Dynamic PDF - All standard forms are dynamically generated forms that run from a Crystal program that uses pdf as the output format and can map most loan data. It cannot output in Word format. Static PDF Sample must be provided by client and these contain no loan data mapping but can be manually edited by the user in designated fields MS Word DOC Sample must be provided by client and no mapping available but fully editable HTML The 1003 renders as an HTML document and is the sole form to use that format Page 8

It will then compare it against the Initial Margin from the Product Editor and add the ARM Index, (initially set on the daily rate sheet or can be manually edited at the loan level in the Edit 1003 ARM details screen) which is the fully indexed rate. Rate adjustments do not apply to the fully indexed rate.
