2 Niche Cocktail Bar Function Guide Unit 7, 663 Newcastle Street Leederville WA 6007 Conveniently located in the heart of Leederville, Niche Cocktail Bar is one of Perth s favorite des9na9on venues. Whether you are simply a?er a VIP door list or a corporate func9on, we offer a great range of possibili9es to cater for any sort of event.

3 Functions rooms Six different areas with easy access to the bars can be chosen from on Fridays and Saturdays**, accommoda9ng from 15 to 367 people. Each space is available for exclusive use from 7 to 10pm, and then open for genera public. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the area. The deposit is then loaded onto an account for the host to use on the night of the event. **Please note, Niche Cocktail Bar is available for func8ons 7 days a week. Contact management for further informa8on.

4 FUNCTION INFO Bar Tabs or Cash Bar: We are able to set up Bar Tabs with parameters that suit your event. Catering: Finger food plavers are a big hit and a perfect fit for cocktail style func9ons, so browse through the great variety available. A minimum of 1 week no9ce is required to organise the catering with our Head Chef. Cake Fee: Birthday cakes can be brought into the venue for a func9on. A $25 cake handling fee applies if you need the cake to be cut and served to your guests.

5 LOUNGE BAR 1 With prime posi9oning in the main area, and exclusive access to the Cocktail Bar this area is perfect for small and in9mate occasions. Capacity: 40 people Deposit: $200

6 LOUNGE BAR 2 Warm and welcoming, the Lounge Bar 2 has easy access to the Cocktail Bar but also our Courtyard area. The stylish low-key and relaxed feel of this area is ideal for more in9mate func9ons. Capacity: 50 people Deposit: $200

7 LOUNGE BAR 3 One of Niche s most popular spaces, the Lounge Bar 3 is located in the fully covered and heated courtyard. A step away from the Courtyard Bar and DJ booth, this is a great choice to sit and enjoy a cocktail with friends, and appreciate the most of what Niche has to offer. Capacity: 40 people Deposit: $200

8 Courtyard Right OR Left The Courtyard areas are people s favorite spaces. Fully covered and heated, and with exclusive access to the courtyard bar, these are a must for larger func9ons or those wan9ng to be right in the middle of the ac9on. Capacity: 125 people each Deposit: $300

9 COURTYARD With a great view of the Leederville precinct, the En9re Courtyard is also available for hire. Encompassed by cosy heaters, high tables and its own bar, this is the perfect choice for larger func9ons with exclusivity of the en9re space. Capacity: 200 people Deposit: $500 Minimum spend: $3,500

10 Nook by niche nook room The recently launched Nook by Niche delivers the ul9mate experience, in a more private and in9mate se`ng. For func9ons or events in our exclusive Nook Room, a nonrefundable room hire fee is required to secure the booking. ü Personalised Bar ü Separated from the Venue ü Dedicated sound system ü From 6pm to 10pm Capacity: 67 people Hiring fee: $300 Minimum spend: $2,500

11 Further information ü Door Lists: A door list app is available on Niche s Facebook page, and website. Door lists are preferen9al entry over the general public. Once capacity of the venue has been reached, it is a one-in-one-out policy. ü Dress Code Standards: Smart a`re Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Management reserves the right to refuse entry. ü Early arrivals: Clients that require an early access to the venue for set up of any kind need to no9fy management prior to the night of the func9on.

13 A guide to your next function Terms and Conditions WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REDUCE THE RESERVED AREA IF YOUR FUNCTION DOES NOT REACH THE NUMBERS ADVISED. * Speeches are difficult to accommodate unless you have exclusivity of the en9re venue. 1. Tenta9ve Bookings: This means we will hold the venue you require on a no deposit basis, giving you the opportunity to ensure that you can run on the chosen dates for a maximum of 48 hours. If we should receive another enquiry from a client interested in the venue you require, we will make contact with you and give you first op9on to proceed. All bookings will only be confirmed once a $200-$300 deposit and a signed copy of these Terms and Condi9ons have been received. 2. Final AVendance & Payment: Full payment is required 7 working days prior to scheduled func9on date on the basis of confirmed numbers. Payment will automa9cally be deducted from the credit card provided at the 9me of booking for any food plavers and bar tabs set on your registra9on form. If you wish to make an alterna9ve payment method please contact us prior to 7 business days or original payment method will apply. Addi9onal charges incurred at the func9on are payable on the day of the func9on. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, E?pos and Cash are accepted. 3. Compliance RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL: The Niche Bar complies with responsible service of alcohol. Clients will be responsible to ensure the orderly behavior of their guests and the Niche Bar reserves the right to intervene where it sees fit and to refuse service to anyone suspected of being intoxicated. 4. Menu Selec9on: Please advise your menu selec9on at least seven working days prior to the event. 5. Public Holidays: A 20% surcharge on the total func9on account is payable for all Public Holidays and New Years Eve. If your func9on extends into a Public Holiday a labor surcharge will apply for all hours worked past midnight into the public holiday. 6. Cancella9ons: All cancella9ons must be received in wri9ng for a deposit to be refunded. A $100 administra9on fee will apply. For cancella9ons of 30 days or less, the full amount of the deposit will be retained if we are unable to re-book the venue on the specified date. For cancella9ons of 14 days or less, charges for compensa9on for loss of business are at the General Managers direc9on (for up to 100% of the total func9on cost). 7. Pricing: Whilst every endeavor will be made to maintain prices as printed, all prices are subject to altera9on to allow for product availability and market cost varia9ons. Goods and Service Tax is included in our pricing. Credit Card Payments over $3000 will incur a 2% credit card surcharge.

14 A guide to your next function Terms and Conditions 8. Food and Beverages: The Niche Bar is fully licensed and under no circumstances are guests to supply their own food or beverage. Under the Liquor Licensing laws of Western Australia the Niche Bar has a duty of care to all our clients and Management reserves the to refuse service alcohol to persons deemed intoxicated and/or that may do harm to themselves or other patrons or property. Patrons under 18 years of age are not permived on the premises. 9. Decora9ons: Any decora9ons supplied by guests must be of good quality. Helium balloons weight down may be placed in your reserved area No Decora9ons maybe nailed, screwed, stapled or adhered to any surface within the venue. All damage caused as a result of decora9ons will be charged to the func9on organizer. 10. Insurance and Damage: Niche Bar does not accept responsibility for damage or loss of any client s property le? in the venue prior to, during or at the conclusion of a func9on. We recommend organizers arrange their own insurance. Organizers are also responsible for any damage to fi`ngs, property or equipment by clients, guests or outside contractors prior to, during or a?er your func9on. 11. Func9on Deliveries: All func9on deliveries to the Niche Bar are to be advised to the func9ons department prior to delivery. All items must be marked with the date and name of the func9on. 12. Special Requirements: It is the responsibility of the host to inform all guests that entry will be refused if the following condi9ons are not met: Valid I.D- which consists of; CURRENT Australian Driver's Licence with photograph or CURRENT Passport or CURRENT Proof-of-Age card. Irrespec9ve of age all patrons must present ID upon request as all I.D.s are scanned via Scantek. Dress Code standards. Niche cocktail bar is intended for a mature clientelle. at our discre9on, we advise the management and staff are enforcing strict dress standards, reserving the right to refuse entry on a one-by-one basis. Please refer to our dress code policy on our website for more detailed informa9on. 13. Payment: Deposit must be paid when your func9on is booked. Full payment of balance must be paid 7 days prior to func9on. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex. Direct Deposits can be made to CBA Bank - BSB Account (please send remivance to info@nichebar.com.au).
