5 NEFT HOW TO USE YOUR CHIP + PIN CARD Point of Sale Transaction The CHIP & PIN card comes to you with greatercash security. PAYMENT The Point of Sale Terminal will prompt you for a PIN 1 The merchant will insert your card at a CHIP & PIN enabled Point of Sale terminal 3 2 The merchant will enter the transaction amount to be paid by you 4 Enter your correct 4-digit Credit Card PIN and pull out the card once the transaction is complete USING YOUR CARD Remember to retain the bill and check the amount in the charge slip against those mentioned in your card billing statement. If your card is enabled for International transactions, it can be used in India and around the world, except for foreign currency transactions in Nepal and Bhutan. If you make any transactions outside India, they should be in accordance with the Exchange Control Regulations of the Reserve Bank of India. If you violate any of these regulations, you will be liable for action under the Foreign Exchange Management Act of 1999 (FEMA). If your card is disabled for International transactions, your card can only be used in India. All International transactions -- POS, Online & ATM will be blocked. 6 Secure Online Transactions AUTHENTICATING YOUR ONLINE TRANSACTIONS You have an option to set a password of your choice or use a One-Time Password for authentication of your online transactions. A) Authentication using MasterCard SecureCode: MasterCard SecureCode is an easy to use, secure online payment service on your YES BANK Credit Card, that lets you shop online securely with a password of your choice. To generate your 3D Secure Password, please log on to B) Authentication Using One-Time Password (OTP): Online transactions on YES BANK Credit Card are more convenient with One Time Password (OTP) authentication. Please select OTP as authentication option during online transactions. The OTP shall be sent to your registered mobile number.

7 PAYING YOUR CREDIT CARD BILLS For YES BANK Account Holders: YES BANK ATM FUNDS TRANSFER: You can transfer funds from your Savings/Current Account to your Credit Card Account. NETBANKING: Register yourself for the YES BANK NetBanking Facility and make Credit Card payments online. STANDING INSTRUCTIONS: You can submit written instructions to automatically debit a pre-determined portion of your monthly outstanding from your Savings/Current Account to your Credit Card Account. NEFT: You can make your payment through NEFT fund transfer mode from other bank accounts. Use IFSC code: YESB0CMSNOC CHEQUE PAYMENT: You can make your YES BANK Credit Card payment by cheque. Please quote your 16-digit Credit Card Number, and drop the cheque at any of our drop boxes in your city. Please mention your name and mobile number on the back of the cheque.
