applicable at the date of the respective payment. Art. 9 Competent jurisdictions. Legal basis 9.1 The Bulgarian law is applicable in cases of disputes and in cases not regulated in the present General Conditions and this Agreement. 9.2 Disputes between the parties are solved by mutual agreement and if there is no agreement achieved respectively in a front of a competent Bulgarian Court. The present General Conditions on Assistance Insurance during travel abroad of cardholders of revolving cards, issued by Societe Generale Expressbank JSCo are approved by the Board of Directors of Komercni Pojistovna, with its resolution written in the Minutes of meeting of Board of Directors in 31 August 2012 & amended with protocol from 4 th of February 2013, 11 of September 2013, 16 th of December 2015 and 26/1/2016 and are valid for insurances subscribed after 21/2/2016 Chapter 2 General Conditions of Purchase Protection & Best price Insurance of cardholders Revolving bank cards issued by Societe Generale Expressbank JSCo, including the Information from art of the Insurance code. The present General Terms and conditions include the Information about the Insurer and Insurance Agent from art of the Insurance code, General information about the insurance product from art.326 of the Insurance code, and are given to the applicants for insurance prior to subscription to the insurance agreement. Duration of the individual insurance cover Duration of the individual insurance cover is a period of time within which if the Insurance cover is effective and if an insurance event occurs representing fulfilment of covered risk on the Group Agreement occurs with the particular Insured Person, the Insurer in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement and present General Conditions will be liable for execution of the respective Insurance Indemnity to the Beneficiary. The start and end date of the duration of the individual insurance cover as well as when it is effective are specified below into the present General Conditions. Effective individual insurance cover Effective individual insurance cover is a period of time within the duration of the individual insurance cover of the insured person in connection with his/her particular revolving bank card. The date when the effective individual insurance cover begins and its expiry date are specified into the present General Conditions. In any case the effective individual insurance cover will not begin if the individual insurance cover has not begun as well as, the effective individual insurance cover will be terminated with the termination of the individual insurance cover. Insurance Indemnity Insurance Indemnity is the amount payable by the Insurer to the Beneficiary in compliance to the present General Conditions, if the insurance event occurs within the duration of the effective individual insurance cover of the Insured Person in relation with the respective revolving bank card. Insurance event Insurance event is an unexpected event that takes place during the effective individual cover of the insured person, representing the fulfilment of insurance cover risk. Insurance Premium Insurance Premium, hereinafter referred to as Premium is the amount payable by the Policyholder to the Insurer reciprocally to its obligations under the Agreement. Foreign currency Currency in which a good is purchased other than BGN. Card Holder Card Holder is any physical person who is holder of a revolving bank card issued by the Policyholder and linked to a Revolving Loan. Close Person Close Person is one of the following persons associated with the Insured: husband/spouse, parents, children (including the children adopted, under guardianship or in foster care), siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, parents-in-law, siblings-in-law, step parents, aunt, uncle, cousin, nephew, and niece. Revolving bank card Revolving bank card is a revolving credit card VISA Classic/Gold and/or MasterCard Classic/Gold, linked with a revolving loan account, issued and managed by the Policyholder on the name of the Insured Person. Theft Theft is an act of illegal deprivation of the Purchased good from the Insured Person s possession without using physical assault to the insured person. The date of the theft is the date specified in the document, proving the occurrence of the theft issued by the competent according to the applicable legislation body (police or public prosecutor). Robbery Use of violence or threat against the insured in order to obtain the Purchased good Physical assault Physical assault is an act of violence committed by a third party causing bodily harm to the insured or an actual threat of violence aiming to influence the insured s volition. Card statement Statement of the bank account to which the respective revolving bank card is linked indicating the day of the transaction, the amount and information that the transaction was performed by the Revolving bank card.
