6 Data Entry Login Sign into TeletrackOnline by visiting teletrackonline.com: Each employee that will access the system will be assigned their own Username and Password. Enter the Username and Password assigned by CoreLogic Teletrack to access the service. After you have entered your Username and Password, click Login. You have a maximum of three attempts to enter your password. If you fail to enter the appropriate Password for your Username on the third attempt, you will be locked out of the system. After the second attempt, we recommend that you click Forgot Password. Change Password The first time that you log on, you will be asked to change your password and select a Challenge Question. The challenge question allows you to reset your password should you forget it. Password challenge questions include: Who was your childhood hero? What is the middle name of your youngest child? You will select a challenge question and provide the appropriate answer. Passwords typically expire every forty-five days and you will need to update your password regularly. After you have entered your new password, click Submit. Main Menu From the Main Menu, you will select the action you would like to perform: Inquire on a consumer Report a Loan Report a Charge-off Report a Recovery You can navigate to these screens at anytime by clicking one of the links located on the left-side toolbar. 7 Click Inquiry on either the left-side menu bar or in the main menu section of the web page. An Inquiry passes consumer information and the financial agreement to the system to match against information within the databases in order to provide you with appropriate risk assessment tools to assist you in determining whether you wish to execute the agreement, adjust the terms or modify the amount of the financial agreement. Inquiry Teletrack provides you with the ability to input consumer information and retrieve credit performance, fraud prevention and related consumer information on a consumer pursuant to completing a financial agreement. Teletrack recommends that you inquire on every person who completes an application. By securing risk assessment information before you do business with an applicant, you are able to customize lending to meet the consumer s needs while maintaining your risk tolerance. In addition, Teletrack helps you identify applicants that present fraudulent information. Businesses who access Teletrack data only for first time applicants, often later discover that a consumer who met the terms of the original agreement fails to complete the terms of future agreements. Once you have entered the appropriate information in the following screen, Teletrack will search its databases and provide you with relevant information to help you in your decision. You will be asked to enter the following information related to the consumer: SSN - Begin by entering the nine digits of the SSN. Enter only the numbers. The system will automatically fill in dashes at the appropriate points in the field. When you move to the next field, the system will display the SSN as a masked entry. If you move the cursor back into this field, the system will clear the field. Both of these steps are done for over-the-shoulder security to protect both you and your customer. DOB - Enter the consumer s Date of Birth (DOB) using the format Month, Day, Year. Enter the month and day as a 2-digit number. The year of birth must be entered as a 4-digit number. Although this is shown as an optional field, some services require DOB and this information should be entered whenever it is available. First Name - This field requires a minimum of two characters. Neither special characters nor spaces are allowed and the system will not accept strings of repetitive characters. If the consumer has two first names, such as Mary Ann, place the second name in the Middle Name field. Middle Name - This field may be a single initial or the entire name. Use only alphabetic characters with no special characters or spaces. Proprietary and confidential. This material may not be reproduced in any form without express written permission. 3

The OFAC Activity Report quickly and easily identifies inquiries performed on a consumer whose name closely matches an entry on the OFAC SDN list. This function is performed within a matter of seconds and will not slow down your transaction approval process. If a match occurs, Teletrack will send the details of the inquiry back to your system. If no match was found, a message reading All Clear will be returned on the report. Teletrack checks the SDN list daily to help ensure that recent changes to the list are available. To learn more about OFAC compliance requirements or to review the most recent OFAC SDN list, visit the Office of Foreign Assets Control online at ces/enforcement/ofac/. Error Indicators and Help Functions If there are errors in validation in a field, the system will show the error to the right of the field and a message will display at the top of the screen. These messages will be shown in red. These field edits indicate that you have failed to include a required field or entered invalid data in one of the fields. They are performed before sending the request to Teletrack. When functioning on a screen, the system utilizes a built-in help function that identifies the information to be filled into a given field. An example of this is shown below. The alternate text is invoked by moving the cursor over a field. Proprietary and confidential.
