1 The Actuaries Club of the Southwest May 14, 2013 Dear Member or Friend of the Actuaries' Club of the Southwest: The Executive Committee is pleased to announce the Spring 2013 Meeting of the Actuaries' Club of the Southwest is scheduled for Thursday and Friday, June at the The Tremont House in Galveston, Texas. The Actuaries' Club of the Southwest Meeting will be offering up to 12 hours of Continuing Education credits. The meeting sessions begin with breakfast at 7:00 a.m. on Thursday, with a reception scheduled for that evening at 6:00 p.m. On Friday, we will begin with breakfast at 7:00 a.m. and end at 12:15 p.m. Please note the dress code for all meetings is business casual. The following information regarding the meeting is provided in this package: 1. Registration Form please return with registration fee by June 8, Agenda 3. Hotel Registration Information please note the rates and the hotel reservation cut-off date of May 29, PLEASE MAkE YOUR RESERVATIONS ASAP. 4. Golf Registration Form please return by June 8, Please note instead of sending a check with your Golf Registration all participants will pay at the course. 5. Annual Dues Notice (members only) please complete and return the form, even if you qualify for a dues waiver, so that we may maintain our database of membership addresses and statuses. 6.
