With the purchase of a qualifying Lennox Home Comfort System, your customers are eligible for up to $1,600 in Rebates or Special Financing offers from SNAP Financial! Promotion Dates: To be eligible for the promotion, the homeowner must: Purchase a qualifying product from a participating Lennox Dealer between September 4, 2017 and November 17, All qualifying equipment must be installed by November 24, All Claims must be submitted within 14 days of installation or by December 8, 2017 whichever occurs first. System Eligibility: All Lennox System Rebates require a qualifying indoor unit, qualifying outdoor unit, and a qualifying control. XC/XP25 and XC/XP20 units must be paired with an icomfort -enabled indoor unit and icomfort WI-FI, icomfort S30, or iharmony control option. The serial number for icomfort WI-FI Thermostat, iharmony, or icomfort S30 is required for the system rebate. 5 PROMOTIONAL GUIDELINES Claim Submission: Homeowner must receive the rebate offer directly from a participating Lennox dealer. The sale and installation of the equipment must fall within the promotional dates to qualify. Homeowner must complete their rebate submission online within 14 days of installation or by the claim submission date, whichever occurs first. Failure to do so will result in the claim being declined. Homeowner must enter their REBATE online at: Homeowner must also submit a copy of their homeowner invoice. Claim review will not begin until proper back-up documentation has been provided. Homeowners can redeem only one of the promotional offers per serial number sold. This offer will be a Visa Prepaid debit card sent directly to the homeowner who made the purchase. Debit cards are valid for 6 months from the issue date. Please allow 2-4 weeks for Visa Prepaid debit card processing after claim has been submitted. Claims paid on returned products may be subject to reversal. Incomplete, illegible, early or late submissions will be declined. Lennox is not responsible for lost/missing paperwork. Lennox reserves the right to request additional information to validate a claim and to inspect any installation that is a part of this program. Any Dealer that is eligible for Lennox 2017 Fall Consumer Promotion (All CAP package levels) and enrolled with SHF is eligible to participate in these consumer financing offers. It is the Dealer s responsibility to submit the transaction to the Lennox redemption center for additional reimbursement per the dates/ deadlines of the Fall Consumer Promotion. The sale to the homeowner of the qualifying product must fall within the promotional period to be eligible. Homeowner must be approved for financing by SHF. Dealer is funded by SHF for each qualifying job, less any noted financing cost. All jobs must be funded by November 24, Dealer must complete their financing claim submission online via LennoxPros within 14 days from installation or by December 8, 2017, whichever occurs first. This includes submission of all necessary documents and resolving any submission issues. Dealer must submit claims online on LennoxPros following the path: LennoxPros.com > Partner Resources > Sales Tools > Consumer Promotions > Check Claim Status/Enter Dealer Claims Claims are not approved until proper back-up documentation has been provided and audited. 9 Lennox Consumer Visa Prepaid Card Frequently Asked Questions Question: I want the cash to deposit in my checking or savings account. How do I get cash with this Visa Card? Answer: Visit any ATM and withdraw cash to deposit in your account. Question: My customers are used to getting a physical check. How do I help them transition from a traditional check to a Visa Prepaid card? Answer: Help them understand that the card can be used for any transaction or purchase that you would normally make using cash. The largest categories of card usage are currently in shopping, food and dining, travel, utilities and entertainment. Question: When do the funds expire? Is the expiration date the same as the date on the card? Can the expiration date be extended? Answer: The Lennox Pre-Paid Visa has an expiration date of 6 months from the date of card issue. For customers who need a little longer than 6 months to use all of their funds, the expiration can be extended for only $2.95 per month. Question: What are the fees associated with using the card? Answer: There are NO associated fees to use the card wherever VISA is accepted for everyday purchases within the first six months.
