2 2) The features available in the dashboard are as under: 5

3 a) Account Summary. It shows Card Profile, Account Summary,Statement of Summary and reward bonus points summary as shown below in the screen shot. a) User Profile This shows the user profile information such as Name and Address,Permanent Address,Office Name and Address and Contact Details. Options has been provided to the Cardholder to submit request for update of Mobile No., id, and Password as shown under 6

4 b) Latest Statement Under this link,card holder can view the latest statement showing Bill date, total payment due, payment due date,transaction details, closing balance, opening balance, Minimum payment due etc. as shown under 7

5 c) Unbilled Transactions This link show the unbilled transactions executed after the last billing date. These are the transactions which are realized / settled with the Merchant. d) Payment/ Credit Details It show the payments made by the Card holders or any other Credit transactions such as refund transactions etc. 8

6 e) Last Transactions details Card Holder can view last 10 days, 20 days and 30 Days transactions under this option. 9

7 f) Past Statements Cardholders can download / view the past statement of last 6 months. For statement beyond 6 months, option is available for Card holder to submit the request under Service Request link. 10

9 g) Card payment - Card Holder can make their Credit Card Bill payments either through i. Online - Bank has made an arrangement with Billdesk for Credit Card Bill paymemt through Net banking or through Debit Card of any Bank. ii. Pay through CBI Net Banking Our Card Holders who are enjoying our Net Banking can also make their Credit Card bill payments. 12

10 h) Service request Portal also provide Card Holder, various service request as under i. Request for Re-pin ii. Request for Duplicate Statement iii. Request for registration of E-Statement iv. Request for Update of id v. Request for replacement of Card vi. Request for Hotlisting of Credit Card vii. Request for Auto Debit. viii. Request for registration of id. All these requests are processed only after the proper real time authentication of the Card Holder through OTP and subsequent verification by the Customer care Executive. However in case of request for Hot-listing of card, Update if id and mobile no, the request is processed real-time after proper authentication process. 13

11 i) Register new Card Card Holder can register any new card or add on card through this link. j) De-registered - Card Holder can de-register any registered card or add on card through this link. 14

12 k) Redemption of Reward Points It will take the card holder to the Anmol Reward site (our partner for rewards points ) for redemption of their points. 15

13 At Present customers are required to login once separately into the Anmol rewards website. Shortly, we will integrate with the website so that customer can directly access Anmol Rewards Site seamlessly. 3) Credit card variants and their Information - Bank is offering MASTERCARD/VISA variant cards. The information such as features, eligibility, offers for different variants of cards are made available on the site.this is accessible to our customers and non- customers. 4) Other Services In other services we are offering the following information servicesa. Utility Bill Payments - Card holder can make bill payment for any of the Merchants as listed in the screen using their Credit card. 16

14 b. Go-Recharge Bank has made a tie up with VISA for quick recharge of Mobile,DTH and Data Card of any Service provider. c. Visa Bill Pay - Bank has made a tie up with VISA for Bill payments through VISA BILL PAY aggregator platform. 17

15 d. Hot-listing of Credit Card through SMS This link provides information on the facility to Credit Card holders for Hot-listing of Card through their registered mobile number. 18

16 e. Missed Call Services This link provides facility of availing important information such as Balance enquiry,due date of payment, last 5 transactions etc by giving missed call on a dedicated number. 19

17 f. Online Security VbV/3D Secure registration - Cardholder can registered themselves for e-com transactions using this link. 5) Offers and Deals - Card holder can find any running offers under this link. 20

18 6) Various payment Options Portal provides the various payment options through a. Online through Billdesk - Cardholder can make the Credit Card Bill payment through Net banking or Debit Card of any Bank for which Bank has entered into an arrangement with Billdesk for providing the aggregation services. b. Bank s own Net-banking - Our Card Holders who are enjoying our Net Banking can also make their Credit Card bill payments. c. Over the counter Centralcard holders can walk in to any of our branches and deposit cheques / cash towards repayment of Credit card dues. Central Bank account holders can make immediate payment of their dues through CBS. d. Auto debit - entral Bank offers Auto-debit - a hassle free way to repay card dues. Credit card holders only need to register their savings / Current / Overdraft accounts for auto debit and the Bank shall recover the dues from the designated account every month on due date. Cardholders shall receive a confirmation of such debits on their registered mobile every month. 21

19 7) Anmol rewards Under this link, Central card holder can check for any offer run by Anmol. 22
