WHAT THE HECK IS THE FUN FACTOR? Every program is different, but no one wants to go on a boring incentive trip, right? In addition to your opening reception and closing dinner, we are experts in the activities that will keep guests engaged and raving for years to come. Imagine a night time glow light mini golf tournament, swimming with dolphins, a James Bond Casino Royale evening, celebrity appearances, and more. We know how to bring the party without denting your wallet! HOW DO WE CHARGE? The million dollar question is how does IMPACT365 make money and what do we charge? The answers depends on your program needs and budget, but typically we work with one of three formulas or a combination of them. 1. We obtain a budget, maximize the budget, share all vendor costs with client and bill 14-20% of the total budget as a management fee. 2. Provide IMPACT365 with a per-person budget for a defined package (such as hotel, transfers, meeting, and 2 events) and we will maximize the budget for you. We will back out approximately a 8-12% fee on the per-person budget and also receiving commissions from vendors such as the hotel. 3. Pre-set management fee to execute the program (plus vendor commissions based on fee level). Please note, vendor commissions should never hurt the client in terms of rate. Your rate will always be below published rates and will also come

WHAT IS OUR 8-STEP PROCESS? BRIEFING: The first step is filling out a quick questionnaire to help us to understand the scope of your program s needs. BUDGET: We will work with your budget to ensure that your program maximizes fun. BRAINSTORM: Our team will present ideas for your incentive experience and present to you PROPOSAL: Once you ve selected your dream experience, you will receive a proposal, including an estimated budget. FOLLOW UP: Once the proposal has been reviewed, we ll schedule a follow up conversation to discuss your questions and tailor your proposed program as desired. SITE INSPECTION: Your Program Manager will plan a site inspection if desired. While optional, this inspection ensures all elements of your destination and program are up to par. BOOKING: We will negotiate contracts for all elements of your trip and send you the agreements to sign, arrange financial transfers, and set holds on all components of the program. EXECUTE: Ensure your program runs seamlessly with a dedicated Program Manager and team. While optional, 70% of our clients ask for a Program Manager to manage the incentive trip on-site.
