GCS is sking a cost-fficint proposal to provid srvics, as dfind in this RFP, for th contract priod of July 1, 2015 Jun 30, Following th initial two yar trm of th contract, GCS may opt to rnw th contract for up to thr (3) additional on yar priod(s), subjct to satisfactory prformanc. Thr is no guarant that an xtnsion will b xrcisd and vndors should hav no xpctation of this occurring. Part 6 E-Rat Complianc 6.1. This RFP is prpard for participation in th E-Rat program (mor formally known as th schools and libraris univrsal srvic support mchanism). Awardd contracts or purchas agrmnts will b submittd to th Univrsal Srvic Administrativ Company (USAC), Schools and Libraris Division (SLD) for supplmntal funding.
