Those two terms would mean the following: 1. Consequential Damages these are damages as a result of direct damages, i.e., loss of business, loss of revenue. 2. Special Damages these are undefined damages that are awarded as a means for punishment they are not as excessive as punitive, but still are damages that cannot be quantified. If the vendor doesn t want to be exposed to both of those, we can live with it.
