5 Special Notes (continued) Repair Cost (HO-2 or HO-3 w/ho-2389 If the market value of a dwelling is less than 50% of replacement cost, then a Repair Cost Policy must be written for 100% of the market value. Insurance Score Discounts With the new 20-tier structure, a renewal policy will be allowed to drop a maximum of three tiers. No-Scores will fall into tier 16 to receive a significant discount. No-Hits will be placed into tier 2. Protection Classes PC10 risks that are within 1,000 feet of a creditable water supply will be discounted 3.5% from the current PC10 for HO-2/3/4/6 policies. Online Manuals can be found here. The Agency Renewal Report can be used to find estimated renewal premiums approximately 60 days in advance.
