11 Property of the Ohio School Boards Association Other school district trends % have conducted dependent eligibility audits within past 3 years, up 2%, and the highest in all sectors 80.3% participate in health insurance purchasing consortiums (highest in all sectors) 65.3% offer wellness programs (+1.5%) 50.5% have some type of spousal restriction (the 2 nd highest percentage of all jurisdictions)
