(Gnral Fs and Chargs) WHEREAS Sction 39 of th Municipal Act, 200, provids that a Municipality may pass bylaws imposing fs or chargs for srvics; AND WHEREAS Sction 69 of th Planning Act R.S.O. 990, c. P.3, provids that a Municipality may stablish a tariff of fs for th procssing of applications; and AND WHEREAS it is dmd ncssary to stablish a gnral fs bylaw for th Corporation of th Town of WhitchurchStouffvill.
