This three level complex allows hotel guests to enjoy lift access to all levels, offers accessible rooms on every floor, includes a four star rating as a CHOICE branded property and provides secure parking for your vehicle. A covered walkway connects the hotel to Rules Club Wagga so that you can enjoy the convenience of wandering next door for a coffee, visiting the Rules Club Bistro for dinner or starting the day right with a multitude of breakfast options.

11 E V E N T T E R M S & C O N D I T I O N S Deposit and Tentative Bookings A room hire deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure the venue. Prior to the deposit being paid the venue will be held for 7 days. If written communication is not received within this time, management reserves the right to cancel the booking and allocate the venue to another client. All reservations must be confirmed by first reading and understanding these Terms and Conditions. Completion of the booking form and a deposit are required to confirm and secure the room and the date nominated. Cancellations All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellation fees may apply. Decorations The Rules Club Wagga can provide options for decorations including chair covers and table runners etc. all priced on application. Clients are welcome to provide their own room decorations to be fitted by the organizers. The fixing method of any decorations needs to be approved by the Events Coordinator prior to the commencement of the function. Confetti, Rice, table scatters and other like decorations are not permitted to be used in the Club. The hirer must remove all decorations brought into the function at the conclusion of the function or as arranged with Events Coordinator or they may be discarded. Communication Only one person is to organize and liaise with our Events Coordinator. Only the nominated person will be able to make any changes. This will insure our Events Coordinator is aware of all decisions. Our Events Coordinator works full time and can be contacted at any time on or by casey@rulesclubwagga.com Final Details Final numbers, menus, room set up, starting and finishing times must be confirmed in writing 14 days prior to the function. Guaranteed Numbers Confirmation of numbers is required at midday, 7 days (one week) prior to the day of your event. After this time no downward adjustments in the total catering cost is possible.
12 Security & Insurance The Rules Club Wagga will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to any equipment or merchandise left on the premises prior to, during or after your event. Any damage made by guests to the property of Rules Club Wagga will be charged directly to the client and made payable at the completion of the event. Refusal of Service Rules Club Wagga reserves the right to refuse service or to eject any person and all objectionable persons from premises without liability. If any person refuses to leave the premises upon request the Wagga Police Station will be notified Final Payment & Account Settlement Final payment is required in full three (3) days prior to your event, unless otherwise arranged. Payment of account can be made by cash, cheque or credit card. If paying via direct deposit or cheque, payment needs to be made in full seven (7) days prior, with a reference to your event and a remittance to be sent to verify payment. Any amount incurred on the night is payable on the night of the event. Sunday & Public Holidays Functions held on Sundays or public holidays will incur a 15% surcharge on catering. Extras - Rules Club Wagga does not allow any food (except celebratory cakes) or beverages to be brought on to the premises. For nibbles like confectionery lollies and chips please speak with Events Coordinator - You are not permitted to take any food left over from your function out of the Club. - Clients are financially responsible for any damages sustained to Rules Club Wagga, its contents, property owned or in the care of Rules Club Wagga by the client, client s guests or anyone attending the function. Fine Print Pricing Prices stated within this package are valid for any event booked before the 30th June 2017 Marketing Rules Club Wagga reserves the right to use any photo s taken of event set up for marketing purposes Compliance The organiser (event manager, patron) will be responsible to ensure the orderly behaviour of guests. Rules Club Wagga reserves the right to remove those persons who in its opinion are conducting themselves in a manner which is causing a disturbance or nuisance.
13 Damages The patron is financially responsible and agrees to indemnify Rules Club Wagga for all damages sustained to the property and grounds during an event as an action of invitees/guests or the organiser. Liquor Licence Policy The event shall be conducted, in an orderly and lawful manner and in accordance with the conditions attached to the Rules Club Wagga, granted pursuant to the New South Wales Liquor act, 1992 Children's Menu Available on request. Cakeage Cakeage fees may apply Bridal Table Guests seated at the bridal table will have a choice of which alternate option they receive. Meal options required 7 days prior to your wedding. Special Dietary Requirements If you have people among your guest list who have special dietary requirements, they will be catered for by the chef at no additional cost. Please advise the Events Coordinator ONE week (seven days) prior to the event. Supplier Meals Crew meals are required for photographers, videographers, band members, disk jockey and any person who is providing a service at your event, who is not a guest. These are complimentary meals provided by our chef. Smoking No smoking is permitted inside the reception area. Guests are permitted to smoke outside in the courtyard
