3 Overview: This application provides the ability to export current loan data to the Visible Equity Loan Portfolio Analysis solution at the end of the month to help identify measure and monitor the risks and opportunities in your loan portfolio. Key Benefits: For financial institutions using Loan Portfolio Analysis from Visible Equity, this application automatically generates output files containing borrower and loan information required by Visible Equity for providing loan portfolio analysis to measure and monitor the risks and opportunities in their loan portfolio. This DNAapp helps save time by automatically extracting the required information versus manual data entry. Using this DNAapp, analysts, CFO s, Chief Lending Officers and Lenders can better leverage the Loan Portfolio Analysis solution from Visible Equity to manage their loan portfolios, including: Collateral Values ALLL Trending & Migrations Default Profitability Modeling Concentration Risk Lending Optimization Portfolio Stress Testing CRE Stress Testing Static Pool Analysis Loan Risk Rating Performance Reporting Data Warehousing Processing: This application is accessed through the Batch Processing Maintenance screen in the DNA application at the end of each month which produces seven (7) comma separated values files containing the information required by Visible Equity. 1. OWNERS.CSV Contains all persons and organizations that are the tax reported for owner of a loan being extracted, or have the OWN or SIGN role (depending on Roles to Include parameter value) on a loan being reported. 2. CREDITSCORES.CSV Contains a history of all the credit score data for the loan owners listed in the OWNERS.CSV file. This file can be linked to OWNERS.CSV by the Owner ID field. PS_VISIBLE_EQUITY 3
4 3. LOANS.CSV Contains information regarding the loans being reported. This file can be linked to the OWNERS.CSV file using the Owner ID 1-4 fields. 4. PROPERTIES.CSV Contains information on the properties related to the loans in the extract. This file can be linked to the LOANS.CSV using the Loan ID field. 5. LIEN.CSV Contains information on all the properties listed in the PROPERTIES.CSV extract. This file can be linked to PROPERTIES.CSV using Property ID field. 6. PROPUSERFIELDS.CSV Contains user field information for all the properties listed in the PROPERTIES.CSV file. This will only be created if the Property User Fields parameter contains valid property user field codes. 7. LOANUSERFIELDS.CSV Contains user field information for all the loans listed in the LOANS.CSV file. This will only be created if the Account User Fields parameter contains valid account user field codes. Parameters: Parameter Code Description (how used) Required Default Output File Path 8OUP Complete path name where output file should be created. Batch Queue Output Directory Major Account Type Code Credit Organization Number Roles to Include Property User Fields Account User Fields Current Acct Status Code MJCD Comma-delimited list of account majors. CNS,MTG,CML 8SCR The organization number of the credit reporting agency to use when populating the CREDITSCORES.CSV file. If this is left blank, the most recent score will be used, regardless of the source. ROLI A comma separated list of account role codes to use for the Owner ID (2, 3 and 4) fields in the LOANS.CSV extract as well as include in the OWNERS.CSV extract. 8PRU A comma separated list of up to 50 property user field codes. When this is populated the PROPUSERFIELDS.CSV extract will be produced containing the values of the user fields provided for each property in the PROPERTIES.CSV extract. 8ACU A comma separated list of up to 50 account user field codes. When this is populated the LOANUSERFIELDS.CSV extract will be produced containing the values of the user fields provided for each account in the LOANS.CSV extract. If left blank, Loan Officer name will not be included. Underwriter Role Code to use when extracting Underwriter name in the LOANS.csv file extract. As this report generated month end date for Visible Equity, we suggest this to be run at month end. Reports: The application generated 7 loan data files for Visible Equity. Home The home address associated with the address use code found at the institution level variable HEML Home Address Use Cd. Home Phone The home phone number associated with the phone use code found at the institution level variable HPHE Home Phone Use Code. Score Date MM-DD-YYYY The date the credit score was loaded. Credit Score 999 The credit score reported on the Score Date for the Owner ID. Current Account Status This field contains the current account status, such as ACT = Active, CLS = Closed, NPFM = nperforming. Contract Date MM-DD-YYYY The date recorded as the beginning of the loan. Days In Term The number of days in the full term of the loan. Maturity MM-DD-YYYY The maturity date of the loan. First Due Date MM-DD-YYYY The date the first payment is/was due. Current Due MM-DD-YYYY The current due date of the loan. Date Grace Days The grace days allowed for this loan. Next Due Date MM-DD-YYYY The next due date of the loan. Account The current balance of the loan. Balance Interest Rate The current interest rate of the loan. P&I Payment The current P&I payment amount. Amount Past Due 30 Days The number of times the account was past due 30 days. PS_VISIBLE_EQUITY 7
8 Past Due The number of times the account was past due 60 days. Days Past Due The number of times the account was past due 90 days. Days Past Due The number of times the account was past due 120 days. Days Original Loan The original loan amount. Amount Original Credit 999 The credit score used when the loan was created. Score Loan Limit The loan limit amount. Amount Anticipated Payoff Date MM-DD-YYYY Estimated Maturity Date/ null for open ended loans. Current Branch Numeric The branch number associated with the account. Dealer Group Number The account group number with an account group type code of Dealer (DLR) associated with the account. Rate Type (Fix/Variable) This will display Fixed (FIX) or Variable (VAR) based on the rate type of the loan. Escrow Numeric The amount of scheduled escrow payments. Payment Purpose The purpose code on the loan. Loan Source The loan source code on the loan. Refi Balance Numeric This is from the Refinance Information Section on the Codes and Categories screen in DNA Risk Rating The risk rating code on the loan. LIP Balance Numeric The LIP BAL amount. Sold Numeric For investor and participation loans. Percentage Sold Amount Numeric For investor and participation loans. Quality The loan quality code. NAICS Sector NAICS Sector (first 2 digits from the account level NAICS code) NAICS Subsector NAICS Subsector (first 3 digits from the account level NAICS code) NAICS Group NAICS Group (first 4 digits from the account level NAICS code) NAICS Sub Group NAICS Sub Group(first 5 digits from the account level NAICS code) NAICS NAICS Industry (all 6 digits from the account level NAICS code) Industry Underwriter Person name for the role as defined in Underwriter Role Code (8URC) runtime parameter Loan Officer Person name for the role as defined in Primary Employee Role Code (8PER) runtime parameter PROPERTIES.CSV Property ID This is the unique ID (property number) for the property. Address Line 1 The first address line of the property s address. Address Line 2 The second address line of the property s address. Address Line 3 The third address line of the property s address. Address Line 4 The forth address line of the property s address. Address Line 5 The fifth address line of the property s address. City City of the property s primary address. State State of the property s primary address. Zip Code (5) Digit Zip code of the property s primary address. Property Description Contains additional information about the property for example, the make, model, year and VIN of an automobile. Property Value Numeric The property value, not the appraised value. Appraisal Type The appraisal type code of the last appraisal. Property is in The value of the property flood zone indicator. Y or N. Flood Zone Flood Panel The flood panel value of the property. Redeterminatio n Date MM-DD-YYYY The redetermination date of the property. Residual Value Numeric The residual value of the property. Occupancy Status The occupancy code on the property. Margin Percent Numeric This is from the field on the property record in the Collateral Review and Relationship screen in DNA. Purchase Price Numeric The purchase price of the property. LIEN.CSV Lien ID Number This is the unique ID (lien number) for the lien. Property ID Number This is the unique ID (property number) for the property associated with this lien. Lien Amount Number The amount of the lien. Lien Type The character code representing the type of lien. Code Lien The text describing the lien. This application requires the running of the script PS_VISIBLE_EQUITY.SQL (Setup Script): Copy this file to any directory accessible to the applicable SQL application (SQL Developer, PL/SQL Developer, etc.) You need to run the setup script to register the application. This application requires an Authorization Key. After the primary installation instructions have been completed, you must apply the Authorization Key.
