11 Abatement Activities The Abatement Notice was posted on December 13, 2017 Abatement Started on December 19, rd floor complete with the exception of the staging room. 2 nd Floor completed last week. The Basement is scheduled this week and will be followed by the 1st floor and crawl space. Total abatement to be completed by February 8, 2018.

14 H 0 M A R D D C Health Clinic Update Update on Swing Space for Unity Clinic Temporary swing space for the Unity Health Clinic will be provided at Joy Evans Recreation Center during construction at 850 Delaware Ave, SW. DGS has initiated a License Agreement for this temporary utilization of Joy Evans, a DPR managed building, for 18 months. DGS anticipates Unity Health to start moving into the space by the end of January Unity Health care will send out information on appointments and operating hours. 14

16 H 0 w A D C M R Good Neighbor Agreement The Good Neighbor Agreement will cover: Maintenance of property Safety and security Conduct and behavior Communication and mutual respect The scope of the Good Neighbor Agreement covers the maintenance and daily operations of the Short-term Family Housing program. It does not cover other government services in the neighborhood or the programming that happens inside the building. The expectations laid out in the Good Neighbor Agreement will be included in DHS's contract with the selected provider. 16
