11 Retiring Older Bins Common sense standards to determine when to remove corrugated steel bins from service. Bins with extensive amount of rust on roof, sheets or stiffeners. Rust holes or significant wear and tear caused by rust, damage or misuse. Bins with damaged stiffeners or sheets, missing bolts. Bins that are not properly anchored.
