March, December 2013 Different types of bonus campaigns was held for MONEX MTS operators. June 2014 MONEX MTS started to send money to bank accounts of selected banks. 9 IT INFRASTRUCTURE MONEX cash operations are supported by Muganbank s state of art technology, at the of core which are HP blade machines, providing security and ease of operations to the customers. Our network system is protected by CISCO equipment. Starting Agents are authorized to the remittance software from Certification Centre. To date, there have been no reported virus attacks on any machines. All servers are working in redundancy condition. All its transaction websites are VeriSign certified and SSL secure with 128 bit encryption. The in-house development takes place on HP and Microsoft Platforms. The remittance software is web based, developed on Microsoft Net platform. 9

10 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR STARTING AGENTS Requirement for the system use: Pentium processor (Minimum 400 MHz) or Celeron, 64 MB RAM, 40 MB free space (for storing of any data), 32 kbps Modem, and Inkjet Printer. Software Requirements: Windows 98 or above operation system, Internet Explorer 8.0 or above, Adobe Reader 7.0 or above. Connection Requirements: Telephone lines (preferably electronic ) and an Internet connection with a fast enough speed. 10
