10 UTILITIES Water and Wastewater Utilities s and Charges * Pursuant to Section of the Code of Ordinances, all rates established herein shall be adjusted on an annual basis by an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the all-urban consumer price index (CPI) for May of each year and shall be effective October 1 of each year. The maximum CPI increase shall be limited to ten percent (10%). Base facilities charges will be billed monthly in accordance with Ordinance O Monthly Water and Wastewater Rates A.
