1 Converting more ups into sales! Dealer Credit Services Converting more ups into sales! Want to see what your missing, run your bureau report for the month in Dealer Track or Route 1. Look at the credit score tiers, based on beacon scores and how many total pulled for the time you select compare it to what you sold. From Bank Fees, lower advances, higher interest rates, excessive stipps, slower time to fund and again Bank Fees. Have your comptroller or F&I Director get you your last month bank fees paid. No industry comes into contact with as many credit challenged customers as the automobile industry. These same credit challenged customers can take a very significant toll on your man power and advertising dollar. And while that is no secret, there is an extremely effective system available to the automobile dealer which will enhance your advertising s bang for the buck!

3 The Categories Identifying The Missed Opportunities Declined, without any qualifications whatsoever. Approved, but due to credit issues the down payment requirement is too high for them to come up with. Approved, but the payment is too high, increased interest rate, reduced terms and bank fees. These are all customers who your Sales and Finance Departments have exhausted all attempts in placing them in a vehicle. Nothing to lose, everything to gain!

4 The Credit Repair Process The Fair Credit Reporting Act allows the consumer to challenge and dispute anything on their credit reports. Once the investigation is initiated, the creditors have about 30 days to research and investigate what is being required of them, by us. If at the end of the 30 day period (or usually sooner), if they are unsuccessful in completing the investigation, for whatever reason, the item is then completely and permanently removed from the credit report. The very second the credit history changes, so does the score!

5 Your Control Center It s all about control and that mechanism in this case is called, CRT Gateway, as illustrated on the next page. Our patent-pending, proprietary software application will allow you, the dealer, to monitor the progress of each and every client enrolled in your credit restoration and education program. Once your customer has reached their required qualification level, it s now time to sell and deliver another vehicle!

Typically, the ideal candidate will possess Internet Sales and some management experience. Benefits of the CDM The CDM is a effective TO manager. Since the word Sales is not in his title, he may be able to extract more information from the customer than the Sales staff could. Another excellent opportunity to keep the customer in the funnel. The CDM can fill in for F&I overflow or absenteeism, as this can be a very productive training ground for F&I Managers. If you have a bdc department what a great opportunity for a blast to capture those customers that didn't buy do to credit.
