The ONE-TIME fee is required to meet RESPA requirements but will cover all co-branded marketing. All other costs including print and postage expenses will be covered by Bay Equity and your Loan Officer Partner. About a $1 a month! Please note this is not $35 per client. This is a one time charge with unlimited prospects and clients!
