Trip Overview Include the following information Time and date of departure, type(s) of travel (air, bus, van, etc.), activities/itinerary during travel, supervision of students, costs to Hopkins Public Schools budgets, costs to individual participants, costs to coaches/directors, substitute coverage, rooming lists, and any other relative information. Transportation will be provided by Richfield Bus Company. Due to the length of the trip there will be 2 drivers on the bus. The cost for each student is $ The students will have an opportunity to do fundraising this summer. There is some reserve money for scholarships as well as an opportunity to fundraise this spring. The students will participate in performances at Kirbyville Junior High School, Dick Clark s American Bandstand Theatre, and the New Shanghai Theatre. Various sightseeing excursions have also been scheduled. Please review the attached itinerary for details.

A show & performance at a " BOSL!" participating theatre (Concert Band) IMAX Theatre Performance at TBA School Pizza Party Pappa Grands Pizza Security Guard at the hotel $ medical accident insurance Tour Escort All Taxes Tour prices per person: $ Quad/ $ Triple/ $ Double/ $ Single Application Fee is...$ Directors Package is...$no Charge Drivers Room Charge is...$ (Two Drivers) Rates are based on a minimum of 20 paid guests PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Contract is due upon receiving A $ deposit is due 2/28/2012 Performance Information Form is due 2/28/2012 Rooming list is due 3/12/2012 Final payment is due 3/26/2012 Cancellation deadline is 2/26/2012 RESPONSIBILITIES: Branson On Stage Live! and its agents act solely as agents for the owners or contractors providing services and/or means of transportation (whether by motor coach, car, plane or ship) and as such they shall not be held liable for any injuries, personal injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, disappointment or frustration, whether physical or mental in form, or irregularity which may be occasioned either by default of any hotel, restaurant, company or person rendering any of the services included in the tour, or by act of God. If the performance by either party of any nonmonetary obligation under this Agreement is delayed or prevented in whole or in part by any cause not reasonably within its control (including without limitation acts of God, war, civil Branson On Stage Live P.O. 3 disturbances, accidents, damage to facilities, labor disputes, acts of any governmental body, or failure or delay of third parties), it shall be excused, discharged, and released of performance to the extent such performance is limited or prevented without liability of any kind. The above shall not be construed as requiring either party to accede to any demands of labor or labor unions, suppliers or other entities which it considers unreasonable. This Agreement is made in and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, and any legal action relating to or arising out of this Agreement shall be commenced and maintained exclusively in the District Court in and for Taney County, Missouri (or if the District Court shall not have jurisdiction over the subject matter thereof, then to such other court sitting in said county having subject matter jurisdiction). The parties consent to the jurisdiction of such court and to the service of process outside the State of Missouri pursuant to the requirements of such court in any matter so to be submitted to it and waive all rights to a trial by jury. In the event a dispute arises regarding this Agreement, the parties agree to submit the matter to mediation in Taney County, Missouri, prior to the commencement of any litigation. Branson On Stage Live! reserves the right to withdraw the tours, or any part of them, and to make alterations in the program as it deems necessary or desirable. The prices quoted are based on tariffs. In case of variations in these, Branson On Stage Live! will adjust prices as necessary. CANCELLATIONS: Groups may cancel up to 60 days prior to departure and receive a full refund less and except a deduction for any charges made by hotels, attractions, airlines, bus companies or other providers which are not deductible. FINAL PAYMENT: Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date stated under payment schedule contained within this agreement. Adjustments to final count can be made up too two weeks before arrival date. Failure to remit payments timely will result in the inability of Branson On Stage Live! to timely make deposits and payments associated with the booking of this tour. Accordingly, Branson On Stage Live!, is not liable for any inability to procure, reserve or maintain reservations for the services and/or venues which make up this tour, when said inability is related to the failure of the group to make the payments as scheduled hereinabove. ROOMING LIST: A rooming list is required 45 days prior to arrival date contained in this agreement. ADDITIONAL TICKET REQUEST: Additional ticket requests by non packaged travelers must be accompanied by our form listing the ticket holders names, event and ticket type (Adult, Child -age). Form is available from Branson On Stage Live upon request. Neither this Agreement nor any right or obligation contained in this Agreement may be assigned by you. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and supercedes any and all previous agreements between the parties, whether written or oral, with respect to such subject matter. No modification of this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing and signed by the parties. If the foregoing correctly sets forth your understanding of our agreement and is acceptable to you, please indicate your acceptance by executing this Agreement in the space provided hereinbelow and returning this Agreement to us, together with your deposit for the tour package, on or before the above deposit due date. 4 HOPKINS NORTH JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL ITINERARY 4/26-29/2012 Wednesday, April 25: 8:00 pm Load motor coach and depart for Branson, MO. Thursday, April 26: Today is a Performance day! 11:00 am Approximate arrival time. We will see if rooms are ready to check in at this time. Group will meet tour escort and check into the Holiday Inn Express at 2801 Green Mountain Drive, Branson, MO Hotel Phone: :45 pm Depart for Kirbyville Jr. High School for Hopkins North Junior High Symphonic Band assembly performance. This is where Mr. John Casebourn teaches, they will be our host for this years performance. 1:25 pm Unload and warm-up. Concert begins at 2:10 and lasts until 3:00 p.m. 2:10 pm Symphonic Band performance. 3:10 pm Load motorcoach and depart for the Holiday Inn Express & change for dinner. 4:30 pm Dinner will be tonight at the Golden Corral. (Golden Corral-school is paying for this) 6:00 pm Return to the hotel. Enjoy area go-cart tracks, lazer tag, miniature golf, etc located on Branson's Hwy 76 strip or swim in the hotel s indoor pool. 10:30 pm Lights out for Hopkin s Junior High School. Security guard arrives at 11:00 pm. Friday, April 27: Today is a Performance day! 7:00-8:45 Continental breakfast is served at the hotel. 8:45 am Group will depart for Silver Dollar City for a day of fun and excitement. Students and chaperones will have an opportunity to purchase lunch on their own. (9:00) 3:15 pm Return to the hotel to prepare for this evenings activities. 4:00 pm Depart for dinner at the Great American Steak & Chicken House Restaurant. (4:15 pm) 5:15 pm Depart for the Dick Clark s American Bandstand Theatre and open for The Legends in Concert Show. 5:30 pm Take center stage and begin sound & lighting check and prepare for performance. 7:25 pm Pre-show performance starts. 8:00 pm Enjoy the Legends In Concert Show. 10:30 pm Return to the Holiday Inn Express to swim & relax. Saturday, April 28: Today is a Performance day! 7:00/8:30 am Continental breakfast served at the Holiday Inn Express. (Eat Hearty) 8:30 am Depart for the Imax Theatre Complex for the Imax feature film, Ozark Legacy & Legend. (9:00 am) 10:00 am Depart for a tour of Tablerock Dam Fish Hatchery. (Call before going! Subject to change due to weather) 11:00 am Depart for lunch on your own at Mel s Hard Luck Diner. (11:15 am) 12:30 pm Proceed to the all new Branson Landing located in old down town Branson.

Store Explore Lake Taneycomo waterfront and some extreme shopping. 3:00 pm Depart for the hotel to prepare for this evenings performance at the New Shanghai Theatre. 4:45 pm Depart for the New Shanghai Theatre and open for The Acrobats of China Production. 5:10 pm Concert band clinic begins as soon as theatre clears and equipment is unloaded. 6:05 pm Take center stage and begin sound & lighting check and prepare for performance. 7:25 pm Pre-show performance starts. 8:00 pm Enjoy the The Acrobats of China Production. 10:30 pm Pizza party hosted by Hopkins Directors & Parents at the Papa Grand s Restaurant W 76 Country Blvd, Branson, MO :00 pm Return to the Holiday Inn Express. (Lights Out) Security guard arrives at 11:00 pm. Sunday, April 29: 6:30-7:00 Continental breakfast at the hotel. Check out of the hotel. Chaperones are responsible for checking rooms for forgotten items and damage. Please collect all room keys at this time. 7:30 am Depart for Minnetonka, Minnesota. 8:00 pm Arrive home.
