Payments could be made via Visa, MasterCard, cheque or etransfer wiin 24 hours after completion of e form. You must read e booking terms and conditions and tick to agree. Payment: At e date of registration, e deposit must be payed (consisting of e amount of e guaranteed entry plus half of e cost of e package). The full amount is due 60 days prior e first day of e trip. Booking accommodations: Run e Globe can customize your package if e dates provided in e brochure don t work wi your schedule. Airfare is not included in our packages. Booking Changes: If you wish to change any of your booking once confirmed. An administration fee of $50 will be charged. Prices: All prices in is brochure are correct as at January 2018 and are shown in Canadian dollars (Taxes included). Prices are subject to change at any time due to currency fluctuations and until payment is received in full. Unused Services: Refunds will not be provided if due to illness or personal choice you do not utilise part or your entire chosen package. It is advised to apply to insurance on your own. However, in most cases your credit card would cover for is purchase. Hotel Credit: Credit card imprints will be required by hotels providing telephone, mini-bar, in-room movies, laundry and oer facilities and services at can be charged to guest rooms.
