4 Frequently Asked Questions Q: How can bad credit be repaired? A: Good Credit Repair comprises a whole range of approaches, many credit bureaus. There are several governing agencies (which do not include the three major credit bureaus) that govern what can be reported on your credit report. There are also several guidelines, statues of limitations, etc. that are put in place to protect the consumers from erroneous misreporting. Q: How long does credit repair take? A: The length of time to repair credit depends on the credit report itself. There may be few or many things that need to be removed. Our program is a 6 month program and covers unlimited disputes for the entire 6 month program. Q: What types of derogatory can be disputed with your company? A: We can dispute: late payments, collection accounts, charge-offs, foreclosures, bankruptcies, liens, and repossessions. We also take off inquiries. Q: Will the removed items be re-reported onto my credit report? A: The chances are extremely low that an item will reappear on your report. The Fair Credit Reporting Act requires that the credit bureau inform you before they re-report a previously deleted item. The FCRA also makes it more difficult for credit bureaus to re-report the listings. Because of these factors, it is fairly rare for listings to come back on once they have deleted. Q: How long before I start seeing my credit score go up? A: Depending on the types of items you dispute and in what order and time frame they come off; you could see your score go up immediately at least a couple points to a couple hundred points. The situations vary depending on your unique report. For example, if you recently had a late payment reported on your credit report and we get it deleted, your score can jump 50 or more points. The bottom line is credit repair is a process, but results are seen quickly. Page 1 of 2
5 Frequently Asked Questions (cont.) Q: How long to completely fix my credit? A: Every situation is unique, as credit reports for each individual are completely different. Our service will cover you for 6 months. We will dispute as many items as needed during that timeframe and you will see the bulk of your items or all, depending on how many items need to be disputed, come off during that time frame. Q: What does the fee cover? A: The fee as laid out in our contract is an administrative client set-up fee. This covers our costs per file to set you as a client and begin the disputing process. It also covers our administrative expenses for the first 6 months. Our costs include ink, postage, paper, labor, supplies, credit pulling, contracts, etc. Q: Are there any other hidden fees after signing up with your company? A: After signing up and becoming a client the only other fees involved are our performance fees. Performance fees are only invoiced to our clients once results have already been obtained and confirmed. Our performance fees are $10.00 per item per bureau. We never ask our clients to provide a credit card to charge at our discretion, nor do we ever charge hidden fees. All of our fees are laid out exactly as charged in our contracts. Page 2 of 2
