1 Terms & Conditions for the Small World UK E-Scratch Card Christmas Rewards Program and Scratch Card Raffle Christmas Campaign 02/10/2017 to 08/01/2018 The Promoter The promoter is Lcc-Trans-sending Small World Financial Services (Small World FS), based on the following address: United Kingdom: 12 Salamanca Place, SE1 7HB. London, England. UK. The promotions Small World FS Will be operating two different campaigns along the Christmas period, running from 02/10/2017 until 08/01/2018, being these: 1. E-Scratch Card Christmas Rewards Program 2. Scratch Card raffle These campaigns will be running simultaneously and along the same period, but with different Terms and Conditions for each of them. These will be specified in this document separately. 1. E-Scratch Card Christmas Rewards program E-Scratch Cards are a new scratch card product that consists in a card with a section or sections coated in an opaque waxy substance which may be scraped away to reveal a symbol indicating whether a reward has been won in the promotion. In this case, the promotion will be carried out in a digital platform which works in the same way than traditional Scratch Cards. The participant of the promotion is required to obtain 3 matching symbols when playing E-Scratch Card to be entitled to the reward stated on these matched symbols. This specific Christmas Campaign promotion and raffle is valid only in the United Kingdom E-Scratch Cards will be available for customers who transact with Small World Financial Services through any of the participating channels 1 between 02/10/2017 to 08/01/2018, offering a chance to be awarded according to the next section of these terms. The Rewards: As follows, we present a detailed description of the maximum number of prizes and their value for the UK promotion. These prizes (discounts) will be assigned randomly among all eligible Small World customers until the total amount is reached by month. Any prizes not given during this period will be automatically erased and the amount of prizes will be reset for the new period, which is each month. These rewards will be given in form of discounts and must be used completely when placing the next transaction after the prize has been won. This amount will be discounted from the total amount of the transaction, not counting the fee, which will be paid entirely for all transactions. 2 Correspondents and Countries How to participate Entry into the E-Scratch Card rewards is possible to all Small World Financial Services customers with an active account except for employees of the Small World Financial Services or any companies or agencies directly or indirectly connected with the Small World Financial Services operations and/or creation of and administration of the E- Scratch Card project or their families up to second degree of consanguinity. To participate of the Small World E-scratch card promotion, customers need to place a valid 2 transaction through any of the following channels: Small World Call Centre, Official Small World Branches, online transactions through the online Small World platform and the mobile phone Small World application. During the transaction process, customers will be asked whether or not they wish to participate in this promotion and update their contact details. Participating in this promotion gives consent to Small World FS to send out SMS/ s related with these promotions to all participating customers. After the transaction has been placed, participating customers will receive an SMS/ with an auto-generated website link per transaction that leads to their E-Scratch Card. This link and the potential reward is personal and non-transferable to anyone else that is not the person stated on the transaction receipt as Sender and will be playable only one time within a period of 30 days after the transaction has been placed. Once played, customers will be notified whether they have been awarded or not through the same application/website or using any of the communication methods available 3 through the data that Small World FS holds until the moment in which the game is played. Customers will need connection to the internet or access to a smart phone with internet connection to be able to participate in the promotion as this is an entirely online and digital promotion. Participating, defined here as playing or scratching a unique E-Scratch Card being this rewarded or not, in this promotion (here in after PROMOTION) assumes full and unconditional acceptance of all terms and conditions stated in this document. How to claim the Scratch Card rewards The rewarded customer can claim the reward/rewards on a period of time of 30 days after the reward has been won and through any of the available and participating channels. After these 30 days, the rewarded customer loses any right to claim the entitled reward from Small World, losing also any right of liability towards Small World because of this. The reward will be automatically connected to the client s ID used when placing the rewarded transaction and it will be applied in the next transaction placed with the same ID. Terms & Conditions. The following are the general terms and conditions applied to all countries and channels actively participating in the Small World E-Scratch Card Promotion, adding to this the conditions stated on the previous paragraphs. The Promoter reserves the right to extend, terminate or suspend the Promotion at any time (save that all rewards allocated to E-Scratch Cards already issued at the time of any suspension or termination will be honored). The reward will not be accumulative or exchanged by cash, under any circumstance. 2 A valid transaction is defined as that which has been placed correctly through any of the available channels with all documents and further mandatory requirements from all our departments and the law of each country. 3 Telephone and .

3 The reward obtained by the customer when playing E-Scratch Card can be reused in case of cancellation or refund by any inconvenient from Small World; including any partner, or client; of the first transaction placed after the reward has been won. The rewarded customer must claim the discount won when placing the very next transaction and this discount cannot be saved after this. When claiming the discount won for playing the E-Scratch Card promotion, the total amount to pay by the customer placing the new transaction must be equal or higher to the amount rewarded plus fees. Small World makes use of its own customer data base, as phone numbers, names and s of existing customers, to notify and check the identity of all customers. Small World is not responsible for any notification regarding the promotion here stated, claim, expiration or any subject related to it through a non-updated phone number, address or . It is customer s responsibility to update his/her own personal information at the time of placing the transaction or playing the E-Scratch Card to be able to receive al notifications in due time. This information will only be used by Small World Financial Services with the purposes of administering the E-Scratch Card, contacting the Winner and otherwise in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Please see our privacy policy for more information about how we look after personal data. Receipt of entries will not be acknowledged. Small World Financial Services does not accept any responsibility or liability for lost entries or entries which are not received by Small World The Winner shall be notified by or phone using the data submitted by the day of the entry. The Reward must be claimed within 30 days from the date of the Winner being notified by any channel, including the E-Scratch Card screens. No alternative reward will be issued and no compensation provided. It is a condition for accepting the Reward that the Winner gives consent to Small World Financial Services to publish their name, photo and general location of residence in association with the Reward in any and all forms of media as required by law or otherwise in connection with the promotion of Small World Financial Service. The winner will be expected to participate in reasonable advertising. The Reward is non-transferable to another family member or any other named person and cannot be sold, bartered or substituted for any other reward. No cash alternative available. Small World Financial Services reserves the right to substitute the Reward for an alternative equivalent reward if for any reason beyond the control of Small World Financial Services Group unable to award the Reward. The entry may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion offered by Small World The promotion will take place among users who meet all eligibility requirements described in these terms and conditions. Participation in the Promotion implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, and the criterion of Small World Financial Services as to the resolution of any issues that may arise. Scratch Card Raffle As lateral promotion, Small World FS would be raffling one prize i of 1000 among the customers who actively participate in the Scratch Card. This prize will be eligible for all SW FS customers who play with the E-Scratch Card. Conditions for the Scratch Card Raffle To be eligible to participate in the raffle, the client should have played with the E-Scratch Card at least once during the stipulated period of the promotion in this document. The prize will not be transferable to any other person that is not the one stated as Sender under the official receipt of the awarded transaction and no different prize will be given instead of the discount. No cash will be given to the winner instead of the value of the discount. This must be under Small World FS considerations. The winner will be selected randomly among those customers that fulfil these conditions by Small World FS once the period of the Christmas Campaign is finished. Winners will be announced the following week after the promotion is finished using the telephone number under the Small World FS Data Base.
