24 NewCo: Creating a Regional Leader in Ridesharing Transaction On Feb 7, 2018 Yandex.Taxi and Uber completed combination of their ridesharing businesses in Russia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Moldova into NewCo NewCo operates UberEATS along with FoodFox, which joined Yandex.Taxi in Dec 17.
