9 NEW VERTICALS KOGAN TRAVEL & KOGAN MOBILE Kogan Travel and Kogan Mobile performed above forecast levels in FY16 Launched in May 2015 to market affordable travel and holidays online through existing and new customer base. Launched in October 2015 to offer affordable pre-paid mobile plans. 4G roll-out completed ahead of schedule. Periodic plan reviews (with two new plans commencing since launch) and regular promotions demonstrate a strong commercial relationship between Kogan and Vodafone. 14 TRADING & OUTLOOK Strong sales performance, exceeding expectations when compared to the Prospectus forecast. Investment in systems and automation delivering operating leverage and margin. Continued growth in active customer base. Targeted investment in inventory and marketing. Well placed for peak Christmas trading period Based on this strong performance, the Board has revised guidance for FY17 over and above the Prospectus forecasts. Kogan.com is now forecasting Pro Forma EBITDA of between $8 million and $9 million for FY17. Kogan Mobile performing well with both new and repeat customers; strong customer demand following 4G rollout. 14
