ADVERTISEMENT Applications are invited for one temporary post (likely to be continued) of Registration Officer in the Pay Band -2 Rs.9,300-34,800+ Grade Pay Rs.4600/- and other allowances admissible as per Central Government Rules amended from time to time. ii) 05 years experience as Office Superintendent/ Accountant with Grade Pay of Rs.4200/- or 11 years experience as Assistant/Head Clerk/UDC with G.P. Rs.2800/- in Central Govt./State Governments/Public Sector Undertakings/ Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies. iii) Experience in compilation of State/Central Register of Professional persons in organization dealing with Registration. 2. Age : Upto 40 years (Relaxable as per Central Government Rules). (a)candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs.100/- in favour of Central Council of Indian Medicine payable at New Delhi. (b) No fee for SC/ST/PH candidates of any community. ( c) Application without the prescribed fee would not be considered and summarily rejected. No representation against such rejection would be entertained. (d) Fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances. Application Form may be obtained from the office of the CCIM in any working day from AM to 5.30 PM or from website Duly filled application with self attested copies of relevant documents should be reached to the Secretary, Central Council of Indian Medicine, Institutional Area, Janakpurt, New Delhi by 05th October, 2015 upto 5.30PM. The crucial date for determining the age limit shall be the last date for receipt of applications. Application received after the last date shall not be entertained in any case. Central Council of Indian Medicine reserves the right to reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason thereof. Instructions in this regard may also be seen at Annexure-1. 3 GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS/INFORMATION /CONDITIONS 3. The decision of the CCIM in all matters will be final. Annexure-1 1. Mere eligibility will not vest any right on any candidate for being called for written test/interview. 2. Candidate employed in Government/Semi Government Organizations/ Autonomous/Statutory Bodies should submit his/her application through proper channel. Candidates who are unable to process his/her application through proper channel may submit an advance copy of application directly to CCIM and may submit the NOC at the time of interview but he/she should submit the undertaking in this regard otherwise application will not be entertained in any case. 4. No correspondence will be entertained from the candidates in connection with the process of selection/interview. Canvassing in any manner would entail disqualification of the candidature. 5. The CCIM reserves the right to restrict number of candidates or to fix criteria to limit the number of candidates to be called for Test/Interview to those with higher qualifications/percentage of marks. 6. Incomplete applications or applications without self attested copies of certificates/without signature or applications received after the last date are liable to be rejected. 7. If the Documents in respect of proof of Date of Birth, Educational Qualification etc. are not attached with the application, the application will be rejected summarily at any stage of the recruitment process and no request for revival will be considered. 8. CCIM will not be responsible for any postal delay/misplaced/or wrongly delivered mail. No representation of non-receipt/delay etc. will be entertained. 9. Only the shortlisted candidates will be called for Test and interview and no correspondence will be entertained from the candidates in this regard. 10. Any dispute with regard to the Selection/recruitment process will be subject to Courts/Tribunals having jurisdiction over New Delhi. ****
