Promotion Overview: RuPaul s Drag Race All Stars 4 Fantasy League Promotion (the Game ) is a game promotion whereby individuals participate in a fantasy-league based game based on the VH1 series RuPaul s Drag Race All Stars (the Show ) for a chance to win the Grand Prize trip to the 2019 taping of the Season 11 finale of the Show (the Promotion ). The Promotion will take place during the Promotion Period (hereinafter defined) and requires participants to create and manage their own team (each, a Team ) by selecting team members ( Team Member(s) ) from among the pool of contestants (each, a Contestant ) competing in VH1 s RuPaul s Drag Race All Stars Season 4. Each participant will receive points ( Points ) based upon the Scoring Items of their team s Starting Lineup (as defined herein) during each episode ( Episode ) of the Show. Participants will be ranked for the cumulative Points they earn during the Promotion Period. At the end of the Promotion Period, the participant with the overall highest number of Points based on the Scoring Items for the entire Promotion Period will be declared the Grand Prize Winner (as defined herein). 3. Promotion Period: Entry for the Promotion commences at 12:00:01 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on November 8, 2018 and ends at 11:59:59 AM (EST) on February 15, 2019 (the Promotion Period ). 4. Eligibility: The Promotion is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. If a participant is at least eighteen (18) years of age but still deemed to be a minor in the jurisdiction in which participant resides ( Qualifying Minor ), he/she must obtain parental or legal guardian consent to be eligible to participate. Employees and their immediate families (i.e., parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents, step parents, step children and step siblings) of Viacom International Inc. ( Facebook ) and each of their respective affiliated companies, sponsors, subsidiaries, advertising agencies and third party fulfillment agencies (collectively, the Promotional Entities ) are not eligible to enter the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to add or delete Scoring Items and to amend the allocation of Point values for certain actions for any reason, in its sole discretion. Participants will have their first chance to accrue Points from the beginning of the East Coast broadcast of the first first-run Episode of the Show currently scheduled for broadcast on December 14, 2018 at 9:00PM (EST)/8:00 (CST). Team Point totals will be updated within 24 hours of the airing of the applicable first-run Episode of the Show. In each first-run Episode during the Promotion Period, Points will be awarded ONLY for qualifying activities occurring during new, previously unseen footage broadcast during the Show. For the avoidance of doubt, no Points will be awarded for events that occur during flashbacks or replays of any kind or for actions which occur off-camera, during promos/commercials or after-shows/specials/reunions. All Scoring Items and Point calculations will be made solely and exclusively by Sponsor and Administrator, in their sole discretion and all decisions of Administrator and Sponsor regarding the awarding of Points to any and all participants shall be final and binding and are not subject to appeal. There will be no Points awarded during any weeks of the Promotion Period where a first-run Episode of the Show does not air for any reason whatsoever or as otherwise determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. There will be no Points awarded for any first-run Episodes of the Show on any channel other than VH1. Due to the nature of television, the exhibition dates and times of each first run Episode of the Show are subject to change. In the event the Show is cancelled prior to exhibition, or pre-empted after an Episode(s) of the Show is already airing, and in the event any portions of the Promotion are cancelled or suspended, the Promotion will terminate as of the date of such cancellation or suspension and the Grand Prize may be awarded to the eligible participant with the then-current highest score and the First Prizes (hereinafter defined) will be awarded by random drawing from among all eligible, registered participants. By submitting personal information in connection with this Promotion, participant hereby consents to the use of participant s personal information as specified herein and in Sponsor s Privacy Policy available at The full completion of the registration process and subsequent participation in the Game in public mode shall constitute and Entry and the participant who has completed an Entry will be deemed the Entrant. All entries submitted in accordance with these Official Rules shall be hereinafter referred to as Eligible Entries. All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. LIMIT ONE (1) TEAM REGISTRATION PER REGISTERED PARTICIPANT/ ADDRESS. Once a participant has registered for the Game, he/she will have an opportunity to pick Team Members from the pool of Contestants in order to create his/her Team. After creating a Team, participants may subsequently add or delete Contestants to/from their Teams. The pool of Contestants may change at any point during the Promotion Period as Contestants are eliminated from the Show. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may add or remove Contestants based upon changes in the Show. Team picking is locked at 8:00 pm EST on the day of the first run of the first Episodes of the Show (December 14, 2018) to allow for scorekeeping to take place. Team picking will reopen within 48 hours after day of first run Episode of the Show. Players have until 7:00pm EST on the day of the first run of each episode to lock their starter team. Once registered, participants may manage their Teams at the Website. Teams are limited to a maximum of two (2) Team Players at any given time during the Promotion Period. Once you have successfully registered a Team you may swap any or all of your Team members as many times as you like while the window for picking Teams is open by replacing individual Team members with alternate Team members available from the pool of Contestants. Your first pick will be deemed your Bonus Player for that week. Bonus Players will receive a 10% Point bonus on top of the Points accumulated by your Bonus Player that week. During each week of the Promotion Period in which an original Episode of the Show is broadcast, the number of active Contestants will decrease by two (2) unless there are no eliminations during the applicable Episode or in the event that replacement Contestants are brought in during a given Episode. User will not be allowed to play any one team member more than four (4) times during the season. 6. Winners Selection/Notification: Approximately one (1) week following the conclusion of the Promotion Period, the Entrant who has earned the most cumulative Points will be declared the grand prize winner (the Grand Prize Winner ). In the event of a tie among the highest scoring entrants, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among those tied, highest scoring entrants to determine the Grand Prize Winner. Sponsor will make up to two (2) attempts over the forty eight (48) hour period following the Grand Prize Winner s selection to contact the potential Grand Prize Winner via the addresses provided during registration for the Promotion. If a potential Grand Prize Winner cannot be reached during the forty eight (48) hour period in which he/she is ed, the potential Grand Prize Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Winner will be selected by Sponsor. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the scores for all participants are subject to verification by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In addition, there will be one (1) first prize winner (each a First Prize Winner ) determined each week of the Promotion Period who shall be the player scoring the highest for the applicable week (in the event of a tie for any given week, Sponsor shall determine the First Prize Winner based on random selection from among those tied players), for a total of nine (9) First Prize Winners. Grand Prize Winner and First Prize Winners shall be collectively referred to hereinafter as the Winners and individually as a Winner. Sponsor s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to Points, scoring and tie-breaking. To the extent permitted by law, the Promotional Entities disclaim any liability from, and participants, whether or not a Winner, agree to waive, any claims against Sponsor relating to the selection or awarding process.

4 7. Winner Verification: Potential Winners must prove eligibility, including, without limitation, proof of age and residence within three (3) days of being notified as a potential Winner. In the event of non-compliance by a potential Winner, such potential Winner shall be disqualified and all privileges otherwise due as ta Winner shall be terminated and an alternate potential Winner may be chosen from among all of the remaining applicable Eligible Entries received in Sponsor s sole discretion. In such case, the alternate Grand Prize Winner will be determined based on the entrant who has earned the next highest number of Points and any First Prize Winner will be selected at random from among all remaining eligible, registered Game participants. Each Winner (and his/her parent or legal guardian if a Qualifying Minor) must sign within three (3) days of receipt of such documents from Sponsor: (a) an affidavit of eligibility and release of Promotional Entities and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, members, affiliated companies and subsidiaries, from any and all liability, loss, claims, demands, and causes of action for personal injury and/or damage, theft, loss, or any other harm suffered in connection with this Promotion or the use/misuse or acceptance of a prize or any portion thereof to be eligible for a prize; and (b) except where prohibited by law, a promotional release granting Promotional Entities the right to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation. Entry into this Promotion constitutes agreement to sign such releases. Winner (and his/her parent/legal guardian if he/she is not the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which Winner resides) also must acknowledge that Promotional Entities have not and will not obtain or provide insurance of any kind relating to the Prize and that Winner will be responsible for obtaining and paying for any applicable life, travel, accident, property or other form of insurance relating to his/her prize. Each Winner (and his/her parent or legal guardian if a Qualifying Minor) (must also complete any additional legal documents provided by Sponsor (or third party on its behalf, if applicable) with respect to the prize and return them as instructed within the timeframe specified by Sponsor or Winner may forfeit the Prize at Sponsor s sole discretion. All decisions of Sponsor relating to the Promotion are final. Sponsor expressly reserves the right to delay the announcement of Winners for creative or technical reasons or for any other reason Sponsor deems necessary. 8. Prizes: Grand Prize (1): The one (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive: a trip for two (2) to the 2019 taping of the season finale of RuPaul s Drag Race Drag Race Season 11, the location of which is to be determined at the time of publication of these Official Rules. If Grand Prize Winner cannot travel on dates specified by Sponsor, Grand Prize Winner will forfeit all rights to the Grand Prize. Sponsor is not responsible if potential Grand Prize Winner is unable or unavailable to accept the Grand Prize. The trip will include (i) two (2) tickets to the 2019 taping of RuPaul s Drag Race Drag Race Season 11, (ii) roundtrip air travel from the closest major airport to Grand Prize Winner s residence (certain restrictions may apply) to a major airport closest to the taping location (the Location ) (Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation if Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of the Location) for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the Guest ); (iii) three (1) nights hotel accommodations, based on availability, in location of RuPaul s Drag Race Drag Race Season 11 for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall be one (1) room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included) and (iv) round trip ground transportation between the airport and hotel in the Location (collectively, the Grand Prize ). The approximate retail value ( ARV ) of the Grand Prize is $2,500.00*. First Prizes (9): Each First Prize Winner shall receive one (1) lamp (collectively, the First Prize(s) ). The ARV of each First Prize is $ General Prize Terms: The total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in this Promotion is $2, Arrangements for fulfillment of the Prizes will be made by Sponsor. All costs and expenses not specifically listed above are solely Winner s responsibility. The value of the Prize may be taxable to the Winner as income. Each Winner must supply Sponsor with his/her social security number for tax purposes. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued in the name of the Winner for the actual value of the prize received. Upon entry into the Promotion, Winners (as well as all other participants) are required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. All federal, state and local taxes, and any other costs not specifically provided for in these Official Rules are solely Winners responsibility. Promotional Entities shall have no responsibility or obligation to any Winner or potential Winner who is unable or unavailable to accept or utilize a Prize as described herein. No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent of the Prizes or any portion thereof permitted, except by Sponsor, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be awarded. With respect to the Grand Prize, Grand Prize Winner and Guest must have a valid required travel documentation and provide proof of the same to Sponsor at time of booking. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must travel on the same itinerary. Guest must travel on the dates specified by Sponsor or the Grand Prize will be forfeited. Guest traveling with Grand Prize Winner must be at least the age of majority at time of Grand Prize fulfillment. Sponsor will determine the airline, ground transportation, and hotel in its sole discretion. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Travel arrangements are subject to availability and must be roundtrip. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations necessitated by same. Sponsor shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage. All travel and event dates are subject to change in Sponsor s sole discretion. If for any reason any Grand Prize related

The tentative dates for fulfillment of the Grand Prize are to be determined. The ARV of the Prizes is subject to change based on current market conditions at time of prize fulfillment and, with respect to the Grand Prize, the time of travel and the distance between departure and destination. Any difference between the ARVs and the actual value of a Prize, if any, will not be awarded. 10. General Terms: Noncompliance with any of these Official Rules may result in disqualification.
