Copies Satisfactory service support r eport from institutions should be enclosed. 4 ) B idders w ho have already supplied batteries to our Allahabad Bank Branches/ Offices h ave to submit satisfactory service support report from at least two concerned branches/ Offices, failing which ir proposal will not be considered. 5 ) Vendor must have service centres / s upport engineers/ technicians l ocally in K olkata. 3 T erms & Conditions for Installation ( To be signed and attached along with Sealed B id) 1. Date w ork order c ommencement: - The date commencement shall be reckoned as date issued to successful Bidder. 2. T ime completion: - T he work shall be completed respect within a period 1 ( One) weeks f rom date ( installation & commissioning) in all r eciept o f purchase order. 3. L iquidated damage: - If supplier fails to complete job within stipulated time, bank will be entitled to charge liquidated 0.5% accepted contract sum per week subject to a maximum 10% t he accepted contract sum. 4. Validity Period: - T he price quoted will be valid for a period 30 days from date o pening Bid. 5. Delivery f reight and equipments etc at site and bank shall not bear any expenses and r isk also on this 6. B IDDING PROCEDURE 2.1. E nvelope Bidding Process T he Bid s hall be prepared in 2 different envelopes, Envelope A, Envelope B Each Two ( 02) E nvelopes shall n be sealed and put into an outer envelope m arked as N otice Inviting Tender (NIT) f or Supply, installation and maintenance o f UPS Batteries at Allahabad Bank, Head Office T he inner and outer envelopes shall B e a ddressed to Allahabad Bank, Head Office at address mentioned in t he T able as above. T he inner envelopes shall indicate name and address Bidder. All documents must be signed by authorized signatory bidder. Relevant portions, in documents submitted in pursuance e ligibility criteria, should be highlighted. B idder should submit documentary evidence OEM / authorised dealers/ resellers/ suppliers (in case OEM or authorised d ealers/resellers/suppliers). Bidder should submit a ppropriate documentary evidence f or minimum t hree (03) years experience i n this line activity. B idder should submit P urchase order, installation report or credential letters o f each last t hree y ear along with satisfactory service report from any Public/ Private sector Bank/ PSU/ financial Institutions i ssued during last year. B idder Should Submit S ervice Centre details as in Annexure -I II T he envelope A shall not include any p rice i nformation. Service Tax and Octroi / Entry Tax / equivalent Local The Bid shall contain no interlineations, erasures or over writing except as necessary to correct errors m ade by th e Bidder, in which case such corrections shall be initiated by person or persons signing bid. The bidder should quote price for each item required by Bank as per Annexure- I. N ote : T he Language Bid should be in English. N o Changes are allowed / permitted after submission documents. The fer should contain only single quote any one make battery mentioned above. The fer w ith multiple quotes will be rejected. B ank reserve right to postpone date or/and time opening Bids. If so bidders will be informed separately about new date and timing opening t ender. Please note that quotation incomplete in any respect or not submitted in specified format ( Annexure- I) w ill be liable for rejection.
