Finally, we're in the home stretch. The November 8th election is just around the corner and it can't come soon enough. That's why John and Ken have made your life easier by releasing their voter guide for all those Propositions you'll be voting on in just a few weeks. Print this out! Take it with you! Vote! Let's start with the big ones: Donald Trump Vs. Hillary Clinton for all the Marbles: VOTE Donald Trump You've likely made your decision already. You already know about the many many many Clinton Scandals. Chances are, you've heard everything Trump has had to say the last few months. If you're undecided at this point, flip a coin - or, like us vote for Donald Trump to stir things up in Washington D.C. Kamala Harris vs Loretta Sanchez for U.S. Senate: VOTE Loretta Sanchez We know this is a bit of a dark horse candidate for the John and Ken Show, but John and Ken believe in chaos, and no one better represents the absolute chaos she would bring to Washington, than Loretta Sanchez. Plus, Kamala Harris is a Clinton-Obama lackey and we don't need any more of those in office.

And yes, there's more to your ballot than just voting for President of the United States. California boasts at least 17 different initiatives that you get to vote on this year. Vote along with John and Ken with their guide to the Propositions. Proposition 51 - School Bonds, Funding for K-12 School and Community College Facilities: VOTE NO Let's stop spending money we don't have huh? How about we try that for once? Proposition 52 - Medi-Cal Hospital Fee Program. Initiative Constitutional Amendment: VOTE YES It looks like a tax money shell game involving Medi-Cal, but there are federal matching funds involved so let's keep it. Proposition 53 - Revenue Bonds, Statewide Voter Approval: VOTE YES This gives back the power to the people to approve state-revenue bond measures. California voters would get to vote on any large scale project that costed more than $2 billion (High Speed Fail anyone?) Proposition 54 - Legislature. Legislation and Proceedings: VOTE YES Again, time to keep the crooks in Sacramento responsible! Vote yes to make any bill that the legislature wants to pass, available online for the public to review for at least 72 hours before the Legislature can pass it. The Legislature would also be required to ensure that its public meetings are recorded and make those videos available on the internet. Proposition 55 - Tax Extension to Fund Education and Healthcare: VOTE NO, NO, NO! A no vote on this would allow the 'temporary' income tax increase passed in 2012 to expire in 2018 as it was designed to. Let's make sure that 'temporary' still means something in Sacramento.

Proposition 56 - Cigarette Tax to Fund Healthcare, Tobacco Use Prevention, Research, and Law Enforcement: VOTE NO Another attempt to raise your taxes, this time on cigarettes. You may not smoke them, but do we really need to give more money to the Legislature? Plus, the $1.6 billion tax gives $1 billion to health insurance companies and special interests. Total giveaway. Proposition 57 - Criminal Sentences, Parole. Juvenile Criminal Proceedings and Sentencing: VOTE NO, NO, NO! We've already seen the fallout from prison realignment and proposition 47, this is just Jerry Brown doubling down on that. 57 would allow early release for violent criminals, including those who rape unconscious victims. Proposition 58 - English Proficiency, Multilingual Education Initiative Statue: VOTE NO Prop 58 wouldn't do much to modernize how we teach English to students. It would be pointless to try and change it. Immigrant kids are learning English faster than ever and record numbers of immigrant students are being admitted to California universities. Proposition 59 - Corporations, Political Spending. Federal Constitutional Protections: VOTE NO They're trying to overturn Citizen's United at the state level, the problem is, they can't! The proposition even says this for Yes voters. All the measure says is that voters are asking elected officials to seek increased regulation of campaign spending and contributions. No specifics are offered. No suggestions on how they could effectively limit spending. It does nothing at all. Vote no on this toothless measure! Proposition 60 - Adult Films, Condoms, Health Requirements: VOTE NO Do you want to see the adult film industry chased out of California? Do you really care if there are condoms in adult films?

Proposition 61 - State Prescription Drug Purchases, Pricing Standards: VOTE NO It's a limited price control attempt on some drug purchases. It could lead many other drug costs to increase. Proposition 62 - Death Penalty Initiative Statue: VOTE NO, NO, NO! This gets a bit confusing as there are two death penalty initiatives on the ballot this year. This one wants to repeal the the death penalty entirely. The Death Penalty might not be used that often in California, but we shouldn't get rid of it. Repealing the Death Penalty means allowing brutal killers to live the rest of their lives on the taxpayer's dime. Proposition 63 - VOTE NO A Gavin Newsom special. If we can't stop the guns, let's stop the bullets. Crazy. Proposition 64 - Marijuana Legalization Initiative: VOTE YES. It's inevitable. People want to smoke weed legally? Fine. Whatever. Don't bother us with the smoke and we're all good. It's about time to legalize it anyway, and California may as well get all that sweet sweet revenue from taxing the devil's lettuce. So vote yes and toke up Cheech! Proposition 65 - Carryout Bag Charges: VOTE NO So the money either goes to the grocery companies or to the state for vague environmental projects. Just vote NO on Prop 67 and kill the whole thing. Proposition 66 - Death Penalty Procedures: VOTE YES, YES, YES! The second of two initiatives on the death penalty, A Yes vote on this measure would reform the death penalty appeal system. Nowadays, an inmate sentenced to death could spend years wading through appeals. Proposition 66 would speed this up, and help bring closure to victims' families and justice to brutal murderers. No brainer here. Vote Yes.

Proposition 67 - Ban on Single-Use Plastic Bags: VOTE NO, NO, NO! Bag litter is minimal, kill the bag ban! For Los Angeles County Voters: Measure A: Safe, Clean Neighborhood Parks, Open Space, Benches, Rivers Protection, and Water Conservation Measure VOTE NO Money for parks is basic. No special new tax increases should be needed. Measure M: Los Angeles County Traffic Improvement Plan VOTE NO It's for the subway to the sea and will last forever. For Los Angeles City Voters: Proposition HHH: Homelessness Reduction and Prevention, Housing, and Facilities Bond VOTE NO This is Mayor Yoga Pants' homeless tax special. Bonds are equal to a tax increase. VOTE NO.
