Net perating cash utflws fr the quarter ttalled ($499K). During the quarter, the Cmpany: Subsequent t 30 June 2016; Received cash revenue f $7K fr Preimplantatin Genetic Screening (PGS) services and inviced a further $13.5k t be received in July. Received the secnd instalment f $23K frm an Exprt Marketing Develpment Grant. Ldged 2015 Research & Develpment Tax Incentive applicatin. The amunt f the claim is $278K and is expected t be received within the next quarter. Cntinued t cntrl perating csts clsely during this cmmercialisatin stage f peratins. Grss perating cash expenses fr the half year nw ttal ($890K). Annunced that InVitr Fertilisatin (IVF) prvider flindersfertility publicised the early success f their new PGS service ffered in cllabratin with RHS using EmbryCellect TM. The PGS service had significantly imprved clinical pregnancy rates fr patients with previus unsuccessful IVF histries (refer t ASX Annuncement 4 th April 2016). Presented scientific papers at the largest reprductin cnference, Eurpean Sciety f Human Reprductin and Embrylgy cnference ( ESHRE ) in Helsinki n 3 rd 6 th July, attended by 9,600 delegates frm arund the wrld and the Preimplantatin Genetic Diagnsis Internatinal Sympsium ( PGDIS ) in Blgna n 9 th 11 th May. Exhibited at the Asia Pacific Initiative n Reprductin ( ASPIRE ) meeting held in Jakarta n 8 th 10 th April and presented at a precnference meeting hsted by Mrula IVF attended by staff frm their 4 clinics as well as representatives frm clinics in ther Asian cuntries. At ESHRE, RHS released a reprt n the validatin f EmbryCellect TM using euplid and aneuplid single cell and 510 cell aliquts. This study is the mst cmprehensive f its type published and demnstrates the high degree f accuracy f this RHS prduct. The reprt is available n the RHS website ( Als at ESHRE, the Cmpany launched its secnd prduct, DOPlify TM, which is used fr the lysis and whle genme amplificatin f single r small numbers f cells. This kit uses RHS advanced DOPPCR develped fr and initially validated as part f EmbryCellect TM. The prduct has als been validated fr Next Generatin Sequencing (NGS). Perfrmance data

2 fr DOPlify TM using NGS was presented at the cnference by RHS Chief Scientific Officer, Dr Melinda Jasper. RHS cntinues t hld discussins with a clinic in Eurpe regarding establishment f an inhuse PGS service. With the launch f DOPlify TM, RHS is in discussins with Australian clinics regarding expansin f ur PGS services t include micrarray and NGS assessment. The Cmpany has als cmmenced technical and cmmercial discussins with tw verseas clinical grups n the establishment f a reginal PGS service using RHS prducts. With expiry f IP rights that have prevented RHS frm entering the USA market until July 2016, RHS is nw entering this market with bth prducts. This includes frmal discussins with significant service prviders wh perfrm genetic testing services fr IVF clinics in the USA. The USA marketing strategy will be augmented by RHS exhibiting at the American Sciety fr Reprductive Medicine ( ASRM ) meeting in Salt Lake City in September Crprate presentatins are planned fr the Bishares Bitech Summit in Queenstwn, New Zealand 29 th 30 th July 2016 and Australia Bitech Invest in Melburne 26 th 27 th Octber Training curses are planned fr August and Nvember These training curses are an imprtant avenue fr increasing RHS brand awareness fr DOPlify TM and EmbryCellect TM. The August training schedule includes a webbased training sessin, which will be attended by 25 staff frm 9 cllinics in ne f ur key territries. Further webbased training curses are being planned this quarter. The Cmpany has cmmenced and is in late stage planning fr strategic reciprcal evaluatins with significant verseas cmpanies in NGS t explre the capabilities f DOPlify TM as a part f a range f single cell NGS wrkflws. DOPlify TM is als being assessed as a way t expand the capabilities f sme existing multicell analysis prducts frm these cmpanies t prvide them with a mechanism t enter the grwing single cell market. It is intended that sme f these evaluatins will be cmpleted in time fr the ASRM meeting in 15 th 19 th Octber. RHS is hlding a launch event fr DOPlify TM n 23 rd August at which key Australian research grups will be given an pprtunity t trial the prduct. The Cmpany received trademark apprval fr EmbryCellect TM in the US. RHS filed a prvisinal patent n cmbined whle genme amplificatin and single gene specific PCR. This prvides a unique and valuable apprach t cmbined Preimplantatin Genetic Diagnsis (PGD) and PGS. This addresses an unmet market need in the IVF applicatin and serves as a mdel fr expansin int brader applicatins, including cancer.
