1 1 Citibank Personal Loans Online Referral Program (e-mgm) Terms and Conditions 1. The Citibank Personal Loans emgm Program is valid from 1 st April 17 to 31 st December 18. Referral date should be on or before 31 st August 18. All referrals are valid for 120 days from the time /SMS link was first sent by the bank. Referees (people referred by the Citibank customers) should apply within 120 days from the above said date through the received from the Referrer to be eligible for the program. Applications received post 120 days from the said date will not be considered for referral benefit under the referral program. 2. This Program is open to all existing Citibank N.A. Credit Cards, Suvidha and Banking customers excluding employees of Citibank, N.A. and holders of Citibank corporate cards. Referring Customers and Invitees/Referees must be resident in India. 3. The rewards under Program will be available to Referrer only upon successful disbursal of new personal loans to Referee as per these terms and conditions, excluding Top-ups and Balance Transfer from other banks. 4. There is no limit to the number of referrals which a Referrer can make during the term of the program, however, the Referrer can earn a maximum of up to Rs.9999/- only per individual per financial year through all Citibank India e-mgm programs clubbed together. The Referrer will be eligible for a referral reward of Rs.2000 per referral only upon final disbursal of a personal loan. 5. The referral reward payout under this Program will be given in the form of an account payable instrument within 4 months from the date of loan disbursal 6. If more than one 'Referrer' recommends the same customer/referee; the first one to make that referral will be entitled to the reward. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Citibank shall be final and binding on all Participants to this Program. 7. Participants/Referrers cannot refer themselves under the Program. 8. The Referrer will be eligible for reward under this Program only if the Referee applies for the Personal loans directly from the automated referral mail received by the Referee from Citibank. Any application by Referee through any other mode will not be eligible for rewards to the Referrer under this Program. 9. This Program cannot be combined with any other offers/programs. The rewards under this Program cannot be transferred or assigned to any other person.

Issuance of Personal Loans shall be at the sole discretion of Citibank and is subject to internal processing, customer eligibility and submission of documents by the customer within defined time period as stipulated by Citibank. Citibank reserves the right to ask for any additional documents from the Referrers and the Referee. 11. The Referrer authorizes Citibank and/or it associates/subsidiaries/affiliates to contact him/her. It shall be the responsibility of the Referrer to ensure that due consent has been obtained from the referred customer/referee(prospective customer), to refer his/her contact details to Citibank, N.A., and that Citibank may contact the referred customer/referee to offer a Personal Loan and the Referrer shall execute necessary documents as required by Citibank in this regard. The Referrer agrees and undertakes to indemnify Citibank against any losses or claims, costs, damages incurred by Citibank, N.A. in event of breach of above responsibility by the Referrer. 12. Citibank reserves the right to, without liability or prejudice to any of its other rights, at any time, without previous notice and from time to time, withdraw/suspend/amend/cancel this Program, with or without any reason 13. Citibank has the sole discretion to change, suspend or modify the Program or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion. 14. All loans are at the sole discretion of Citibank. Citibank reserves the right to ask for any additional documents from the Referee/applicant/borrower. Citibank reserves the right, at any time, with notice to add/alter/modify/change or vary any of the Terms and Conditions of this Program or its products and services or to replace, wholly or in part. 15. Loan applications already under process with Citibank are not eligible for any benefits under this Program. No reward shall be due on such loan referrals. The decision of Citibank shall be final and binding upon the Referrer & Referee in this regard. 16. Citibank alone shall determine a participant's qualification for the referral rewards under the terms of the Program and the decision made by Citibank N.A., in this regard shall be final and binding. 17. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, Citibank, N.A. reserves the right to vary, withdraw, cancel, or invalidate the Program, at any time at its absolute discretion without prior notice or without having to give a reason thereof, and without compensation whatsoever. 18. Further, Citibank, N.A. reserves the right to reject any claim in the event of irregularity, discrepancy, or dispute, and that its decision shall be final, conclusive and binding. 19. All payments are subject to the completeness and authenticity of information provided in the Referral Form.

3 3 20. All disputes relating to the Program and its terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located at Mumbai. 21. Loans will be offered in the currently approved locations only. List of approved locations is available on Citibank website Citibank, N.A will not be able to contact the referred persons if they are part any Do Not Disturb (DND) registry or Telecom Regulatory Authority s (TRAI s ) National Customer Preference Register (NCPR) unless they give consent through SMS or online form authorizing Citibank and/or it associates/subsidiaries/affiliates to contact them. 23. Citibank Personal loans is available through the URLs The detailed Terms & Conditions of the Citibank Personal Loans service can be viewed at Referring Customers and Referees must be resident in India and it shall be the responsibility of the Referrer to ensure that referees are persons resident in India. The Referring Customer/Referrer, by making an Invitation and the Referee by responding to an invitation under this Program, agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Detailed Terms & Conditions Personal Loans Referral Campaign Invitation Terms & Conditions: Citi s Personal Loans Online Referral (emgm) Cash-Back Program invitation Terms & Conditions applies to persons who refer people to Citibank Personal Loans (Referrer) as well as persons who is referred to for Citibank Personal Loan (Referee). Who May Participate? Any Citibank customer ( Referrer ) may participate in the Citi s Personal Loan Online Referral (emgm) ( Campaign ) by responding to a Citi s Personal Loans Online Referral (emgm) Rewards Program invitation which may be sent via or by visiting or a participating website banners or wedges. Referring Customers may choose to refer their friends, family and co-workers ( Referee ) subject to exclusions under these Terms and conditions.

4 4 Citibank Personal Loans To send a Referral Invitation: Referrer must visit the Invitation landing page or website banners or wedges and complete the Citi s Personal Loans Online Referral (emgm) Reward Program referral Form ( Referral Form ) to invite their friends or family. Each Personal Loan booking & disbursal through the Invitation earns Referring Customers/Referrer cash back of Rs.2000/- in the account number / credit card number mentioned in the referral form. There is no restriction to the Referrer on the number of referrals however the Referrer can earn rewards for up to five successful disbursals. To accept a Referral Invitation by applying for Personal Loan: To accept an Invitation, each of the following must occur: (i) Invitees/Referees must respond to an inviting them to visit the Citibank Personal Loans Application page and complete the full application form before the end of the campaign with the same id as mentioned in the referral form. (ii) The processing of the application shall be subject Citibank internal credit policy and decision. (iii) The application which qualifies Citibank criteria and process, a Consent form shall be required to be submitted by the applicant/referee. The Referrer will be eligible for cash back of Rs.2000 only on successful disbursal of a Personal Loan subject to a maximum of Rs Please note that the Referee should apply for the Personal Loans with the same address that was used to refer him & the personal loan must be booked before the end of the campaign. The Referee will be eligible for 0% processing fee if he applies through the link within the invitation sent by the Referrer. IMPORTANT: Sharing of Personal Information between Referrer and Referee: As part of the Referrer being able to receive reward for successful Invitations, the Referee acknowledges, understands and agrees that when he/she accepts the Invitation and successfully gets a personal loan, the referrer will know that the Referee has got a Personal Loan. If the Referee desires to avoid disclosing this Personal Information, the Referee may choose to apply independently and not respond to an Invitation. Likewise, by sending an Invitation, the Referrer acknowledges, understands and agrees that the Referee will know that the Referring Customer has invited and stands a chance to

5 5 Get rewarded. If the Referrer does not desire to disclose this information, he should not make an Invitation. All the communication related to the Personal Loan approval or reject reasons will be communicated to the applicant only and will not be sent to the Referrer. However, status of referee s application will be updated for the referrer on the referral dashboard, which will include status as approved or Not Approved as applicable and the Referee agrees and accepts that he/she shall not raise any claim against the Bank in this regard if the loan application of his referee is approved/ not approved /rejected. Referrer can only check the status of their reference by a proactive login to the Citibank online referral Dashboard.
