If the allotted time has passed and the Invoice is paid and not picked up, the paid Invoice is abandoned and will be relisted without a refund. Please be aware this policy is strictly enforced. We understand that upon occasion unforeseen circumstances may arise and we want to help our customers out as much as possible.
