By placing an order, you are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions which are made between you and Nu Skin Enterprises Hong Kong, LLC (together with its affiliated companies are collectively referred to as Nu Skin or the Company ). Any capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the same meaning as contained in the Distributor Agreement, Nu Skin Policies and Procedures, Sales Compensation Plan and related documents applicable to the purchaser s Resident Market, and shall be incorporated herein by reference thereto. 2. These Terms and Conditions apply to ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set LTO ( LTO ) to be held in Hong Kong during June 5-8, 2018 and is applicable to the Distributors in Hong Kong and Macau only. In the LTO, ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition LumiSpa( ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set ) will be offered to Hong Kong and Macau Distributors. The selling price of ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set is HKD 1,980 and contains PV 100, CV 784. ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set will only be offered in the form of a package and consists of the following products: 1 set of ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set, including: 1 ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition LumiSpa device (include 1 ageloc LumiSpa treatment head normal (Black Edition )) 1 ageloc LumiSpa Cleanser Normal/Combo 1 ageloc LumiSpa Charger (Black Edition) 1 ageloc LumiSpa Adaptor (Black Edition) 1 Nu Skin X Hello Kitty Tote Bag 1 Nu Skin X Hello Kitty Plush 1 ageloc LumiSpa USB Flash Drive (16 GB) For each purchase/sell of the ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set, HKD195 Sharing Bonus would be granted. Sharing Bonus is always paid to the original Sponsor unless the purchaser is an Executive or above pin title distributor who will keep the Sharing Bonus. 3. Eligibility to Order In order to be eligible to order ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set in the LTO, you must be Hong Kong or Macau Distributors who comply with the following requirements and have already completed registration with My Office and received the account number and password of My Office before the commencement of the LTO. Distributors who maintain the pin title of Ruby Executive* or above in May 2018, each distributor account can order up to 10 sets of the ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set ; Distributors who maintain the pin title of Executive to Lapis Executive in May 2018, each distributor account can order up to 5 sets of the ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set. 4. Order Date Distributors who maintain the pin title of Ruby Executive or above in May 2018 may place orders in the Nu Skin Plaza in Causeway Bay from 12:00 p.m. on June 5, 2018 to 09:00 p.m. on June 6, 2018; Distributors who maintain the pin title of Executive to Lapis Executive in May 2018 may place orders online from 12:00 p.m. on June 7, 2018 to 10:00 p.m. on June 8, 2018.

Quota Fulfillment - Celltrex Ultra Recovery Mask (c) (d) During the LTO, each qualified distributor account will receive 10 boxes of Celltrex Ultra Recovery Mask ( Gift ) if his/ her circle group fulfills purchase of 5 sets of ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set. All Gift are non-returnable, non- exchangeable, not redeemable for cash, do not carry PSV and Sharing Bonus. Distributors who are eligible for the Quota Fulfillment of Celltrex Ultra Recovery Mask will receive free gifts upon any purchase (not including Autopay order of ARO Program) in person at Causeway Bay NU SKIN Plaza, Mongkok or Macau Distribution Centre or via NU SKIN Hong Kong/ Macau official website between July 1, 2018 and July 31, Gifts will not be delivered together with ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set. When a return is made, you must also return all the Gift if you are unable to satisfy the requirements of Quota Fulfillment. The returned Gift must also be unopened and resalable. If the Gift has been opened, transferred, damaged, lost or due to whatever reasons that they cannot be returned in their original status, you must pay the price of the Gift (HK$1900) to Nu Skin. Other terms and conditions in relation to product refunds and exchanges shall be governed by the provisions set out in the Policies and Procedures of Nu Skin. 6. No Mandatary Purchase; Inventory and Retail Sales (c) You understand that the purchase of ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set is optional, and there are no Bonuses paid for recruiting. Bonuses are paid only when ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Sets are purchased and successfully shipped to you, and you comply with the Sales Compensation Plan and Policies and Procedures of Nu Skin. If you order on behalf of others who are not in your sales team, you will not be able to receive the bonuses and/or rewards generated from such purchase. In addition, please operate your distributorship in a financially responsible way. Please do not incur debt to participate in the LTO or Nu Skin business. You should order ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set in accordance to your reasonably personal use or projected retail sales and the ordering not more than the above amount of personal use or retail sales. You agree that your purchase not only for personal use or demonstration but also for promoting retail sale of ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set. By placing an ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set" order, you certify that you have sold or consumed at least eighty percent (80%) of your total inventory from previous orders, and that you have made at least 5 retail sales in the previous month. You must educate the Distributors in your sales team regarding these principles, as well as the Refund Policy applicable to the LTO set out below. You must provide retail sales receipts to your retail customers and keep copies in accordance to the Policies and Procedures of the Company. The Company will monitor and audit the retail sales of ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set, and you agree to provide copies of retail sales receipts as requested by the Company. Refunds to your retail customers are governed by the Policies and Procedures of the Company; however the Company encourages you to honor your customers requests for refund even it occurs at a later time than the one set by the Policies and

3 Procedures of the Company. 7. Refund Policy Subject to Clause 7(c) below and the Policies and Procedures of the Company, the Company will refund to you ninety percent (90%) of the purchase price less applicable bonus, on unopened and resalable for the products sold by the Company to you. The Company may also adjust your and your upline s pin level with regard to such refund. You must submit an application for the refund to the Company within 12 months from the date of purchase of ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set. (c) You may return the whole set of ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set provided that each product in the set is unopened and resalable. Please note that individual products in ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set cannot be returned and refunded. (d) Other product refund policy shall be in accordance with the Company s Policies and Procedures. Purchase of ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set on Other Distributor s Account You understand that if you order the ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set through another distributor account, you must have obtained a validly signed Product Order/Credit Card Authorization Form from such distributor and such distributor agrees Nu Skin to collect, use and disclose his/her personal data and transfer his/her personal data to any third party or affiliated companies of Nu Skin in Hong Kong, Macau and outside of these areas for the purposes relating to the LTO. You agree to provide a copy of such written authorization to the Company upon request as set forth in Chapter 2, Section 3.9 of the Policies and Procedures of the Company. 9. Pickup / Delivery If the ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set you purchase from Nu Skin Plaza in Causeway Bay between June 5-6, 2018, you can choose self-pickup at Nu Skin Plaza only; If the purchase is through online ordering between June 7-8, 2018, you can choose delivery only. Once an order is completed, any changes to the pickup or delivery method will not be accepted. For pickup order, order shall be picked up at Nu Skin Plaza from June 5, 2018 to June 6, (c) For deliver order, order will be delivered to the address in Hong Kong you provided and based on the selected timeslot from June 11, Addresses of the Company, Nu Skin Plaza or distribution centers are considered as invalid shipping addresses. Please note that additional three (3) working days for delivery will be required for outlying islands in Hong Kong. (d) You understand that if the delivery address provided by you in the LTO order page is invalid or the ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set cannot be delivered to you after confirming the delivery date and time with you, the Company will contact you again to delivery arrangement but will charge you HK$70 as the second delivery fee or the administrative fee for order amendment. Please note that additional three (3) working days for delivery might be required for any change of delivery address. If the Company is unable to deliver the ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set to your designated delivery address or within the selected day and time which has been confirmed by you due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address or the unavailability

4 of the named recipient at the address as provided by you, the Company will cancel your order of the ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set and after deducting an administrative fee equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the purchase price, refund to you ninety percent (90%) of the purchase price less any bonus (if any). The Company will also adjust your pin level accordingly. For other terms relating to the refund policy, please also refer to Clause 7 above. 10. Limited Quantities, Purchase Limits Limited Quantities. You acknowledge and agree that there is no guarantee that you will be able to purchase ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set in the LTO. Only a certain limited quantity of ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set is available for sale in Hong Kong, and there may not be a sufficient quantity of ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set to fulfill your order. All ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set are offered while stock last. Once you have submitted an order online, no change can be made to such order. Purchase Limits. You acknowledge and agree that the purchase of ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set for the LTO is strictly limited to quota assigned to qualified Distributor account. You hereby agree and accept that the PSV and the pin title adjustment you are entitled to as a result of your purchase of ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set under these Terms and Conditions will be expected to be accrued and made to your account in the next month after the date of purchase of ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set. 11. Order Procedures and Payment Methods (c) Order and Payment Methods. To order ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set, please log onto enter your usual distributor account no. and password. Payment for ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set must be made by credit card, including Master Card or Visa Card. You understand and agree that the Company has the right to cancel or alter the above payment methods at any time and without prior notice. Currency and Credit Card Authorization. The price of ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set is in Hong Kong dollars. You authorize the Company to charge your designated credit card for the full amount of the ordered ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set and other related fees and charges, including shipping fees. If the Company is unable to charge the related amount from your designated credit card, the Company will cancel your order without notice. You acknowledge and agree that if the order of ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set is paid by a third party s credit card, the Company will deem you as the purchaser. 12. The special warranty service of the products provided in the ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set are as follows: Nu Skin will not provide any warranty service to damages and falling of Hello Kitty sticker of the LumiSpa provided in the ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set, or any other problems which do not affect the normal operations of the device. If the LumiSpa provided in the ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set has malfunction or non-man-made damages etc., Nu Skin have served some stock of Black Edition ageloc LumiSpa device (with Hello Kitty sticker) for replacement. However, if the Black Edition ageloc LumiSpa device is out of stock, we may have to replace it by the white version without any Hello Kitty sticker, and the original device you send in for warranty service will not be returned. (c) If the Nu Skin X Hello Kitty Tote Bag, Nu Skin X Hello Kitty Plush and ageloc LumiSpa USB Flash Drive

5 provided in the ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set have malfunction or non-manmade damages etc., product exchange will be offered at Nu Skin Plaza on or before July 10, Collection of Personal Information To enable you to order ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set and the Company to process your order and ship the ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set to you, the Company will need to collect certain personal information such as name, shipping address, contact details and credit card information. The Company respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. You have the right to access and verify your personal information held by the Company by contacting the call center for your Resident Market. By placing an order of ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set in the LTO, you agree that your personal information may be collected, used and disclosed by the Company to its affiliates, suppliers and other service providers for the LTO and for providing you the relevant services of ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set, including but not limited to providing products, payment process, delivery arrangement, refund, management of your account and records, marketing promotion and research, data analysis and for other purposes set out in the Section 2, Chapter 1 of the Policies and Procedures. If your personal data has been changed, you will notify the Company immediately. All personal information access or correction requests and enquires regarding the Company s privacy policy can be made via telephone at (852) The Company has the right to charge a reasonable fee for the processing of your request. 14. Importation of ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set You are personally responsible for complying with all applicable import, customs and licensing laws and regulations and for all customs duties, taxes, licensing fees, declarations and any other costs, fees and expenses associated with your importation of ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set into your country or market. Certain products or quantities of certain products in ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set may be prohibited from importation into some countries. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates for all losses, damages, claims, costs, fees and expenses of whatever kind or nature arising from or in connection with your importation of ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set into your country or market. The Company will not reimburse any loss or accept any responsibility for any product in the ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set confiscated by customs officials which may not comply with import restrictions. You may only purchase ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set from your home market. You may gift or sell the ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set to retail customers in your home market only if ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set has been registered in your home market (in case registration is required under local law). 15. Disputes You agree that any disputes arising from or in connection to the Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of People s Republic of China ( Hong Kong ) and agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

6 16. Miscellaneous Your purchase and use of ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set are subject to the Company s Policies and Procedures. In the event of violation, the Company may take any appropriate actions in accordance with the Policies and Procedures, including but not limited to disciplinary actions. Nu Skin may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. For this reason, you should read these Terms and Conditions prior to making purchase of ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set. If there are any discrepancies between these Terms and Conditions and the Company s Policies and Procedures or other relevant documents, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. (c) The name and trademark of Nu Skin (including but not limited to ageloc LumiSpa) are proprietary and are owned by Nu Skin. The LTO ordering website and all its contents are protected under copyright by Nu Skin. The LTO website and the specific trademarks and trade names used in this website are protected by the laws of intellectual property rights and cannot be used without prior written authorization of Nu Skin. (d) Every effort has been made to ensure the correctness and feasibility of the LTO website and its relevant contents including but not limited to the price of ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set, the product number of ageloc LumiSpa X Hello Kitty Black Edition Set and the inventory. However, the Company will not be liable for any loss caused by errors in the website of LTO or its related contents and reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions and make the final decision and interpretation in the event of dispute. (e) If there are any discrepancies between the English version and Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail. *To qualify for any pin level you must meet all the requirements of the Sales Compensation Plan, including retail sales. Not all distributors succeed or make money. Generating meaningful compensation as a distributor requires considerable time, effort, and commitment.
